The woman described her overall experience as feeling like "sexual slavery." The allegations have not been proven in court.
U.K. investigators allege the brothers used romantic relationships to draw women to Romania before using financial control, intimidation and violence to exploit them through online ***** ual content. The brothers deny wrongdoing and are fighting extradition from federal custody in Miami.

Brooke Eby, the TikTok star known for sharing her journey with ALS (or Lou Gehrig's disease), has passed away at the age of 37. Eby was diagnosed with the illness in March 2022, though her symptoms started four years prior, and she began posting videos on TikTok just months after. She soon gained hundreds of thousands of fans on TikTok and Instagram.
The ALS Network shared the news of Eby's death on October 1st, with a statement remembering her for the ways she built community and helped create connections through her videos and other work.

Ben Affleck once escaped a terrifying teenage mugging after recognizing the boys holding him at knifepoint. Years later, he learned one of those boys had killed someone and served 20 years in prison.
The actor recently revisited the encounter while reflecting on his childhood in Cambridge, Massachusetts. What began as a frightening walk home eventually became a memory that followed him into parenthood.
Affleck shared the story during an interview with Kerry Washington on her Street You Grew Up On podcast. He recalled walking home from high school at around 15 when two boys in hoods crossed the street toward him. Affleck initially considered running but decided against it. "They pass me, grab me, take a knife out: 'Gimme your money,'" he recalled. "And I was like, 'Oh!' I was scared."
The situation changed when Affleck recognized the teenagers from playing baseball. The boys also recognized him, turning the encounter from a mugging into a strange neighborhood exchange. In a post on X dated September 13, Musk stated that he is "highly confident" that **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. The comment strengthens **** eX's Starmind concept, which aims to establish AI data centers in orbit rather than on the ground. The first satellite, named Starmind AI1, will carry a **** e-optimized version of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale system. The standard terrestrial NVL72 combines 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs, although **** eX and NVIDIA have not disclosed the final configuration of the orbital version. **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) plans to launch the satellite in the fourth quarter of 2027 and reach substantial scale by 2028. Musk's plan isn't new; during **** eX's first earnings conference as a public company in August, he stated that the company would build exclusively on NVIDIA hardware in the future, calling the Vera Rubin architecture the best available AI computer design.
Musk's central point is that **** e is, in the long run, the most cost-effective area to develop AI computing. He cites solar power availability in orbit as a crucial advantage, and estimates that within two to three years, **** e might become the lowest-cost place for AI computing in general, describing the orbital architecture as simpler, less expensive, denser, and lighter than a standard data-center rack. Not everyone believes the physics and economics will align on Musk's timeframe. For NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA), the read-through is simple: **** e-based computing would represent a new, if early-stage and speculative, source of demand for its Vera Rubin platform, on top of the company's strong position in terrestrial AI infrastructure. According to some **** yst models, **** eX accounts for approximately 5% of NVIDIA's revenue.
SpaceX's reasoning is more convoluted. The plan is entirely dependent on the success of Starship, **** eX's next-generation rocket system, which still needs to demonstrate its capacity to handle launch frequency and reliability on the scale Musk describes. When Musk said during **** eX's August earnings call that the company would build its future AI infrastructure exclusively on NVIDIA, NVDA shares rose more than 4%, while **** eX's shares fell more than 10% before paring losses, reflecting investor concerns about execution risk and capital intensity, despite the fact that the NVIDIA relationship was well received.

For a company that closed a transformative acquisition less than a year earlier, that kind of overshoot forces a reassessment of the growth story ahead.
The headline growth number is inflated by the AZEK Exteriors deal folded into the base, so the more telling figure is the 12% pro forma net sales growth, which also beat original guidance. Siding & Trim, the core fiber cement business, posted organic net sales growth of 20% as North American fiber cement volumes returned to growth for the first time in several quarters. CEO Aaron Erter tied that to share gains against vinyl and other competing materials, along with programs like ColorPlus and Expanded Statement drawing more of the higher-end repair and remodel market. Adjusted EBITDA margin in that segment expanded 140 basis points to 33.5%, powered by favorable pricing, cheaper raw materials, and continued savings from the company's Hardie Manufacturing Operating System even as freight costs rose.

A public company typically has limited control over third-party financial products that reference its shares, but Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOOD) and AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AMC) are now testing that notion in public, in one of the year's most intense corporate spats. The debate revolves over stock tokens and has evolved from a heated social media post on September 3 to a live televised retort by September 9.
Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOOD) expanded its tokenized shares offering, which is issued through a unit named Robinhood ****** ets (Jersey) Limited and traded on Robinhood's proprietary blockchain, Robinhood Chain, to include over 190 public firms, including AMC, without the companies directly signing on. When AMC CEO Adam Aron discovered that his company was among them, he did not mince words. On September 3, Aron posted on X, calling the practice "contemptible, outrageous, disgusting, detestable, inexcusable, vile," questioning how it could possibly be legal, and stating that AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AMC) had no relation to the tokens and did not condone them.
He stated that the company would retain independent securities counsel and vowed to take the matter to the SEC, characterizing Robinhood's tokens as an unregistered securities product that undermines the regular relationship between a public company and its shareholders.
The market reaction was fast and telling: AMC shares rose as much as 21% in overnight trading after the public dispute broke out.
Robinhood did not back down. In the days that followed, the company's chief legal officer, Dan Gallagher, a former SEC commissioner, mocked the tone of Aron's complaint on social media, saying Robinhood "know[s] a little something about the US securities laws," and inviting AMC's lawyers to contact them. CEO Vlad Tenev originally commented on X with a brief "What's the concern?" before making his first extensive, broadcast comments on the controversy in a CNBC "Squawk Box" interview on September 9.
