Travis Kelce turned his walk into the stadium into a luxury fashion moment, arriving for the Kansas City Chiefs' latest game in an outfit reportedly worth close to $100,000.
Kelce, 37, wore the look ahead of the Chiefs' game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 4, according to E! News. The NFL star wore a striped black Tom Ford set valued at nearly $7,000, along with Chelsea boots priced at close to $3,000.
His accessories pushed the total much higher: People reported that Kelce carried a $6,500 Bottega Veneta duffle bag and wore Jacques Marie Mage Leonard Aviator sunglasses worth about $1,000. The biggest expense was on his wrist: a Cartier watch valued at about $77,000.

Kelce's wife, Taylor Swift, is a Cartier fan, too. The Grammy-winning pop star, 36, has repeatedly worn pieces from the jeweler, including a Cartier Santos Demoiselle watch and a Panthère de Cartier necklace, according to GQ. She also accessorized her surprise appearance for Dakota Johnson's Saturday Night Live hosting stint on Saturday, October 3, with a Cartier Love Unlimited bracelet, Page Six reported.

Patrick Surtain II spoke with reporters at the Broncos' facility this week about the version of Patrick Mahomes that Denver will meet at Arrowhead Stadium on Sept. 14, two days short of nine months after the Chiefs quarterback had surgery on his left knee.
Mahomes tore the ACL and LCL in that knee on Dec. 14 against the Chargers, taken down from behind on a scramble, and had surgery two days later in Dallas with Dr. Dan Cooper. He was initially told the recovery would run nine months. He has not missed a practice since being cleared for football work in July, and for the first time in his career he did not appear in a preseason game.

"It's really tough to tell 'cause coming off an injury like that, it's pretty tough, but I don't expect nothing less for him to be himself," Surtain said. "I mean, obviously they might change the scheme up for him a little bit, not allow him to run as much, but like you said, to be more of a pocket passer, which he's good at, so, it's still Patrick Mahomes at the end of the day, so, we still gotta prepare and study for him like the years past, so, we'll be ready."
Mahomes carried 64 times for 422 yards in 14 games last season, and the play that ended his year came on a scramble outside the pocket. Andy Reid has not said publicly how much of that usage he intends to keep, and Surtain named the likely adjustment before Kansas City described one.

In what has been expected for months, Kirk Cousins will be the Las Vegas Raiders starting quarterback in Week 1 when they host the Miami Dolphins at Allegiant Stadium.
New Las Vegas coach Klint Kubiak made the announcement Wednesday that Cousins and not rookie, No. 1 overall pick, Fernando Mendoza, will lead the team to start the season.
This has long been the expectation. Both Kubiak and Las Vegas general manager John Spytek have said, in a perfect world, they wouldn't rush a rookie quarterback onto the field. Raiders' part owner Tom Brady reportedly also was in favor of not of playing Mendoza early.
Cousins, 38, made the decision easy as he had a strong training camp and preseason. The 15th year veteran has played for Kubiak in the past and should give the Raiders a chance to win while Mendoza continues to prepare to start his career.
The Mendoza era is coming, but first, it will be Cousins under center for the Silver and Black.

Auburn football made a clean sweep of its quarterback room following the 2025 season, and two of those made their debuts for their new programs on Saturday.
Ashton Daniels took the field for the Florida State Seminoles, while Jackson Arnold was named the starter for UNLV just days before the season-opening game. Daniels led the Seminoles to a 34-17 win over New Mexico State, while Arnold had a great day passing but could not get the win as UNLV lost to Memphis in their season opener at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Both quarterbacks dealt with pressure issues on Saturday, similar to their time at Auburn. According to PFF, Daniels was under pressure in 12 of his 27 passing attempts. FSU Wire's JD McCarthy believes the pressure he faced forced him to make questionable passing decisions.
"It was a mixed bag for Ashton Daniels in his debut," writes McCarthy. "He was constantly under pressure as FSU's offensive line struggled to protect him, but he also held onto the ball for to long at times and made a bad decision on his interception. He finished the day 17-27 passing for 202 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also ran for a touchdown."
The pressure was amplified for Arnold in UNLV's 27-21 loss to Memphis on Saturday as he was pressured 18 times according to PFF data. He was sacked seven times; two of those sacks occurred during the Rebels' final drive of the game. Despite facing constant pressure, Arnold found success through the air, completing 25 passes for 291 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions. He rushed for 108 yards, but the high number of sacks trimmed his total to just 58 net yards on the ground.

LAS VEGAS—All eyes were on the UNLV Rebels, who came out the other side of conference realignment in a position of menace for a College Football Playoff spot.
With the Mountain West no longer loaded with the traditional boogeymen for the Rebels such as Boise State, UNLV has an opportunity to make a statement of their own. With another high-profile transfer at quarterback in Jackson Arnold and a defense hoping for improvement in defensive coordinator Paul Guenther's second year, the Rebels clearly have such designs in mind for themselves.
However, to be the best in the new Group of Six with the addition of the revived Pac-12, the Rebels will need to beat the best the other conferences have to offer, and they got a tremendous opportunity to do exactly that against the Memphis Tigers.
On Saturday, however, all of those hopes suffered a massive dent with a 27-21 loss at Allegiant Stadium.
"Losing sucks, I'll tell you that," said UNLV head coach Dan Mullen during the postgame press conference. "Some critical errors, some areas we got to be better at."

The San Francisco 49ers' preseason finale against the Las Vegas Raiders ended with the visitors walking away with an 18-12 victory at Allegiant Stadium in Nevada on Aug. 27.
The Niners took a 12-9 lead with 9:09 remaining in the game after a 59-yard field goal from Eddy Piñeiro, who went 6-for-6 on field goals (24 yards, 25, 48, 59, 51, 54) in the final preseason game for San Francisco.
The Raiders answered on the next possession. Matt Gay hit a 48-yard field goal, tying the game 12-12 with 7:38 left.
The 49ers responded, going 50 yards in 12 plays and capping the possession with a 51-yard field goal to give San Francisco the lead with 1:51 remaining. The 49ers' defense stopped the Raiders and gave the ball back to their offense, which was able to extend the lead on a Pineiro 54-yard field goal.
No touchdowns were scored in the game, a credit to both defenses.

After falling to the Tennessee **** ans and blowing out the Los Angeles Chargers, the San Francisco 49ers wrapped up their preseason with a 18-12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Thursday.
San Francisco kept most of their starters on the bench for this one, while Las Vegas had more starters going early in the contest.
While we work our way through this result, let's take a look at some of the best performers from this 49ers' win.
Pineiro continues to prove that he's well worth the money that the 49ers paid him this offseason. He made all six of his field goals and scored the only points for San Francisco in the win. It's a huge win to have a kicker that you can rely on.
San Francisco's fifth-round pick has popped often throughout training camp and the preseason. On Thursday, he had a game-high 10 tackles and two quarterback hits, and even caught the attention of NFL Hall of Famer Patrick Willis.

The San Francisco 49ers added eight players in the 2026 NFL draft, and while there are several rookies who have impressed throughout training camp and the team's three preseason games, only one has caught the eye of an NFL Hall of Famer.
In the middle of San Francisco's preseason finale against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Thursday, former 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis took to social media to share his thoughts on rookie Jaden Dugger.
Dugger, 22, played collegiately at Georgetown from 2022-23 and Louisiana from 2024-25, where he earned All-Sun Belt honors once. The 49ers took him in fifth round of the 2026 NFL draft, and he's popped over the last month.
When Willis posted that, Dugger had a game-high 10 sacks and a pair of quarterback hits.

The San Francisco 49ers are wrapping up their preseason schedule with a battle against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Thursday.
Unfortunately, the 49ers lost one of their 2026 draft picks in the first quarter of the exhibition matchup, as cornerback Ephesians Prysock suffered a shoulder injury was originally listed as questionable to return. He's now been ruled out.
Prysock, 23, played collegiately at Arizona (2022-23) and Washington (2024-25) before San Francisco took him in the fourth round (No. 139 overall) of this year's draft. He's popped a bit in the team's first two preseason games, so this actually is a big loss for this contest, especially considering the starters aren't playing.
If Prysock can't go, the 49ers will have to rely on Jack Jones, Jakob Robinson, Eli Apple and Darrell Luter Jr. at cornerback for the rest of the game.

The San Francisco 49ers will wrap up their preseason Thursday night against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated most of the 49ers starters won't play in Thursday's game, but there are still enough roster spots to work out that the game should have at least some intrigue without the 49ers' top groups on the field. They'll be facing a Raiders squad that rolled out its starters in Week 1, but left their second preseason game to the reserves and No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza. It wouldn't be a surprise if the 49ers get a long look at the top pick from this year's draft.

Auburn football lost all three scholarship quarterbacks from last season's roster to the transfer portal. One of those quarterbacks, Ashton Daniels, has locked in a starting role with Florida State. What is the status of the other two quarterbacks heading into the new season?
It was expected that Deuce Knight would sit behind Trinidad Chambliss at Ole Miss, but Jackson Arnold joined UNLV's roster with a fair chance of winning the starting quarterback job. However, he has not officially claimed it.
UNLV head coach Dan Mullen was asked about the quarterback situation in Las Vegas ahead of the Rebels' week zero game against Memphis at Allegiant Stadium, and shared that neither Arnold nor Alex Orji has claimed the starting job. Mullen claims that the starter will be dictated by the opening play of Saturday's game, which has yet to be drawn up. However, both quarterbacks will see the field on Saturday.
Arnold transferred to UNLV following the coaching change from Hugh Freeze to Alex Golesh, leaving Auburn after spending just one season. He was named the starting quarterback for the Tigers after spending two seasons with Oklahoma, and went on to start eight games for Auburn before the job was handed over to Ashton Daniels.
In 10 total appearances, Arnold passed for 1,309 yards and six touchdowns, adding 311 yards on the ground with eight touchdowns. Now with his third college program, Arnold hopes to find his stride with UNLV and become the quarterback he was projected to become as a five-star prospect out of high school.

NFL preseason games do not count toward the regular season, nor are they the end-all, be-all for judging how well a player might perform when the season begins. Still, when you're a rookie in the NFL, the preseason is all there is to go off of until the regular season starts.
For these three rookies, Week 2 of the preseason is a big time for them to step up and show what they can do at the professional level. Let's dive in.

LAS VEGAS—After weeks of watching film, getting reps throughout training camp and making general preparations, the Las Vegas Raiders will finally get the opportunity to put all of that practice time into something tangible.
On Tuesday, the Raiders held their practice from Allegiant Stadium, giving the players and coaching staff experience with their preparations on game day before the Arizona Cardinals arrive for the preseason opener on Thursday.
For head coach Klint Kubiak, this moment has been a long time coming where, after years of biding his time, he will finally get the opportunity to take charge of a team of his own.
"I think the thing I appreciate the most is the coaches I get to work with because it is a group effort and we work a lot of long hours together," said Kubiak before Tuesday's practice. "We have a lot of coaches that are head coaches in their position and I rely on them to be the best at what they do, and it allows me to focus on my strengths and delegate the things that I'm not as good at."
While Kubiak was mum about how many series the first unit will play, he mentioned that the coaches "have a plan for those guys," suggesting that they will get at least some reps.

One player the Philadelphia Eagles have been consistently linked to during the 2026 NFL offseason is Maxx Crosby.
The Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher is clearly a trade block candidate for the struggling franchise, and the Eagles have always shown plenty of interest in taking on top edge rushers when they are available.

As expected by fans following the third and final match in the trilogy versus Oba Femi, long-time veteran and decorated combat star Brock Lesnar has retired once again, possibly for good, from the WWE ring.
Following one of Lesnar's toughest battles in a ******* in a Cell with rising star Oba Femi, the former WWE & UFC Champion was moved to the "alumni" section on WWE's official website.
In addition to being removed from the active roster, a special video package on Lesnar was posted on WWE's Instagram, featuring the World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, who thanked the former champion for their time in the ring and also praised Lesnar.

A familiar face is back with the San Francisco 49ers.
Veteran wide receiver Deebo Samuel signed a one-year contract worth up to $7 million with the 49ers on Thursday.
Samuel was a second-round pick by the 49ers in 2019 and played the first seven seasons of his career with the franchise. Samuel was traded to the Washington Commanders during the 2025 offseason for a fifth-round selection, but is back in San Francisco just one year later.
The addition of Samuel was needed due to injuries at the position. Per The Athletic's Matt Barrows, 49ers receiver Ricky Pearsall currently has knee swelling and receiver Christian Kirk injured his calf in the 49ers' first practice.

HENDERSON, Nev. — There'll be no holdouts among the rookies at the Las Vegas Raiders' training camp. Which means fewer distractions for first-year head coach Klint Kubiak.

Quarterback Fernando Mendoza put his signature to a four-year deal worth a reported $57.27 million and is fully guaranteed. He reported to the Intermountain Health Performance Center Thursday with the rest of the 10 rookies, all of who are signed.

Mendoza is receiving a signing bonus of $38.1 million so he can now concentrate on football, which has been his mantra since the Raiders took him No. 1 overall in late April.

"I'm so excited to be part of the family. Can't wait to get to work," Mendoza, who led Indiana to the national championship earlier this year, said on the Raiders' X account Thursday. "Appreciate your guys' all support. Let's get this thing rolling!"

And while Kirk Cousins is the favorite to be the Raiders' starter on Sept. 13 vs. Miami at Allegiant Stadium, it was important for Mendoza to not miss any time. He may be highly intelligent, but it's a big learning curve from college football to the NFL, something he has acknowledged on more than one occasion.

There is a team option fifth year in the contract so No. 15 is going to be around Las Vegas for a while. The plan is not to rush his development, let him learn and progress at a pace both he and the coaching staff are comfortable with and be ready to stay the starter once they make him the No. 1 QB.

The veterans report next Tuesday and the first day of overall camp is Wednesday. But there were images on the Raiders' social media of some of the veterans showing up at the team's facility in Henderson, including Maxx Crosby and Jackson Powers-Johnson.

For the next few days, it'll be Mendoza and his fellow rookies who will be the center of attention as they acclimate themselves to NFL life and Kubiak and his staff get a feel for what they have to work with.

Say what you will about Raiders owner Mark Davis (which usually means people say not-so-nice things about the person in question), but he cares about his players.
A.J. Perez has written a feature for the L.A. Times regarding the grass vs. turf debate, which has been fueled by multiple NFL owners bending over backwards to install grass temporarily for the World Cup. In it, Davis makes it clear that he has chosen grass because it's better for the men who wear silver and black.
“I just always felt that football should be played on grass,” Raiders owner Mark Davis told Perez. “That’s for safety purposes, No. 1. I want it to look like a game was played even if it’s an indoor field. You see grass stains and everything else. I wasn’t going to a stadium without it being grass once I knew that capability was there. Obviously, it added a lot of cost, but it’s worth it.”
Allegiant Stadium has a grass field that slides in and out over the fixed-roof facility.
Davis could have gone with the fake stuff instead. He was willing to spend the money in order to take care of his players.

The most talked about and market moving research calls around Wall Street are now in one place. Here are today's research calls that investors need to know, as compiled by The Fly.

Top 5 Upgrades:
Scotiabank upgraded Cloudflare (NET) to Outperform from Sector Perform with a price target of $300, up from $225. After a deeper dive on Cloudflare's opportunity, the firm is "convinced that the time is now to own shares" given its view that Cloudflare is winning "the best of the best AI-native customers" and more evidence of wins in CIO/CISO fieldwork for Cloudflare SASE and edge compute in the enterprise.
Erste Group upgraded Meta Platforms (META) to Buy from Hold. Revenue growth and operating margin are higher than those of competitors, while the price to earnings ratio is slightly below the sector average, the firm tells investors.
Deutsche Bank upgraded First Solar (FSLR) to Buy from Hold with a $272 price target. The "recent sharp stock pullback," with shares down 27% since June 1, creates an opportunity for investors to enter a "fundamentally strong business" in U.S.-based panel production that has a strong balance sheet and is poised for a stronger second half, the firm tells investors.
Melius Research upgraded Allegiant Travel (ALGT) to Buy from Hold with a $160 price target to reflect optimism around the many earnings building blocks ahead. The firm notes Allegiant has been ******* bent on realigning the business around the airline, and says the sale of Sunseeker and now the acquisition of Sun Country position the company to drive further relevance with investors.

Delta Air Lines (DAL) is set to provide investors with their first major hint as to whether higher airfares are still holding.
That's important since airline stocks have been squeezed by two competing pressures in 2026. Unpredictable fuel prices have offset strong travel demand.
Now Bank of America believes the setting appears better than feared.
BofA upped price targets for the airline group in a July 1 research report reviewed by TheStreet, suggesting steady demand, stronger fares and reduced fuel costs may support greater profitability into second-quarter results.
The brokerage boosted its price target for Delta to $100 from $93 and for United Airlines Holdings (UAL) to $150 from $145. It also boosted objectives on American Airlines Group, Southwest Airlines, Alaska Air Group, JetBlue Airways, Frontier Group Holdings and Allegiant Travel.
