Kelly Clarkson explained on the first night of her Las Vegas residency that she won't miss human resources meetings after ending her talk show.
The American Idol alum announced in February that The Kelly Clarkson Show would end in the fall.
Clarkson joked that, for example, she wanted to compliment someone when they'd lost weight.

"They say dumb s---," Clarkson said Friday during her Caesars Palace Vegas show before laughing. "Like, you can't comment if someone's lost weight, and I'm like, ****** ! You better write a memo. You better write a memo about it, a song about it. I just think that's so dumb. It makes people feel good when you say, 'Oh, you look really good.' And then people are like, 'No, because that means you thought they did look really bad.'"
