DUBAI/WASHINGTON, June 15 (Reuters) - U.S. and Iranian officials said they had agreed on a framework to end their war, halt the U.S. blockade of Iran and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a preliminary pact that sent oil prices falling but leaves the fate of Iran's nuclear program to further negotiations.
"The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete," U.S. President Donald ‌Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform around 5:30 p.m. ET local time in Washington (2130 GMT) on Sunday. His post came shortly after Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, whose country has served as a mediator, announced a ‌deal had been struck early on Monday local time.
The memorandum of understanding is scheduled to be officially signed on Friday in Switzerland.
The precise terms were not immediately known. Sharif said in a post on X that the pact called for "the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon."

LOS ANGELES — It couldn’t have been more appropriate that Farah O’Keefe was the one to secure the winning point for the U.S. to win the Curtis Cup at Bel-Air Country Club.
O’Keefe—the 21-year-old star and unquestioned leader—was told by captain Meghan Stasi in one of the famous Bel-Air tunnels that the U.S. would win the Curtis Cup. That was all O’Keefe needed to finish in style. She closed out the match and beat Charlotte Naughton, 2 and 1, securing the victory with a short putt on the 17th hole. Her teammates were celebrating at the 17th, and she joined them and jumped up and down with her teammates in a circle.
The Americans won the trophy back from GB&I, which won two years ago at Sunningdale. The U.S. has long dominated the event and a GB&I team hadn’t won on American soil in 40 years. That didn’t change Sunday with the Americans dominating in the 13-7 final tally.
“Definitely the highlight of my career so far,” said an emotional O’Keefe.
That statement tells you plenty about O’Keefe, who in the last three months made the cut at the Chevron Championship and the U.S. Women’s Open and won the NCAA individual championship among other accolades. And yet, the highlight was the team event, one that left her teary-eyed as she sat near the trophy with her captain and teammate Jasmine Koo.

Abraham Perez won a close decision over Jonathan Gonzalez to win the interim WBA flyweight **** le this evening in Grand Rapids, Mich., in a Salita Promotions main event.
Perez (15-0, 7 KO) won on split decision scores, with two cards going his way, both at 115-113, and Gonzalez winning the third card, also 115-113.
Both fighters, as you’d expect with those scores, felt they deserved the decision.
“I stayed busy and had the better angles on my shots,” Perez said. “I took opportunities when I had them and stayed mobile, tried to stay unpredictable. I still don’t feel like that was my best. I need to stay sharp with my punches. It’s been a rough journey, but it didn’t end.”
“I won the fight, I landed the better shots,” Gonzalez said. “He throws a lot of punches, but I thought I landed the better shots. I’m disappointed and surprised, but it’s part of the sport.”

Most ***** yst rating changes move a single notch. So when one of the more closely followed semiconductor ***** ysts skips the middle rating and jumps two rungs at once, it's worth a closer look -- not necessarily as a reason to buy, but as a window into how the thinking around artificial intelligence (AI) spending may be changing.
That's what happened on June 11, when Bank of America's Vivek Arya double-upgraded Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to buy from underperform, lifting his price target to $135 from $96. Banks tend to reserve a move like that for moments when the thesis they had been betting against breaks. And it came after Intel had already more than tripled in 2026 -- less a call on a forgotten stock than a bet that the turnaround has further to run.

When the Aug. 3 Major League Baseball trade deadline arrives, the biggest question for the Boston Red Sox is whether or not they will end up cutting ties with All-Star closer Aroldis Chapman and trading him elsewhere.
If the Red Sox can turn their season around, then it makes sense to keep him. But if the Red Sox cannot get back on track, then it would make sense to shop around and see what kind of prospect return Boston can get.
On Sunday, USA Today's Bob Nightengale shared a column and noted that Chapman's trade value has "gone up."
"Well, the good news for the Boston Red Sox’ struggles is that closer Aroldis Chapman’s trade value has gone up," Nightengale wrote. "There won’t be a single reliever traded at the deadline who will have a fresher arm. Chapman, who has converted all 13 of his save opportunities with a 0.46 ERA, has pitched just twice in the last 26 days going back to May 18, and has pitched only 19.2 innings this entire season.

The Journal, scoring off the DAZN streaming, had it 116-112 for Perez.

The bullish thesis argues that as eGrocery enters a consolidation phase, the market is structurally predisposed toward third-party platform dominance due to the logistical complexity of perishables, fragmented store-level inventory, and inherent diseconomies of scale that constrain first-party models such as Amazon and Walmart.

DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) is one of the best e-commerce stocks to buy as global sales hit records. The company is increasingly positioning itself as a local commerce platform rather than just a restaurant delivery app. On June 4, DoorDash said DoorDash Ads was becoming a global commerce media platform, with new ad formats, offsite reach, campaign automation, and measurement tools. The company said its Spotlight homepage ad format delivers twice the click-through rate of banners, while media dollars through Symbiosys, a DoorDash company, have nearly doubled since the 2025 acquisition.
Pixabay/Public Domain
The operating data also supports the broader e-commerce story. In the first quarter of 2026, DoorDash's total orders rose 27% year-over-year to 933 million, marketplace gross order value (GOV) increased 37% to $31.6 billion, revenue climbed 33% to $4.0 billion, and adjusted EBITDA rose 28% to $754 million. DoorDash also said its U.S. grocery and retail categories continued to post strong year-over-year marketplace GOV growth, helped by broader selection in areas such as apparel and auto parts. That expansion showed up commercially as well: on May 13, Urban Outfitters launched a nationwide DoorDash partnership, letting customers shop fashion, accessories, beauty, gifting, and lifestyle products directly through the app.
DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) operates an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers.
While we acknowledge the potential of DASH as an investment, we believe certain AI stocks offer greater upside potential and carry less downside risk. England kick off their World Cup campaign against Croatia on Wednesday at the Dallas Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Thomas Tuchel’s side arrive with high expectations, and the Group F opener immediately pits them against a familiar opponent. Croatia have caused England problems in the past, so the football focus is already intense.
But supporters heading to AT&T Stadium are also bracing for a different kind of shock. The cost of beer, water and food is already shaping up to be one of the first big off-pitch stories of England’s tournament.
According to the Mirror, a standard 16oz draft beer at the stadium will set fans back $18.50, which is about £13.84.
On the other hand, an American beer is listed at $15.95, or £11.93, while non-alcoholic beer costs $16.95, or £12.68.

Ben Shelton won his third **** le of the year on Sunday, beating fellow American Taylor Fritz in a battle of the top two seeds at the BOSS Open final, 6-2, 2-6, 6-4.
Shelton went to three sets in each of his four matches over the week, losing the first set in the Round of 16, quarterfinal and semifinal. He held his nerve, though, and triumphed over World No. 88 Marcos Giron, No. 104 Sho Shimabukuro and No. 12 Jiri Lehecka. Shelton's win gives him 250 points in the live rankings, which keeps him at No. 5 internationally. Alex de Minaur threatened to pass him by with a finals appearance in the Hertogenbosch 250, but he lost, giving Shelton a 50-point advantage.
Ahead of Shelton are Felix Auger-Aliassime (4,390), Alexander Zverev (7,190), Carlos Alcaraz (9,960) and Jannik Sinner (13,500). Passing Auger-Aliassime would give Shelton a new career-high ranking.

Bud Cauley birdied four holes in a five-hole stretch on the back nine at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley’s North Course to win the RBC Canadian Open for his first PGA Tour victory in 238 career starts and eight years after being involved in a single-car accident that derailed his career.
Cauley, 36, closed with 5-under 65 on Sunday in Caledon, Ottawa for a 72-hole total of 17-under 263 and two-shot win over Matt Fitzpatrick.
A three-time first-team All-American at the University of Alabama, Cauley was destined for stardom when he turned pro, and he recorded five top-15 finishes in 11 starts to earn PGA Tour status without needing Q-School. The RBC Canadian Open was among the tournaments wooing him with a sponsor invite when he joined the pay-for-play ranks, and Cauley finished T-13 in his tournament debut in 2011.
“I just remember the golf course being very hard. I remember Tommy Gainey playing well the first round and saying we should have a U.S. Open here, kind of forgetting that we were not in the United States,” said Cauley with a laugh.
But his career has endured more lows than highs. In 2014, he suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery. That was nothing compared to tragedy striking in June 2018. Cauley was a passenger in a single-car accident in Dublin, Ohio, during the Memorial Tournament. He sustained six broken ribs, a broken leg and a collapsed lung in the accident in which he was a passenger. He posted on Instagram that he felt “lucky to be alive.”

Sabrina Ionescu was back for the New York Liberty Sunday after missing 12 of the team’s first 13 games with ankle and back injuries.
She didn’t start and didn’t to much on offense. But it was a welcome sight in New York as the Liberty secured a 86-64 Commissioners’ Cup win over the Washington Mystics despite her limited output.
Ionescu, a four-time All-Star and All-WNBA selection, missed the first five games of the season with a left ankle injury. She returned for a 91-76 loss to the Dallas Wings on May 24, then missed seven games with back soreness before her return to the court on Sunday.
Fortunately for the Liberty, they went 6-1 during that seven-game stint and improved to 10-4 on Sunday while picking up a Commissioner’s Cup win.
The Liberty previously cleared Ionescu to return against Washington, but she wasn’t in the starting lineup when the ball was tipped. Instead, she was eased back into the lineup off the bench and entered the game for the first time with 5:32 remaining in the first quarter. Ionescu was greeted with a loud ovation from the Barclays Center crowd.

The Los Angeles Rams' roster doesn't have many flaws heading into the 2026 season, but one area the team could add depth to is at receiver.
Puka Nacua and Davante Adams are clear studs at the position, but who will emerge as the team's third receiver is a bit of a mystery between Xavier Smith, Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield and 2026 sixth-round pick C.J. Daniels. Another of those four could take on a big role in the offense, but the Rams could also add a veteran from free agency to fill the need in the offense.
CBS Sports' Jordan Dajani believes that the receiver could be Stefon Diggs. The former Minnesota Vikings, Houston Texans and New England Patriots star remains a free agent after an 85-catch, 1,013-yard and four-touchdown season. He also won't face a suspension from the NFL following an off-field ******* ault allegation.
The Rams had the No. 1 offense in the league last year with MVP quarterback Matthew Stafford and star wideouts Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Despite that talented room, the Rams showed interest in A.J. Brown earlier this offseason, so they could still be in the market for a new weapon. Diggs isn't the same player as Brown, but he could join a loaded offense and chase a ring with the Rams. Maybe Aaron Donald comes out of retirement to do the same.
L.A.'s real interest in a caliber of player like Brown indicates the team is keeping its eye open at the position ahead of the year. Whether that means Diggs is on the Rams' radar is another element entirely, though.

NEW YORK (AP) — Breanna Stewart had 14 points, 12 rebounds and a career-high seven blocks to help the New York Liberty beat the Washington Mystics 86-64 on Sunday and clinch a spot in the Commissioner's Cup championship game.
Jonquel Jones scored 17 of her 20 points in the second half to lead the Liberty (10-4), who have won seven straight games.
The Liberty have made the finals of the mid-season tournament three times, winning once and losing once. Now, New York must wait to find out its finals opponent and whether or not it will host the **** le game. That will come down to whether the Liberty or the Western Conference representative has a better overall record.
The game marked the return of Sabrina Ionescu, who missed the last seven Liberty games with back soreness. Playing just her second game after she had an ankle injury to start the season, Ionescu checked in midway through the first quarter and received a loud ovation from the crowd.
She had a trio of stellar passes in the first quarter, the third of which led to an open 3-pointer for Leonie Fiebich, which gave New York a 20-13 advantage. The Liberty were up 36-28 at the half as Stewart had 11 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks in the opening 20 minutes. She's only the second player to have at least 10 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks in a half in WNBA history, joining Brittney Griner.
