Chris Rock has opened up about the behaviour that contributed to the breakdown of his marriage, admitting he "was not a great husband."
The actor split from Malaak Compton-Rock, the mother of his daughters Lola, 24, and 22-year-old Zahra, back in 2014 after 18 years of marriage.
The comedian, 61, spoke to GQ about his divorce after being named one of the magazine's Men of the Year.
He said: "I watched a lot of ****** . I don't watch ****** anymore. I haven't watched ****** in five, six years.
"It's not anything I'm proud of, but it's something I had to go through."

British tennis player Harriet Dart qualified for a WTA semi-final for just the second time in her career after she came from a set down to beat Paula Badosa in the quarter-final of the Guangzhou Open on Friday.
The 30-year-old produced one of the biggest wins of her career, coming back from a set down to secure a 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 victory and book her place in the final four of a WTA tournament for the first time since the Transylvania Open in 2024.
Dart had to come through two rounds of qualifying before beating Tatiana Prozorova, Janice Tjen and now Badosa, who had to receive medical attention twice in the match. She will face either Xinran Sun or Claire Liu for a place in her first WTA final.
In an on-court interview, Dart said: "It was an incredible battle. I thought Paula started really strongly. I was always behind, but I knew going in that it was going to be an incredibly tough match.
"I really needed to hang in there in the tough moments, and maybe I'd get a chance. It's been a very long time since I've been in the business end of a (WTA) tournament, so I'm very proud of that."

SATELLITE BEACH — Satellite kicked off the SSAA Atlantic state playoffs hosting Lemon Bay in the first round on Oct. 29.
The four-seeded Scorpions played their brand of football with efficient offensive play and stingy defense in a 31-7 win over the fifth-seeded Manta Rays.
"I'm proud of the effort. I thought we played hard," Satellite head coach Dan Burke said. "I thought we did what we practiced to do. Looking forward to next week."
Satellite nearly pitched another shutout as Lemon Bay scored its lone touchdown with 1:45 remaining in regulation. The Manta Rays turned the ball over on downs four times, turned the ball over twice and punted once.
It was a new challenge for the Scorpions defense as the Manta Rays operated a triple-option offense. Lemon Bay ended the game averaging 3.2 yards per carry as it totaled 144 yards on 45 attempts.

Three months after revealing plans that it would seek a jersey patch sponsorship, Wright State University announced a deal with Premier Health on Thursday, Oct. 29.
"Premier Health has stood alongside Wright State Athletics for years and this partnership is a profound statement of what that relationship means," said Wright State Athletics Director Brad Chandler in a press release. "All 14 Division I programs will now carry Premier Health on its uniform, connecting our student-athletes with the academic health system that cares for the families in our stands and across our community. We worked hard to bring the first jersey patch sponsorship in the Dayton region to life, and we're proud that it's with a partner that has always shown up for Wright State. This is about more than visibility. It's two Dayton institutions putting their names side by side and investing in the next generation."
The NCAA approved the use of jersey patches in January.
According to an NCAA press release, "Effective Aug. 1, all Division I teams will be permitted up to two additional commercial logos on their uniforms and apparel and one additional commercial logo on equipment during the preseason and regular season, with an additional commercial logo on uniforms and apparel for conference championships. The patches will be limited to a maximum of 4 square inches per logo."
The patches will debut on Monday, Nov. 2, when the Wright State men's basketball team plays Air Force in the Stars, Stripes and Flight Classic at the Nutter Center.

When Kawhi Leonard became a Toronto Raptor for the first time in the summer of 2018, he looked shellshocked. "There's just more questions you have to ask me in order for me to tell you about myself," he said, introducing himself to an organization and city he reportedly had no interest in joining.
Leonard had fallen out with his former team, the San Antonio Spurs – one of the most respected franchises in professional sports – due to differences in opinion about an injury that had limited him to just nine games in the 2017-18 season. The Los Angeles native had hoped to end up in southern California, but instead the Raptors risked it all by swapping franchise cornerstone DeMar DeRozan for one year of an injured, malcontent Leonard. It worked: Leonard led the Raptors to their maiden championship on the back of a historic playoff run, averaging 30.5 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.9 **** ists and 1.7 steals en route. Leonard won his second finals MVP to go alongside the one he had claimed with the Spurs when he helped them to the **** le in 2014.

"We should move past that. Believe in this city. Believe in yourselves … We are proud of who we are."
But even a historic season wasn't enough to convince Leonard to stay north of the border. After a long and contentious free-agency period managed by his uncle, Dennis Robertson, Leonard spurned the reigning champions in favor of his hometown Los Angeles Clippers. "There wasn't as much anger in 2019 as there was with Vince Carter or some of the other guys who left," says Bruce Arthur, who has covered Leonard since 2018 for the Toronto Star. "I think he was given a little bit of special dispensation because he was going home, because he had delivered a **** le, and because I never felt like there was ever a connection outside of Kawhi the basketball player, with Toronto."

Jersey Sport has opened applications for its Performance Sport Programme, with more than £100,000 available to support players, coaches and officials.
The organisation said athletes who fell into "Podium, Podium Potential, Talent Performance and Talent ID profiles" would be invited to apply for funding to support their training, competition and living costs.
Dom Blampied, from Jersey Sport, said he was "proud" of the growth of the programme, which first launched in 2024 and how it had helped sportspeople achieve their dreams.

The comedian is looking back on it with humor, while she, according to a source, is still sensitive about the subject. The source also says she has taken a firm stance on how she deals with Davidson, and it is not a "chapter of her life she's willing to discuss."
Pete Davidson, 32, recently spoke about his past with Kim Kardashian, calling himself "one of the survivors — the few and the proud." He went on to add, "We're like the Marines." The comedian also maintained that he still has "a lot of love" for the Skims founder, 45. Davidson also added that Kardashian respected his privacy, but the constant cameras were still too much for him. "I knew what I was getting into," he said.
Following his remarks on their brief relationship, a source close to Kardashian spoke to In Touch. The source said Kim remains "hyper sensitive" about Davidson. She has reportedly told people she won't discuss that chapter of her life and "would prefer if they didn't bring it up." The source drew a contrast with her marriage to Kanye West. Leaving West brought relief and freedom, the source said. Davidson ending their relationship, by comparison, brought "rejection and devastation."
According to the source, Davidson knows he hurt Kardashian and feels terrible about it. The source also claimed he is "genuinely happy" that she has moved on with someone else. He would nonetheless "love to build a friendship" with his ex, the source said. Kardashian, however, sees things differently. The source said she has chosen to "draw a firm line under the past" and has essentially banished Pete Davidson from her personal universe. "She wishes him the best," adds the source, "but doesn't need his apologies or friendship."
The source also described how deeply the breakup affected her. It reportedly "crushed her ego" and took a long time to process. The 45-year-old was said to be "madly in love" and convinced they had a future, even if the relationship was short.

During a new interview with The Sunday Times Style, the reality star admitted that she has five nannies, with one on duty and four on rotation, to help look after her kids due to her busy work schedule.
The SKIMS founder explained that she is always available to drop her children to school every day, pick them up, and eat dinner with them. "I think I am an intermediate-strict parent," she shared. "I'm extremely patient and loving. I still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want. I read books with the kids every night."
Kim also shared that she believes it's important to discuss privilege with her children. "It's something I talk to my kids about constantly, about hard work, never taking things for granted, always having gratitude," she said. "I lead by example. Among his many properties, Hughes once owned a rather large warehouse in San Diego, California, that was eventually turned into an early wholesale store called Price Club. It went on to merge with Costco in the 1990s, forever cementing the Costco-Hughes connection. Sure, it may not be the strongest celebrity-Costco connection ever, and Hughes himself never set foot inside one of the chain's stores, but it's one that Costco can be proud to have as part of its storied history nonetheless.

While it's unclear exactly how long Howard Hughes' San Diego building served as a hangar, or if any remodeling was done prior to its wholesale club days, what is known is that it reopened as Price Club in the summer of 1976 after being purchased by local businessman Sol Price and his son, Robert. It looks pretty similar today compared to old photos of the building in its Price Club days and as an aviation hangar, with its vaulted ceilings and massive walls. The coolest part though? If you're a history buff in San Diego, you can actually go shop at the Costco that once housed Hughes' airplanes (assuming you're also a Costco member, of course). AUBURN — Both Da'Shawn Womack and CK Murray are expected to see the field when Auburn football when it hosts Florida for its SEC-opener this weekend, head coach Alex Golesh said Monday, Sept. 14.
Neither Womack nor Murray played in Auburn's home-opener against Southern Miss last weekend after Golesh provided health updates on both throughout the week.
"Those guys both practiced this morning, and we anticipate having them both," Golesh said. "It was a push to get them both back last week. I don't know if you saw, I had to get Womack out of my way about 20 times on the sideline (against Southern Miss). I kept telling everybody he was 'Coach Wo' on the sideline, and he (was). He brought a really cool energy. So did CK, which I was proud of both those kids for."

Florida football routed the Campbell Fighting Camels, 52-3, during Week 2, marking the first time since 2021 that the Gators started the season with a pair of wins. However, despite the lopsided score, there is still work to do for the Orange and Blue.
Following the triumph over their FCS opponent, head coach Jon Sumrall spoke to the press about what he saw out on the field inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on Saturday. There were things he was proud of — especially Vernell Bown III's performance — but there were also areas that he wants to see the team improve, particularly focusing on personal foul calls and team discipline.

Some positives. I thought clearly (Vernell Brown III) in the return game came through when it was really clutch with what he did with the ball in his hands on those two punt returns, the third one that we had the penalty on. He did some really nice things in the return game.

ATLANTA − Tennessee football played its first road game of the season at Georgia Tech but it sure didn't look that way.
UT fans helped sell out Bobby Dodd Stadium as the No. 18 Vols (2-0) beat Georgia Tech 45-24 on Sept. 12. UT coach Josh Heupel noticed the support from the fans before he stepped on the field to play the Yellow Jackets (0-2).
"We leave our hotel and you see nothing but orange and white on our way here," Heupel said. "From older fans who have been here for a lot of generations to some younger ones who don't know how to tie their shoes yet, you walk into the stadium 60 minutes before kickoff and a majority of the crowd is Tennessee orange. It's pretty special."
Freshman quarterback Faizon Brandon, making the first road start of his college career, said UT fans gave him and his teammates a distinct advantage when operating the offense.
"It was a lot of orange," Brandon said. "It definitely made things easier. Wasn't too much noise. Definitely got a little rowdy sometimes, but seeing all the orange, it definitely made me proud."

Gennaro Gattuso is proud of his Lazio side after their 2-2 draw with Milan, claiming that "seeing the team not give up pleases me," as he comments that the empty Stadio Olimpico makes it "feel like the COVID period" as Biancocelesti fans continue to protest against owner Claudio Lotito.
The Aquile thought that they were on track for the perfect start to the Serie A season, as they were leading 2-0 at half-time through Matteo Cancellieri and Tijjani Noslin goals.
Speaking to DAZN, via TuttoMercatoWeb, Gennaro Gattuso was left frustrated but not despondent by the collapse. It would've been four wins out of four, but Diego Moreira came off the bench and scored twice in 120 seconds to get Milan back on track.
"In the second half, they came out with their quality," Gattuso said. "Playing the way we want to play for 90 minutes is hard, we dropped deep at the start of the second half and we struggled. That is also understandable because we conceded two goals I would describe as wonder strikes. We were also good not to get hammered, the feeling was that we could have conceded another two."
Lazio have never in their history started with four consecutive Serie A victories, and that record won't happen this season either, as Milan came back for the 2-2 result. Gattuso, though, took encouragement from how his players reacted to letting a two-goal lead slip.
