Sabrina Carpenter brought playful charm and vintage romance to Bernadette Antwerp's latest knitwear campaign. The singer posed for the brand's Instagram page wearing a soft green knit mini dress. Choosing a daring, open-back silhouette, she commanded instant attention with her effortless take on countryside style. Her striking floral-knit look highlights the label's signature charm while making a memorable style statement for the brand.
For the shoot, Sabrina Carpenter wore a green Bernadette Antwerp knit minidress as she posed on a wooden porch overlooking a lake. The fitted bodice featured white daisy embroidery across the chest and shoulders, along with a bow at the back of the neckline. The open-back design extended from her shoulders to her waist before wrapping around the hips. The dress finished with a short hemline. The "Espresso" singer completed the outfit with a white crochet headscarf tied loosely around her head. Her blonde hair fell in loose waves beneath the scarf.
Carpenter leaned against the porch railing while glancing back over her shoulder for the camera. For the brand's photoshoot, she stood framed by greenery and a quiet lake view, striking a relaxed, sun-drenched pose. Ultimately, the dress gave Carpenter's outdoor shoot a breezy edge, with no major jewelry or accessories competing with the dress's standout cutout.
Carpenter constantly redefines playful, girl-next-door style with her signature charm. She easily transforms a demure floral knit into a surprisingly daring moment. Clearly, the soft green fabric caught the golden evening light with every pose. She effortlessly combines delicate embroidery with a dramatic cutout and relaxed countryside styling. Undoubtedly, Carpenter delivered one of Bernadette Antwerp's standout campaign looks. She continues to show how to wear vintage-inspired knitwear with effortless allure.

Amid the chaos of New York Fashion Week, Demi Moore is stopping to smell the roses.
The Oscar-nominated actress surprised guests when she made an appearance at the Magda Butrym NYFW show on Sunday, Sept. 13. Held at the Starrett-Lehigh Building in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, the luxury ready-to-wear brand was not only celebrating its spring–summer 2027 collection; the show also marked the Polish brand's first runway presentation in New York.
Moments before the show began, Moore slipped into the designer's front row, joining Kelly Rutherford, Anna Van Patten and Nara Smith. Sitting in between Smith and Rutherford, Moore greeted both women with friendly hugs and handshakes before taking her seat.
With majority of the front row crew garbed in grey and black ensembles, the "St. Elmo's Fire" actress stood out in an all-white Magda Butrym look featuring an ivory crochet halter top styled with a white oversized blazer and matching column maxi skirt. Moore topped off the look with a mini white top-handle bag and pointed-toe crochet pumps that matched her top.
As guests awaited the start of the show, Moore admired the runway lined with pale pink rose petals, at one point taking a moment to smell the roses — literally — by bringing a few petals to the tip of her nose as she chatted with Rutherford.

Even without the help of their left-handed ace starting pitcher Garrett Crochet, the Boston Red Sox have held their own. They are currently 80-67, third place in the American League East and comfortably in the second Wild Card spot.
It has been well documented at this point that the team struggled out of the gate. Before their late June series at Fenway Park versus the New York Yankees, they were 32-46 and had the worst record in the American League.
All of the damage since has been done without Crochet. He pitched last on April 25 at the Baltimore Orioles, before being put on the injured list with left shoulder inflammation and a lat strain.

Red Sox Receive Encouraging Ceddanne Rafaela Update After Early Exit originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Boston Red Sox did not have many reasons to feel good after Wednesday's 8-3 loss to the Seattle Mariners, but the initial news on Ceddanne Rafaela appears encouraging. Rafaela was removed after the sixth inning because of quad tightness. Interim manager Chad Tracy indicated the move was precautionary, especially with the Red Sox trailing 8-1 at the time.
"Ceddanne Rafaela exited today with quad tightness," The Boston Globe's Tim Healey reported after speaking with Tracy. "He tried to keep playing, but in a blowout, the Red Sox decided it wasn't worth it."
Rafaela finished 1-for-3 before Eli White replaced him in center field. The fact that Rafaela attempted to remain in the game suggests Boston is not immediately anticipating an extended absence. He should still be considered day to day entering Thursday's series opener against the Baltimore Orioles.
Boston has already been forced to navigate several physical issues during a critical portion of its schedule. Willson Contreras recently landed on the injured list with a hamstring injury. Adley Rutschman has been dealing with a hyperextended right elbow, while Garrett Crochet is still working toward a return from his lat and shoulder issue.

Kylie Jenner's latest video with her son, Aire, is set to melt the internet. She shared a short clip on TikTok, capturing an adorable moment with her kid. It showed the pure, innocent bond between the mother and her baby boy. For those unversed, Jenner and her ex-partner, Travis Scott, have two kids — Stormi, 8, and Aire, 4.
Kylie Jenner has once again won the internet with a TikTok video with one of her kids, Aire. She posted a TikTok capturing an adorable moment between her and her son. In the clip, the duo lay on their bed while Jenner recorded it in selfie mode.
Aire was snuggling with his mom and held a crochet sunflower. In the background, Lana Del Rey's song, "Radio," played, and the mother-son duo attempted to lip-sync the lyrics. The video started with the line, "Now my life is sweet like cinnamon." Jenner and Aire looked at the camera, where the young mom posed with a pout while holding her kid in a warm embrace.
She silently mouthed the words, "like cinnamon," syncing with the lyrics. Meanwhile, Aire was waving the sunflower, which covered his face at the beginning of the clip. So, Jenner gently moved it away a bit, letting her son's face come into view clearly.
It appeared the child tried to lip-sync or say something over the song. The two were vibing to the track as Jenner ruffled Aire's hair and nodded her head to the lines. Furthermore, she added an infinity symbol in the caption.

Red Sox's Garrett Crochet Comments on Unfortunate Contract Situation originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
It's unfortunate that left-hander Garrett Crochet of the Boston Red Sox is dealing with his contract situation, but this is part of Major League Baseball. The Red Sox ace is expected to come back sometime over the next few weeks, primarily as a bullpen arm. Crochet hasn't pitched in a game since April with shoulder inflammation.
Because he spent more than 120 days on the IL, a clause in his six-year, $170 million deal was triggered. Crochet will not be able to opt out of the 2030 season in his deal, which would allow him to hit free agency a year earlier.
Now, the Red Sox have a team option worth $15 million.
Speaking to reporters, he said he understands he can't control it, and he's accepted it. In fact, Crochet had some promising things to say, noting that he's excited to come back and try to help his team win a championship.

The New York Yankees could be facing a difficult decision involving former NL MVP Giancarlo Stanton, and his latest injury may have accelerated that conversation and even his future in MLB.
According to the latest article from The Athletic's Chris Kirschner, the Yankees could move on from Stanton after the 2026 season as they evaluate the designated hitter position and look toward 2027.

Stanton's latest setback has made the situation even more complicated. After spending much of the season recovering from a right calf strain, the 36-year-old suffered a moderate left calf strain while running the bases, leaving his chances of returning this season uncertain.

A Disneyland frequent theme park visitor and fan, known across the internet as "Peter Pan Girl," has now responded to the viral memes surrounding her interactions with the Peter Pan character in the park. Her recent TikToks interacting with the character in the park went viral, resulting in memes and speculation about her relationship with the character performer.
The discussion spread so far online that it even resulted in one of the Peter Pan character performers addressing the controversy, and it's called into question a debate about when character interactions might cross boundaries. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including a new menu at a sit-down restaurant for passholders and the expansion of an airport perk.

Christina Toni Kulusich, who has been meeting the Peter Pan character performers for over a decade at Disneyland, recently had a video go viral with more than 29 million views. This video, which you can watch at the end of the article, shows her gifting Peter Pan a handmade crochet keychain and sparked hundreds of comments questioning the ethics of her interactions with the character performers at Disneyland.
Kulusich spoke to USA TODAY about her thoughts on all the attention after this viral moment, sharing that "it's been a little rough" and that she never thought these moments would "blow up this much – of like, the entire internet to know I exist." Some commenters poked fun at the video, with one comment saying, "I know he went on a cigarette break after this," receiving 1.5 million likes. Another comment read, "Forced to stay in character but you can tell he's so uncomfortable." The video resulted in many viral memes and satirical videos, with some editing the interaction in black and white and adding horror movie scores to the audio.

Red Sox's Garrett Crochet Still Not 'Guaranteed' to Return This Season originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Boston Red Sox have gotten some great contributions from multiple pitchers throughout the 2026 campaign.
With ace Garrett Crochet going down with an injury and not appearing in a game since April 25, the Red Sox have needed players to step up. Losing arguably the best pitcher in Major League Baseball was a very concerning sign, but the Red Sox have found ways to win games without the 27-year-old.
While it's been a collective effort, right-hander Sonny Gray has been just as important as anybody else.
The veteran is 15-3 with a 2.65 ERA and has struck out 117 hitters in 132.2 innings. To put things simply, he's been just as good as anybody in baseball.

So many rehabs! As we round the stretch of the 2026 season, the Red Sox will be getting reinforcements from several long-injured players (though in the case of some of these players, it's an open question as to whether they're improvements over the current options). First up is Trevor Story, who is planning on playing today for AAA Worcester. Then comes the big guy: Roman Anthony is slated to play on Tuesday for AA Portland. Then it will be Isiah Kiner-Falefa making his rehab debut on Wednesday alongside Story in AAA. (Alex Speier, Boston Globe)
The rehabs come at an opportune time, as it looks like the Red Sox just lost another bat to injury. Masataka Yoshida left last night's game with a strained left hamstring and is likely headed to the IL. "I think he's going to be down for some time," said Chad Tracy. (Ian Browne, MLB.com)
To be frank, losing Masa isn't much of a blow, as he's barely contributed this season. Losing Sonny Gray, on the other hand, would be a major blow, as he's turned himself into the team's ace in the absence of the injured Garrett Crochet. (Sean McAdam, MassLive)
Jake Bennett hasn't turned himself into an ace like Gray, but he has turned himself into an unexpected key contributor at the back end of the rotation. In the midst of an outstanding season, he has struggled a touch lately, but neither he nor Chad Tracy sounds all that worried at this point. (Sean McAdam, MassLive)
Speaking of aces, the Sox were scheduled to face Paul Skenes today. But Skenes, who has had a shaky season this year, is being pushed back to later this week. The Sox will instead matchup against reliever Lake Bechar in what looks like it's going to be a bullpen game. (Rodney Knuppel, NESN)

Sonny Gray worked seven innings for his career-best 15th win of the season, Wilyer Abreu hit a home run, and the Boston Red Sox beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 4-0 on Saturday night.
Gray (15-3) struck out seven and allowed six hits while walking one. He had won 14 games in three other seasons, most recently in 2025 with St. Louis.
He is just the third Red Sox starter since 2019 to win 15 or more games, joining Garrett Crochet (18 in 2025) and Eduardo Rodriguez (19 in 2019).
Abreu hit his 22nd homer in the second inning to put the Sox ahead 1-0, sending a fastball from Jared Jones (2-5) 420 feet over the right-field wall.
Red Sox DH Masataka Yoshida left the game in the third with left hamstring tightness, coming up limping as he came into second with a double. He was replaced by Anthony Seigler.

Alessandra Ambrosio and Buck Palmer are engaged! The couple took to Instagram on August 11 to announce the exciting news with a series of spectacular oceanside photos.
The Australian jewelry designer popped the questions back in April. The photographs captured Buck on one knee inside a heart etched into the sand, with a drone capturing the happy moment.
The Victoria's Secret model looked incredible in a white-and-brown crochet bikini while her fiancé sported black swim shorts. Alessandra wore her luscious locks loose and slicked back in a wet-look style after taking a dip in the ocean, beaming as she soaked up the moment.
In another photo, the couple held their hands together as they proudly displayed their matching dainty, heart-shaped tattoos on their wrists. "I'd choose you in this life and every life. Here's to forever, my love," read the caption.
The couple confirmed their relationship in December 2024, after the model penned a special birthday tribute to her partner on social media. Later that month, she shared a series of romantic snaps of herself and Buck kissing on a beach in Praia Brava, Brazil.

What Were Garrett Crochet's Stats in the Bullpen? Examining Red Sox's Aces' Bullpen Stats originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Boston Red Sox are hopeful that at some point over the next month or so, Garrett Crochet can return to the mound.
It was interesting to see that Crochet struggled a bit before going down with his injury, but at least it gave the Red Sox some peace of mind. This is a guy who was arguably the best pitcher in Major League Baseball in 2025, so for him to go from a 2.59 ERA to a 6.30 ERA obviously showed that something was wrong.
The one thing that was a tad worrisome with Crochet is the fact that he became a starter after working out of the bullpen exclusively throughout a lot of his career. He was a starter in 2024 as well with the Chicago White Sox, but prior to that, he dealt with some injuries and had only thrown out of the bullpen.
In that span from 2020 to 2023, he appeared in 73.0 innings for the White Sox out of the bullpen, allowing just 22 earned runs and striking out 85 hitters. He did walk 40, which isn't great, but he posted a 2.71 ERA and 3.16 FIP.

Trevor Story's Injury Update Leads Red Sox to Important Question originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Boston Red Sox have been the best team in Major League Baseball over the past month or so, and that's without factoring in some of the injuries to the veterans they've dealt with.
Playing without Garrett Crochet, Trevor Story, and others dealing with injuries throughout the past month or so, it's fun to think about how good this team can truly be when healthy.
Speaking of Story in particular, though he's struggled a bit at times in Boston, he also had a really impressive 2025, posting a 4.1 bWAR and hitting 25 home runs and driving in 96 runs.
He only posted a 104 OPS+, which is below average for his career, and he was struggling a ton in 2026 in 41 games, but the hope is that he can get healthy now.

On June 5, the Boston Red Sox optioned Brayan Bello to Triple-A Worcester after another terrible start.
Bello was struggling as a starter this year after having a career year in 2025. Through his first 12 games, he had made eight starts and had an ERA of 10.35. He had 22 strikeouts and 21 walks issued in those starts. However, he had made four appearances behind an opener and had gone 25 1/3 innings, allowing just two earned runs. He had 22 strikeouts, to just three walks.
The Red Sox clearly wanted him to start games, so they sent him down to figure things out. However, the emergence of Jake Bennett and Payton Tolle created a path for Bello to return to the big leagues as a reliever.
Right now, the rotation has Ranger Suarez, Sonny Gray, Tolle, Bennett and Patrick Sandoval. Garrett Crochet could return at some point and then the Red Sox really would have no way for Bello to start games. Bello has thrived since returning to the big leagues in a long-relief role.

The Boston Red Sox have not had Garrett Crochet for most of the season thanks to a shoulder injury.
Crochet was the American League Cy Young Award runner-up last season, but was off to a poor start this year. He had a 6.30 ERA through six starts, but it's possible that the shoulder injury was something that was bothering him before he eventually went to the injured list. Regardless, all eyes are now on him trying to get back.
"Garrett started throwing yesterday, at 50, 60 feet," Red Sox interim manager Chad Tracy said on Tuesday, per MLB.com's Ian Browne. "So as you guys know, he's been down a while. We're in the very infant stages of very short [distance]. But he did have a ball in his hand and was throwing it, which is good. So he's probably going to be in that really short range throwing for now, and then we'll move him along as he goes."
Crochet still has a long way to go, but it's early August right now, and the Red Sox do not really need him back until mid to late September if they want him to be ready for the postseason. Still, he has some big hurdles to clear.

Garrett Crochet didn’t choose to come to Boston, but he did choose to stay here. After making just one start as a member of the Red Sox (on the road in Texas), Crochet signed a six-year contract extension to remain with the organization through at least 2030. He was a standout on the field in his first season with the team, and while he hasn’t been able to replicate that this season, he’s working to endear himself to the community by partnering with Sam Adams for the release of Crochet’s Pale Ale, which is on tap at bars, taprooms and restaurants in the New England area and available as part of the “Our City. Our Beer” variety pack.
“A big thing for me was ingraining myself in the Boston culture, and Sam Adams is really that to a T,” Crochet said.
He isn’t wrong. When the Scots descended upon Boston for the World Cup, they drank the Sam Adams Downtown Taproom out of Boston Lager. He’s also made a habit of dominating the Yankees. In four regular season starts, he’s posted a 3.29 ERA and a 36.8% strikeout rate, as well as 7.2 innings of one-run baseball in the postseason. I conducted the interview from a hotel room in Milwaukee while on a bachelor party, and joked that the bachelor was upset with Crochet for hurting his family team. Crochet apologized but quickly rescinded it upon learning that the bachelor is a Yankees fan.
Crochet hasn’t pitched since April, but the rotation has picked up the slack in his absence. That rotation is comprised largely of huge, left-handed pitchers. Each arm is different, but Payton Tolle, Connelly Early, Ranger Suarez, and Jake Bennett all come armed with a four-seam fastball, cutter/slider, and some kind of breaking ball. Crochet’s best utilized standing on the mound, but because of the similarities with his teammates, he’s able to contribute from the bench.
“There’s much more benefit to the eye test that goes on during a series,” Crochet said. “We’re playing three or four game series and it’s all lefties that we’re rolling out there, so it’s fun to watch … When a guy is in the middle of his start I’m not passing any information, you know, he went into today prepared ready to make the start and has all the information that he feels he needs to have success … if I think someone is really looking not good on the changeup, I think me and Tolle have a little bit more room to exploit [the changeup] given that other teams aren’t planning for it at all against us.”

Inside Red Sox winning streak: How Boston can tie historical mark with 15th win in a row originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
Early in the season, many figured it was just a matter of time until the Red Sox figured it all out.
Considered one of the American League's most talented teams entering 2026, the Red Sox stumbled out of the gate and fired manager Alex Cora in late April. The results weren't immediate. By the end of June, with Garrett Crochet and Roman Anthony still nowhere near a return, that hope of a turnaround had mostly faded.
With the AL standings littered with mediocre teams, however, one winning streak is enough for most teams to jump right back into the race. The Red Sox have not only put together an impressive stretch, but they are on the doorstep of their longest winning streak in franchise history.
Here's a look at the Red Sox' streak and how they can make history.

Will Smith looked almost unrecognisable as he unveiled a dramatic new look during a sun-soaked appearance in Monaco.
The 57-year-old actor showed off a freshly shaved head while attending the E1 Series Monaco GP on Saturday, July 18, 2026 where he posed aboard a yacht with Prince Albert and E1 founder and chairman Alejandro Agag.
Will appeared relaxed in a white T-shirt layered beneath a short-sleeved crochet cardigan featuring brown and black striped detailing. He completed his casual look with black trousers, dark sunglasses and his signature neatly trimmed goatee.
The transformation was particularly striking as the Men in Black star has typically worn his hair closely cropped throughout his decades in the spotlight.
A day earlier, Will was photographed overlooking the Mediterranean during qualifying in a bright red Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola team polo and black trousers, with his new shaved look once again on full display.

With the 2026 MLB Draft, Home Run Derby and All-Star Game just around the corner, all eyes will be on Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park over the next week. But let’s not forget: The MLB trade deadline is less than four weeks away on Aug. 3.
With so many teams in the middle of the pack, it’s difficult to know who will buy, who will sell and what will transpire over the next few weeks. Here are seven big questions as the trade deadline approaches.
If you had asked six weeks ago what the Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox were going to do at the trade deadline, almost anyone around the industry would’ve said they were heading toward being sellers. The Tigers had played really poorly in a weak AL Central, and worse, health was not on their side, particularly with the loss of ace Tarik Skubal for a month.
The Red Sox were in an even worse position, as their poor performance over the season’s first six weeks led to the firing of manager Alex Cora. And with injuries to AL Cy Young finalist Garrett Crochet and second-year outfielder Roman Anthony, things looked bleak in Boston.
But both the Tigers and Red Sox have looked like different teams of late. The Tigers have the best record in MLB since June 1, at 20-12, and the Red Sox have won their past six games and four of their past six series.

Sonny Gray's All-Star case is impossible to ignore after Ranger Suarez lands on the injured list originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
Recently, the Boston Red Sox have been on a heater, sweeping three of their four last series, and winning 11 of their last 13 games. However, during their second-to-last series against the Los Angeles Angels, the Red Sox lost another starting pitcher to the IL, in Ranger Suarez.
Suarez being out not only changes things for the Red Sox, but also the MLB. Suarez was named to be one of Boston’s three All-Stars this season, along with Aroldis Chapman and Willson Contreras. However, now the MLB can right a wrong, and announce a snub from Boston to be his injury replacement: acting ace Sonny Gray.
Paul Rutherford-Imagn Images
Since late April, Gray has been the Red Sox’s acting ace since Garrett Crochet was put on the IL. In that time, he’s been dominant, posting a 10-1 record, a 2.61 ERA, 82 Ks, and a WHIP of 1.104 over 89 innings pitched.

The 2026 Boston Red Sox have not had a good year whatsoever. Alex Cora has been fired, Roman Anthony and Garrett Crochet have missed most of the season, and not much has gone right overall.
Now, under a month to go until the MLB trade deadline, the Red Sox are likely to act as sellers. If and when they do, the Red Sox will have some interesting decisions to make.
But one thing they should have no questions over is what to do with Aroldis Chapman. ESPN's Jeff Passan and Kiley McDaniel gave the Red Sox a 90% chance to trade Chapman this summer, and it's an update that should surprise no Red Sox fans this year.
"10. Aroldis Chapman, LHP, Boston Red Sox. Chance of being traded: 90%," Passan and McDaniel write. "... Here's the greatest truism of the deadline: Everyone needs a good reliever. Teams will climb over each other for Chapman."

This Red Sox Stat Shows Why Team Has Chance To Turn Things Around originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Boston Red Sox just swept the New York Yankees, and their starting pitching in the series was phenomenal.
The Red Sox are without their top starter, Garrett Crochet, but the top of their rotation has still managed to be elite. In fact, Sonny Gray, Payton Tolle and Ranger Suarez have a combined ERA of 3.01. The best ERA from starters in baseball belongs to the Milwaukee Brewers, who have a 3.16 ERA.
When Crochet returns, the Red Sox have a chance to have the best rotation in all of baseball. That alone may be enough to get them into the postseason in a very weak American League.
Only two teams have a winning record in the American League right now. The Red Sox entered play on Monday, 4 1/2 games out of a wild card spot. However, their pitching is proving it's good enough to keep them in nearly every game. The Red Sox's next two series are against the Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Angels.

BOSTON — Nearly two months after landing on the injured list with shoulder fatigue, Red Sox ace Garrett Crochet is trying to find silver linings — and remaining hopeful he’ll be back in the team’s rotation relatively soon.
Speaking at his locker at Fenway Park on Friday, Crochet said he’s not concerned that there’s anything more serious than anticipated going on with his shoulder after a recent strength test showed that his strength had not improved enough for him to restart a throwing program. Instead, Crochet said, it’s a matter of following protocols and making sure he’s good to go after a mild lat strain interrupted his progress as he ramped up late last month.
Crochet has been throwing with plyometric (lighter) ***** but has not played catch with a baseball since throwing a one-inning live batting practice session on May 26, then being shut down with lat issues a few days later. He hopes he takes that step soon.
“I hope to have a ball — a real baseball — in my hand here soon,“ Crochet said. ”The plyos that I’m doing, though, are not far off. I’m throwing seven ounces, so it’s not like I’m afraid to get close to baseball weight. It’s moreso just the protocol.
“Just still just throwing plyos, doing a lot of (isometric) work. When the team was on the road and I stayed back, I made some good headway. Been trending up for a while. I think that let setback is making us be extra cautious this time, naturally. Just in that situation where it’s like, wait until you feel great, then wait a couple more days.”
