ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan "The General" Haggerty had a ringside view of his brother Freddie Haggerty's toughest ****** ignment yet, and he could not have been happier with how it played out.
The younger Haggerty overcame Rungruanglek TN Muaythai via unanimous decision in their strawweight Muay Thai battle at The Inner Circle 30 in Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium this past Friday, September 11.
Freddie dropped Rungruanglek twice across the opening two rounds, first with a counter left hook off the ropes, then with a follow-up left hook to the temple off an exit from the clinch.
Rungruanglek tried to weather the storm with digging elbows and working Freddie's legs, but the 21-year-old Englishman stayed composed on the back foot, picking the Thai knockout artist apart with sharp counters until the final bell.
The unanimous decision snapped Rungruanglek's five-fight winning streak and pushed Freddie's record to 25-5 overall, marking his second straight victory of 2026 on the subscriber-exclusive Asia primetime card.

Other officers quickly move in and ***** ist with placing the man in handcuffs. The circumstances that initially led to the traffic stop, including what the man was suspected of doing beforehand, were not detailed in the information released with the viral video.

ONE Championship returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, September 11, with a card built for hardcore fans of Muay Thai, and it streams live for members at live.onefc.com.
At The Inner Circle 30, a ONE World **** le fight tops a card that also features one of the most emotionally charged rematches in the history of the weekly platform — a retirement fight that features two of Thailand's most storied veterans.
In the main event, Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon makes the first defense of his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World **** le against fellow Thai striker Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri.
Rambolek barely had time to settle into his reign before his first challenger came calling. The Superbon Training Camp fighter claimed the gold by defeating former **** leholder Nabil Anane at The Inner Circle 7 this past March. His victory ended one of the most formidable unbeaten runs in the division's history.
Before that, Rambolek had stopped Abdulla "Smash Boy" Dayakaev at ONE Fight Night 39 — an extraordinary feat over a fighter who had finished his previous four opponents by knockout — to earn his shot at the gold. After winning the belt, Rambolek entered monkhood for a period of gratitude and reflection before returning with a clear mind and an even clearer mission.

The UFC's Contender Series is in full swing for its 10th season, with Alex Apodaca scoring one of the biggest betting upsets in MMA history by defeating Bella Mir in last week's installment.
The bantamweight clash was the series' Week 4 headliner on Aug. 25, and saw Mir — the daughter of UFC heavyweight legend Frank Mir — enter as a colossal -6000 betting favorite. Apodaca entered with a +1500 moneyline as the underdog, then shockingly spoiled the party and stole a UFC contract from her 23-year-old counterpart via unanimous decision.
After her anticlimactic performance as such a huge favorite, Mir took a ton of online heat and criticism, not only from fans but from fighters alike. Ultimately, Apodaca (4-1) felt the response undervalued her efforts more than anything else, she said Tuesday on "The Ariel Helwani Show."
"She is a good fighter, and when you're saying that kind of thing, it's like, well, that means that I'm not. Or maybe I just did a good job," Apodaca told Uncrowned.
"If you're not giving her credit, you're not giving me credit."

MMA fans got an early morning treat. UFC Shanghai is in the books and delivered some incredible highlights. The fight card finished with 10 finishes and just three decisions, an all-action slate of matchups.
Even though the fight card delivered as a whole, the takeaway is Song Yadong, who scored a massive upset win against former **** le challenger Umar Nurmagomedov. After narrowly losing the first round, Yadong landed a perfectly timed uppercut as Nurmagomedov shot in for a takedown attempt.

This result is one of the bigger upsets of the year, and theres been a ton of them already in 2026. The win now moves Yadong towards the top of the bantamweight division. It could even land him a **** le shot, but that's not guaranteed, not yet, at least.

Umar Nurmagomedov's return to the octagon at UFC Fight Night 286 didn't end in a pretty scene.
Umar (20-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) was left unconscious after eating a monster uppercut from fellow UFC bantamweight ***** le contender Song Yadong (24-9-1 MMA, 13-4-1 UFC) in the main event of Saturday's card in Shanghai.
Song's win was a big upset that few predicted. It left many watching in shock, but perhaps those impacted most were Umar's corner team, which was composed of PFL lightweight champion Usman Nurmagomedov, UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov, as well as Iakub Shikhdzhamalov and Abubakar Nurmagomedov. All four were left visibly distraught by the result.
Usman, the younger brother of Usman, jumped into the cage and immediately rushed toward his fallen sibling. In the process, Usman collided with Song, who was running around the octagon celebrating the upset in front of an electric crowd. It then appeared that Usman held back from throwing an elbow at Song.
THe situation quickly deescalated, with Khabib offering to help wipe blood from Song's cut eyebrow as the teams interacted in a respectful manner.

Song Yadong delivered as a massive underdog at home in the UFC Fight Night 286 main event.
Song (24-9-1 MMA, 13-4-1 UFC) took out former ****** le challenger Umar Nurmagomedov (20-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) with a big knockout at the 1:48 mark of Round 2. The bantamweight bout was the headliner at Shanghai Oriental Sports Center in China.
Nurmagomedov struck first with a low kick. Song fired back with one of his own, then landed a body kick. Song threw a low kick, which Nurmagomedov caught to land a takedown. Song grabbed Nurmagomedov's neck to try and cinch in a guillotine choke, but Nurmagomedov popped his head out. Nurmagomedov controlled Song on the ground, but Song eventually got back up with just over a minute left in the round. Song landed a right, but Nurmagomedov shoved him off.
In Round 2, Nurmagomedov threw a couple of leg kicks then went up high. Nurmagomedov shot for a takedown, but Song shucked him off. As Nurmagomedov dipped, Song landed a short right uppercut on the ear, followed by several shots which knocked Nurmagomedov out cold.
In his post-fight octagon interview with Brendan Fitzgerald, Song called for a ****** le shot after pulling off one of the biggest upsets of the year. The Team Alpha Male Fighter has now won three of his past four fights, with his lone blemish being a narrow decision loss to Sean O'Malley in January.

The co-main event is Yan Xiaonan vs. Denise Gomes. Former **** le challenger Yan is climbing past her mid-thirties, but she will hope she has enough left in the tank to beat the rising Brazilian talent. Gomes will have revenge on her mind in this fight. Yan once knocked out Gomes' mentor Jessica Andrade.
Rounding out the main card is Aoriqileng vs. Kai Asakura, Alex Perez vs. Sumudaerji, Liu Ce vs. Levi Rodrigues Jr. and Bilal Hasan vs. Nilson Rojas. A number of those fights seem engineered to produce viral moments.

Welterweight champion Islam Makhachev appeared rather irked by Merab Dvalishvili's reaction to his UFC 330 win.
While watching Makhachev (29-1 MMA, 18-1 UFC) retain his ***** le against Ian Machado Garry less than two weeks ago, Dvalishvili took umbrage with the promotion allowing him to carry his Russian flag.

Dvalishvili (21-5 MMA, 14-3 UFC) will look to reclaim his bantamweight ***** le from Petr Yan (20-5 MMA, 12-4 UFC) when the pair battle in a trilogy bout, which co-headlines UFC 333 on Oct. 24 in Abu Dhabi. Yan put an end to Dvalishvili's ***** le reign by defeating him at UFC 323.

Almost every Italian boy grows up with a football at his feet and a dream already decided for him. Lenny Blasi took a different road entirely, and it led him somewhere far more extraordinary.
On Friday, August 28, that journey continues at its most demanding destination yet. Blasi headlines The Inner Circle 28 against surging Thai veteran Worapon Lukjaoporongtom in a bantamweight Muay Thai main event, streaming exclusively for members on live.onefc.com in Asia primetime from Bangkok's historic Lumpinee Stadium.
Before the biggest fight of his career, the 22-year-old opened up about his unlikely rise. What follows is the story of a young man who never expected to find Muay Thai, fell for it completely, and is now chasing something far greater than the sport ever promised.
In Italy, football is not just a sport. It is an ingrained expectation, claiming most children long before they can even ask why. For Blasi, however, the path was never that straightforward.
His parents deliberately resisted the pull of the pitch, gently nudging their young son toward something different. That early redirection, small and unassuming at the time, would quietly alter the entire course of his life.
