The Denver Broncos broke out their alternate white helmet for an all-white look in a Monday Night Football clash with the Kansas City Chiefs on Sept. 14.
The Broncos are rocking the white helmet with white jerseys, white pants and white socks against their division rival in Week 1. Denver wore that same uniform in a 20-13 win over the Chiefs last Christmas, so it's not surprising to see the team bring it back for their 2026 season opener.

Recent trade acquisition Jaylen Brown is preparing for the 2026-27 NBA season, his first with the Philadelphia 76ers. Ahead of training camp, the former Boston Celtics forward was seen working out with famous shooting instructor Chris "Lethal Shooter" Matthews. Before Matthews became a famous coach, he played for Washington State and St. Bonaventure and also spent time in the NBA G-League.

Although he's recently played in the BIG3, Harrell is still 32 years old and is now aiming to make another NBA roster. Harrell, who started out as a Rockets second-round pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, may be eyeing a reunion in Houston.
Following the conclusion of the BIG3 season, Harrell was seen at Rio Grande Valley Vipers open tryouts Saturday, competing for a spot on the team. Harrell's NBA career spanned eight seasons, two of which were with the Rockets. Former Charlotte Hornets forward Taj Gibson announced his retirement Monday after 17 seasons in the NBA. Gibson was recently rostered by the Memphis Grizzlies but was later traded to the New Orleans Pelicans and was subsequently waived. Gibson spent one season with the Hornets, playing in Charlotte during the 2024-25 campaign. In 37 appearances, the former USC forward averaged 2.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.6 **** ists, 0.2 steals and 0.5 blocks. While with the franchise, Gibson served as a veteran presence and particularly helped recent Hustle Award winner Moussa Diabate in his development.
Throughout his 17-year career, Gibson played 1,012 games, averaging 8.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 0.9 **** ists, 0.5 steals and one block. The UCLA Bruins defeated the San Diego State Aztecs 28-10 in their home opener at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Calif. on Sept. 12.
The Bruins were held scoreless for the first half of the game, but took the lead in the third and blew up in the fourth to steamroll the Aztecs. UCLA head coach Bob Chesney was able to keep his team together yet again as he leaves his first home opener in the Rose Bowl triumphant. Here were five takeaways from the Week 2 performance.
The Bruins defense defended their den viciously for the season opener as they held the Aztecs scoreless for the first three quarters of play. San Diego State's lone touchdown came on the defense's worse drive of the game that was filled with penalties that led the Aztecs down the field and into the endzone.
Nonetheless, the defense was the strongest side of the ball for the majority of the game as they held the Aztecs to just 45-passing yards, had two sacks, six tackles-for-loss and an interception that was snagged by senior linebacker Jalen Woods.

While Fred VanVleet was rated rather low as a point guard, Rockets star Kevin Durant was recently ranked as one of the best in his position. The Houston Rockets recently teamed up with Toyota for an annual day of service, where they honored both first responders and military personnel. Some of Houston's attendees included Reed Sheppard, Jae'Sean Tate, head coach Ime Udoka and general manager Rafael Stone. While there, Stone spoke to the media about his relationship with star center Alperen Sengun, revealing that he went to visit him in Turkey this summer.
"We had some good conversations at the end of last year. Part of it was Alpi putting pressure on me [to communicate better]." Stone went on to say that he spent nearly two weeks with Sengun in Turkey, spending time with one another each day. This is, of course, a great sign for Rockets fans, as Sengun and the front office appear to be on the same page.
Last season, Sengun made his second consecutive all-star appearance, averaging 20.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, 6.2 ******* ists, 1.2 steals and 1.1 blocks.

Ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season, the Warriors have revealed some new threads. Golden State is one of eight teams to receive new "Specter" jerseys from Nike. The Warriors' edition is prominently black with blue stripes on the right side and yellow number outlines. The seven other teams to receive "Specter" jerseys are the Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Detroit Pistons, Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings. The "Specter" jersey was meant as a way to celebrate some of the league's oldest NBA teams.
Since the release, fans have had mixed reviews on the new uniforms, but most overall comments have been negative. When the Warriors will debut these jerseys has not yet been revealed. In the meantime, Golden State will begin a six-game preseason run October 4 against the Los Angeles Clippers in Hawaii.

Josh Hokit has a serious problem with Alex Pereira campaigning for a Ciryl Gane rematch.
Pereira (13-4 MMA, 10-3 UFC) was finished by Gane in their interim heavyweight ***** le fight at UFC Freedom 250 in June. Gane dropped Pereira with a jab then swarmed him for the second-round TKO. "Poatan" complained that several shots from Gane landed to the back of his head in the fight-ending sequence, and he's eager to run things back.

After a long clearance for the Brazilian defense, Valmir headed the ball back toward the young Seleção's attack and found Samuell, who passed to Kauã Lucas. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are back to dinner dates in New York, and their latest restaurant fits one of Kelce's newer food interests.
The newlyweds dined at Ambassadors Clubhouse in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood on September 6. Photos obtained by Page Six showed Kelce holding Swift close as they walked from their SUV toward the restaurant.
Swift wore a metallic brown and gold Stella McCartney halter dress, while Kelce paired a striped silk shirt with brown trousers. A source told PEOPLE that they were joined by two men and ate in the restaurant's lower ground main dining area.

Florida State hosted No. 19 SMU in an ACC matchup that got off to an unusual start Monday night.
Kickoff was delayed until 9:15 p.m. after a power outage inside the stadium. Even when play began, it wasn't a typical college football game, with no public address announcements, in-game video replay, coach-to-player audio or video board.
SMU won the coin toss before the outage and chose to receive.

The Gophers did what they were supposed to do against an overmatched FCS opponent on Thursday night, thrashing Eastern Illinois 59-7 at Huntington Bank Stadium to kick off a new season.
Quarterback Drake Lindsey also did what he was supposed to do, completing 19 of 24 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown before exiting the game in the third quarter with a very comfortable lead. With the caveat that it's hard to learn much against an FCS foe, Lindsey's 2026 debut lived up to the NFL buzz he's been getting all offseason.
The Gophers' pro-style offense under Greg Harbaugh Jr. presents a lot of opportunities for Lindsey to make plays that are easy to see translating against much tougher defenses, both in college football and at the next level. What stands out about Lindsey, beyond his obvious size and arm strength, is how smooth he looks when operating from under center and in play action. The ball gets out of his hands in rhythm and zips to his intended target. Most of his completions came at the top of a short drop; Lindsey's average time to throw was just under 2.5 seconds, per PFF.
Perhaps the best example came late in the first quarter, with the Gophers already up 14. Lindsey took the snap, gave a slight play-action fake to draw in the linebackers, and then fired the ball to new wide receiver Noah Jennings in a big void of ****** e over the middle of the field.
