The Detroit Lions have added another receiver to their offseason roster.
On Wednesday, the team announced that it has signed wide receiver Kyre Duplessis, adding another young playmaker to compete for a spot during training camp.
The move comes shortly after the Lions learned that rookie fifth-round pick Kendrick Law will miss the 2026 season after suffering a torn ACL.
Duplessis enters the NFL after a productive career with the Delaware Blue Hens.
During the 2025 season, the 5-foot-11, 190-pound receiver hauled in 60 receptions for 824 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 13.7 yards per catch.

St Pauli Hamburg are parting ways with coach Alexander Blessin following their relegation from the Bundesliga, the Bild newspaper reported on Thursday.
Blessin has a contract with the club until 2027 but according to the report, both parties couldn't agree on a continuation of the work in the second division.
It's still unclear who would take the job.
Following the relegation, Blessin had asked for time to think things over.
However, nearly three weeks after the end of the season, he hasn't been able to commit to St Pauli, which has led to doubts among the club's management. Blessin had repeatedly emphasized that the unsuccessful relegation battle had taken a heavy toll on him.

When Knicks’ star Jalen Brunson exited Game 1 of the NBA Finals in the first quarter with a knee injury, it seemed for a brief moment like the worst-case scenario.
On the ABC broadcast, Mike Breen called it a potential “nightmare scenario” for the Knicks.
Brunson then returned in the second quarter only to suffer an apparent ankle turn.
But none of that mattered in the end as Brunson took over in the second half and finished with 30 points on 12-of-31 shooting as the Knicks overcame a 14-point second-half deficit to steal Game 1 in San Antonio, 105-95.
The Knicks out-scored Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs, 29-19, in the fourth quarter to win their 12 straight playoff game and seventh in a row on the road.
