After Chad Lowe announced the death of his 13-year-old daughter, Fiona Lowe, he is sharing insight into his coping process.
On Thursday, Oct. 8, more than a week after Fiona Lowe died by suicide on Sept. 29, he took to his Instagram Stories to share a clip from Olivia Hunt's "On Healing" podcast. In the clip, author and self-described "soul coach" Gerry Hussey muses about believing in a "divine frequency" and what happens when someone dies.
"So when we die, where do we go? We return to a state of peace and love. Where were we before we were born?" he said, adding that he believes "there's a spirit that enters the body. It mobilizes. It gives us an intelligence and an awareness."

The 83-year-old Oscar winner did not pull his punches while speaking at Indivisible's Hands Off Our Vote event in New York City on Sunday, Oct. 4. He called out "weak and spineless" Republicans in Congress who "won't protect our rights" as voters, accused President Donald Trump of trying to "our votes away" amid record-low approval ratings and encouraged voters to "take back the House, take back the Senate, take back the power, take back our country."
"The Trump administration knows that their policies are not only crazy and cruel, they're increasingly unpopular. They can see it. They're not stupid. Well, OK, they are very f---ing stupid," De Niro said from the podium. "They're stupider than I ever thought, but they recognize what they're doing is turning away people. The Oscar winner was asked about his love life at the New York premiere for his new film, Animals.
"There's not a lot of room. I'm not running around," he told Entertainment Tonight. "It's just not a big priority in my life," adding that he is "good and happy" as a single man.

The tech industry is struggling to make sense of President Donald Trump's surprise announcement that he is creating an artificial intelligence task force and appointing a czar to oversee the administration's approach to the technology.
Trump, in alengthy Truth Social poston Saturday morning, said he was forming the government body and would also soon name an AI czar to lead it. He offered few details, leaving members of the tech world unsure what the task force would do, who would be involved or how it would operate.
Four representatives for the sector, who were granted anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly, told POLITICO that the industry was not widely informed of Trump's decision prior to the Truth Social post.
"Nobody knows what the idea even is," one of the people said. Another said that feedback on the idea was not widely solicited within the industry.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Most people appreciate that the struggling company owns a real estate portfolio that may well be worth more than the organization's current market cap of just under $6 billion. To unlock that value, however, the company would need to take on the expensive -- and business-destructive -- headache of winding down at least some of its existing retailing operations, perhaps undermining the value of that real estate in the process.
