Jane Seymour is not trying to make 75 look like 30.
The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star spoke about aging naturally while attending the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala, telling Page Six that her current approach is simple: "no lasers" and "no fillers."
Seymour said she is not trying to erase her age, though she joked that looking 60 "would be nice." Her answer was personal rather than preachy; she tied it to the face she uses for work and the kinds of roles she still wants to play.
At 75, Seymour is still filming, painting and celebrating a new engagement. She told the outlet that she is "the happiest" she has ever been, with a fifth season of Harry Wild, a new movie in Australia and a recent watercolor exhibit in New Jersey all part of the same busy stretch.
Seymour said she has been playing more older women and that the work she cares about now is less about glamour than "serious emotion." For those scenes, she told Page Six, she needs "every muscle to work."
