Former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn has learned his fate for murdering his wife Ashley Flynn while she was in bed "in a sleeping position" in their home in February.
Flynn, 40, was convicted on Tuesday, Sept. 29 of aggravated murder, felonious ***** ault and tampering with evidence for killing Ashley in the middle of the night in their Tipp City, Ohio home on Feb. 16.
