Elon Musk reportedly used his first dance with his then-wife to establish who was in charge.
"I am the alpha in this relationship," Musk allegedly told his first wife, Justine Wilson Musk, as the newlyweds danced at their 2000 wedding, according to her appearance in Alex Gibney's new documentary Musk, which was viewed by People.
More than two decades later, Justine says the comment wasn't an isolated moment. She describes a marriage in which Musk regularly criticized her, made her feel insignificant, and spoke to her as though she worked for him.

"I learned the term 'gaslighting' through my relationship with Elon," Justine says in the film. "He was constantly remarking on the ways he found me lacking."

Elon Musk's mother, Maye Musk, railed against the media for not being "proud" of her son's accomplishments, and leveled a conspiracy theory that all media outlets must lie about him or they'll lose their "funding."
Maye Musk appeared on the Pod Force One podcast on Monday, where host Lydia Moynihan asked, "How is it for you as a mother now to see your son who…was so celebrated, now become so controversial?"
"Well, you know, in my book, I do say 20 years ago, the media all hated Teslas," Musk said. "'It's going to fail, it's going to fail, it's going to fail.' And for five years, they hated Tesla. And then they realized that people are buying the Teslas. So then they started hating Elon and hating him on — and that's when I started going on Twitter and shaming the media, as well as the person doing the —"
"You would find the journalist!" Moynihan exclaimed.
"I would find the journalist and find their tag, and so that I could tag them and say, 'Shame on you!' And that's what I did. It gave me a lot of comfort. It didn't stop them," Musk said.

The Kentucky Wildcats seemed very likely to cover the spread as they took a 17-13 lead into the break against the Alabama Crimson Tide in Week 2 action. The second half didn't bode well for the Cats, or those who put a few bucks on them to cover the double-digit spread. Kentucky was outscored 18-0 in the third quarter and then 14-0 in the fourth quarter. The final score was 45-17 Alabama.
Despite the final total, the Cats should've still held their head high, having limited Keelon Russell to 188 yards and one touchdown and forcing him into two interceptions. Kentucky defensive tackle Tavion Gadson had one of the best games of his career as well. Ultimately, the Cats failed to cover as they closed as an 8.5-point home underdog, with the Over (46.5) cashing as well. They did cover in their Week 1 45-13 throttling of Youngstown State.
Now, the spread is live for the Cats' Week 3 foe, as they take the trip to College Station to face the top-ten Texas A&M Aggies. Kentucky has opened as a 14.5-point underdog, which could be seen as a surprise given how Week 2 concluded. Here are the opening spreads for all the SEC games this upcoming weekend.
The Aggies crushed Missouri State 50-0 in Week 1 and then edged Arizona State 48-20 in Week 2, forcing former Kentucky starting quarterback Cutter Boley into two interceptions. Boley ended with 254 yards and 2 touchdowns.
For Kentucky, slowing down Aggies' quarterback Marcel Reed is going to be a challenge, as will be covering the spread. The Aggies come into this one 2-0 against the spread (ATS), having closed as a favorite of at each two touchdowns in each contest.

Ashley St. Clair, former girlfriend of billionaire Elon Musk and mother to one of his children, told Don Lemon she personally witnessed the billionaire using ketamine recreationally and taking psychedelic mushrooms as she opened up about his alleged drug use.
St. Clair, who shares son Romulus with the Tesla and ***** eX chief, made the claims during an interview with Lemon after the podcast host recalled questioning Musk about his acknowledged use of prescription ketamine.

Real Madrid closed out matchday five of La Liga with a 4-1 win over Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabéu, with Kylian Mbappé scoring twice against Rayo goalkeeper Emil Audero. The victory moved Real Madrid level on points with Barcelona at the top of the standings.
Mbappé opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 14th minute after Florian Lejeune fouled Alvaro Carreras in the area. Three minutes later, Carreras exchanged passes with Mbappé and finished to double the lead after Lejeune had lost possession under pressure from Vinícius Júnior.
Jude Bellingham made it three before the interval, converting Vinícius Júnior's cut-back after the Brazilian had driven down the left. Real Madrid therefore took a commanding three-goal advantage into half-time, with Mbappé also hitting the post late in the first half.
Rayo Vallecano reduced the deficit in the 51st minute when Sergio Camello scored after a turnover, and the visitors created further openings as they tried to work their way back into the game. Thibaut Courtois made saves during Rayo's improved second-half spell, while Pedro Díaz struck the post.
Mbappé settled the contest in stoppage time, finishing a move created by Arda Güler to make it 4-1 and complete his brace, as detailed in the original match report. The second goal took Mbappé to seven goals in six appearances in all competitions.

The post reached more than 503,000 impressions. Twelve days earlier, West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey made the same argument on CNBC, saying net electricity prices will be lower when data centers come in. It is becoming an industry talking point. It is also colliding with the price data Americans actually pay.

Leave it to Elon Musk to say, essentially, I've been right all along.
The **** eX (SPCX) and Tesla (TSLA) CEO agreed with Anthropic (ANTH.PVT) CEO Dario Amodei on his essay arguing for pacing AI advances.
The crux of Amodei's argument is that AI using recursive self-improvement "could outrun our ability to understand and control these systems, and so must be pursued very carefully, if at all."
In order to prevent future harms, Amodei said frontier AI companies should commit to embedding third-party evaluators in their organizations that can **** s their AI models and confirm the labs' "adherence to safety practices and commitments, report incidents, and help **** s the alignment of not just completed AI models but training pipelines and processes."
Musk replied on X.com, "Dario is right," but also added later that he's been "sounding the alarm" over AI for some time now, linking back to a post he made back in 2023, when he wrote, "AGI is significantly higher risk than nuclear weapons, in my opinion. Super smart humans have trouble imagining something vastly smarter than themselves."

Sydney Sweeney has come under fire for another advertising campaign.
The Euphoria actor has teamed up with Novig, a new platform that combines sports trading with prediction-market features and is restricted to users aged 21 and above.
But the conversation isn't about the platform, which she is the new strategic partner and equity holder for. Instead, the marketing campaign has sparked a debate about how women are represented in sports.
The minute-long ad, ****** led "Just Sports," features the Christy actress posing in nothing but strategically placed footballs, basketball hoops, hockey pads, and a pool cue. The concept is that the platform focuses on sports and nothing else.

It's about the fact that this is already a male-dominated field where we constantly have to prove we belong. When the only representation is ****** ualization, you see fewer and fewer young women wanting to pursue this industry."

Sydney Sweeney's latest ad campaign has landed very differently with some of the women who have spent their lives competing in sports.
Four-time Olympic gold medalist Ariarne ***** mus is among a growing group of athletes criticizing Sweeney's new "Just Sports" campaign for Novig, a sports prediction market. The campaign shows Sweeney nude or minimally dressed while footballs, basketballs, hockey equipment and other sports gear strategically cover her body.
Athletes including former UCLA gymnast Gracie Kramer, Olympic swimmer Lani Pallister, British sprinter Amy Hunt and water polo Olympian Tilly Kearns have responded by putting competition, training and athletic achievement back at the center of their own posts.
Sweeney is more closely tied to the campaign than a typical celebrity spokesperson. Novig announced that she joined the company as a strategic partner and equity holder, while Sweeney said she had participated in the creative process from the beginning.
The four-time Olympic champion, who retired from competitive swimming in 2025, wrote on Instagram that she had believed this kind of marketing belonged in the past.

Well that was atrocious and my eyeballs hurt just from having to witness that half of a football game.
Alabama's offense opened the game with Keelon Russell taking a bad intentional grounding penalty, Daniel Hill getting dropped for a loss, then Russell getting picked off by a defensive lineman for a quick pick 6. The Tide defense did turn around and get their own pick six with Luke Metz jumping a slant route, but that was about the last good thing to happen for Alabama.
The Tide defense generally stood their ground, but one drive got extended twice one "Defensive holding" penalties, then extended again when the Tide got a stop on 4th down, but the referees decided that, somehow, replay concluded that an incomplete pass was actually a fumble, and that fumble somehow occurred over the first down line despite the player not being at the line and ball being in his back arm.
Alabama's offense did put together two decent drives, but both stalled in the redzone on the backs of multiple penalties taking away touchdowns. Just eye-gouging football to have to watch.
Then, with a chance to go down the field and take a lead before halftime, Russell overthrew Rico Scott by about 15 yards and got picked off, giving Kentucky a short field. The Tide defense stood on their heads again, but Bray Hubbard got called for clapping when he celebrated his team not jumping offsides on a 4th down hard count. Technically the right penalty…. But man. The crucial-situation yellow flags coming out this entire half was awful. Anyway, it pushed Kentucky far enough up they could close the half with a field goal.

PAWTUCKET – Jim Fleming wasn't interested in capping his team's best drive of the day with a field goal.
A short kick would have meant the lead early in the fourth quarter at Centreville Bank Stadium, but the University of Rhode Island coach felt more was needed. The Rams hadn't come all the way out from their own 2 to settle.
Terrence Campbell smashed up the middle from 1 yard out, a touchdown that served as fuel for No. 8 URI over the final 15 minutes. What was a frustrating, tense start to this Coastal Athletic ***** ociation opener with Elon wound up a relatively comfortable victory.
The Rams forced five turnovers and finally found some offensive rhythm in the second half while posting a 31-10 triumph on brilliant Saturday afternoon, Sept. 12. "You were wondering what the heck was going on in the first half," Fleming said. "As is representative of this group, they continue to go ahead and find ways."

Barcelona star Alejandro Balde remains outside the plans of head coach Hansi Flick as things stand. This comes with the Spaniard having been knocked well down the left-back pecking order in Catalunya's capital.
Defender Balde was of course heavily linked with a move away from Barcelona during the summer transfer window.
After it was widely reported that the Spaniard had been made available for the right price, Premier League giants Manchester United were hotly tipped as a potential landing spot.
In the end, Balde stayed put, eager to fight for his place in the plans of long-time employers Barca. But as alluded to above, as of this moment, the 22-year-old has not managed to win back the trust of his manager.
As per a report from Diario Sport, following the breakout of youngster Xavi Espart, and permanent signing of João Cancelo:

Real Madrid are all set to take on Rayo Vallecano in their fifth La Liga match of the 2026/27 season in a little over an hour at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Having lost their previous league game to Real Betis, the Merengues will be eager to get things back on track and close the gap to leaders Barcelona, who are three points clear.
With kickoff not far away, Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has announced the starting lineup that will take the field against Rayo Vallecano.
And the biggest headline is that marquee summer signing Yan Diomande makes his first start for Real Madrid.
The €140 million arrival from RB Leipzig has been drip-fed minutes off the bench so far by the manager, but has been thrust into the team tonight, replacing Brahim Diaz on the right flank.

According to Mundo Deportivo, FC Barcelona winger Roony Bardghji is continuing his rehabilitation after undergoing surgery on a serious knee injury, although he still faces a lengthy road back to competitive action.
The 20-year-old Swedish winger suffered a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee during pre-season, a significant injury that is expected to keep him out for much of the season.
Bardghji underwent successful surgery on 12 August and, one month later, has shared a photograph from the gym at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper as he continues working through his recovery programme.
The Barcelona youngster is still using crutches and wearing protection on his injured knee, but his latest update shows that rehabilitation is already under way.

Elon Musk, who owns X, is the platform's most-followed person, with 242 million followers.
Musk has more followers than Barack Obama and Cristiano Ronaldo, the next two largest accounts, combined.
Politicians and musicians dominate the ranking, alongside several of the world's biggest athletes.
There are many ways to grow a social media following. When looking to outperform world leaders, however, it helps to own the platform itself.
This visualization ranks the 15 most-followed people on X (formerly Twitter) as of September 2026. Accounts belonging to brands or companies, including X itself, have been excluded.

LeBron James has spent more than two decades setting records that once looked out of reach. Yet former NBA center Olden Polynice believes one of the game's rare statistical feats should have belonged to James long before Russell Westbrook made it his own.
Polynice is not questioning James' greatness. His argument is almost the opposite. He believes James had so much size and all-around ability that failing to post a full-season triple-double stands out as a strange omission from an otherwise historic career.
Speaking on SiriusXM NBA Radio, Polynice said James should have reached the milestone before Westbrook ever did. He pointed to James' unusual combination of strength, skill and playmaking as the reason.

"I love LeBron. I really do. I think he's one of the greatest ever. Ever," Polynice said. "What he's doing right now we've never seen before. And I won't even get into the off the court. He's by himself over there."

Hansi Flick spoke at a press conference ahead of Levante-Barcelona, which will be played this Sunday.
This is what the Barcelona coach had to say...
"We're very happy to be playing at this level, but we know we have to prove it in every match. We know our quality, but we have to maintain the mentality, focus, intensity..."
"Our goal, and what we want, is to be better every day, for everyone to stay hungry to improve."
"For me, it's the way we want to play. We know everything can change quickly. We are one hundred percent committed and we want to keep it that way."

When Dua Lipa stepped out for Bulgari's Serpenti Infinito celebration in New York, her shimmering camisole top turned heads for its delicate straps and eye-catching embellishment. Following this highly anticipated appearance, designer Clio Peppiatt revealed exactly where that top came from, and it isn't even on shelves yet.
Dua Lipa's Bulgari event top is an unreleased piece from Clio Peppiatt's Cruise 27 collection. Peppiatt shared the reveal on her own Instagram, confirming Lipa wore a piece from the label's upcoming Cruise 27 collection. The striking ivory and gold camisole featured dense sequin and bead embellishment arranged in a soft floral pattern. The top was held up by the thinnest metallic spaghetti straps for an elegant look. The fitted, corset-style shape hugged Lipa's torso closely, with the embellishment catching the light with every step down the street.
Peppiatt captioned the reveal "a little glimpse of what's to come," crediting photographer Lorenzo Posocco for the images. In a follow-up post, she teased that the piece belongs to an "unreleased Cruise collection launching next month." This brief announcement gave excited fans an early look at the label's next drop ahead of its official release.
Lipa paired the sparkling top with tailored black wide-leg trousers for a sleek silhouette. This choice allowed the embellished camisole to remain the clear focal point of her entire outfit. She finished the look with a Bulgari Serpenti bracelet in 18-karat rose gold, a diamond and ruby choker, and matching stud earrings, all fitting given her role as a Bulgari ambassador.
Fans reacted quickly to Peppiatt's reveal, flooding the comments with fire emojis and calling the look "iconic." The designer is well known for creating hand-embellished and statement-making fashion pieces. She has increasingly become a red carpet favorite among pop stars seeking genuine texture and shine.

Barcelona are preparing to reward Gerard Martin for his rapid rise under Hansi Flick, with the club planning improved financial terms and a longer contract for the versatile defender, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Martin's current Barcelona contract runs until 2028 and contains a €100 million release clause, but the club wants to revise that agreement after the 24-year-old became an increasingly trusted member of Flick's squad.
The move forms part of Barcelona's focus on securing the futures of their younger players following a busy transfer window.
On that note, Hamza Abdelkarim has already renewed his contract, but the club's work on retaining trusted talents is continuing.
Martin is already aware of Barça's intentions and the fact that the proposed changes would include a higher salary and an increased release clause, while Barcelona also want to extend the deal beyond its current 2028 expiry.

Anthony Gordon has only played five matches for Barcelona since joining in May, but the England winger is already making a big impression.
The former Newcastle United forward has provided four ****** ists in his first five games for the free-scoring Spanish giants.
The 25-year-old is still hunting his first goal, but has slotted seamlessly into Barcelona's attack - in a left-wing spot often filled by on-loan England team-mate Marcus Rashford last term.
And Gordon is not just making an impression on the pitch.
He delivered his welcome speech in Spanish - a language he said he learned with the help of one of Newcastle's Spanish physios - before adding a couple of phrases in Catalan when speaking with fans.

This sees England's captain filled with pride:
"I'm proud to be nominated with my team-mates. We won all three **** les in Germany and fell just short in the Champions League," Kane said (as captured by iMiaSanMia). "But it's out of my hands and down to the voters. It was a special season personally, but all I can do is focus on this season now."

Real Madrid are back in domestic action on Saturday, as they prepare to host Rayo Vallecano in La Liga at the Bernabeu. Jose Mourinho's side are aiming to bounce back after their narrow defeat at the hands of Real Betis last weekend, and three points would take them level with arch rivals Barcelona, who are not in action until Sunday.
Real Madrid have been excellent at the Bernabeu so far this season, with three victories out of three and 10 goals scored. They will hope to build on the weekend win over Inter Milan in the Champions League, and they face an opponent in Rayo that have struggled to stop the goals from going in.
Rayo have conceded 10 goals in their opening four La Liga matches, with half of those coming in a 5-2 defeat to Barcelona. Los Franjirrojos are feeling the absence of starting goalkeeper Augusto Batalla, who is currently sidelined with a broken leg, which he sustained against Alaves last month. Dani Cardenas has failed to live up to the Argentine's standards, and if that continues to be the case at the Bernabeu, the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham will be licking their licks.
At the other end, Real Madrid must keep Sergio Camello quiet. The former Atletico Madrid striker has scored five goals in his last three matches, with two of those coming in the aforementioned defeat to Barcelona. However, Rayo will be without talented winger Jorge de Frutos, who was sent off against Racing de Santander last weekend.
It is no surprise that Real Madrid start as heavy favourites, and if they play to their best, they should dispatch Rayo will relatively ease. However, Mourinho will be making it very clear that they cannot take the Vallecas side for granted, as they are capable of causing problems in attack.

NBA ticket prices are turning live basketball into a luxury appeared first on ClutchPoints. Add ClutchPoints as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The NBA sells access to its biggest moments, but opening-week prices for the 2026-27 season suggest that access increasingly belongs to fans with deep pockets. SeatPick examined the 41 games on the schedule from Oct. 20 through Oct. 25 and calculated a $326 average ticket price across the league.
That figure already represents a serious commitment for one seat. The market becomes even more extreme around marquee teams and matchups. At the opposite end, several fanbases can enter the building for a fraction of that amount. The result resembles two different NBA experiences: one that invites broad participation and another that treats entry as a luxury purchase.
Demand will always separate a major event from an ordinary night on the schedule. Still, a league fueled by emotional investment should care when its most devoted supporters can follow the moment more easily than they can afford to witness it.
