Andrews, who suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 3 last year, started Thursday night in the No. 3 Blue Knights' backfield and ran for a pair of touchdowns. He nearly scored a third time on a kickoff return as he accounted for nearly 200 all-purpose yards in the No. 3 Blue Knights' 52-6 CCC win over Bristol Central at Fontana Field.

The Baltimore Ravens have completed their 17-player practice squad by adding two experienced offensive players.
Baltimore announced the signings of veteran tight end Nick Vannett and offensive tackle AJ Arcuri. The two additions fill the remaining openings after the Ravens initially signed 15 players. Democratic strategist Chuck Rocha said Wednesday he expected President Trump's endorsement of Sen. Darline Graham (R-S.C.) to lead to a wider margin of victory for her in Tuesday's GOP Senate runoff.
Rocha explained in an appearance on NewsNation's "Cuomo" that he thought Graham would win but "didn't think it would be this close" given Trump backed the senator.
She defeated Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.) by just less than 5 points in the state's runoff, securing a spot on the general election ballot in place of her brother, the late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

Soaring through the sky attached to a brolly, skipping through the Alps singing, or more recently, narrating the scandals of the ton are all things I ******* ociate with the veteran actress.
But it turns out, we can learn a lot about exercise and longevity from the thespian, who turns 91 in October.

Birmingham City manager Chris Davies has apologised to Blues fans on the back of Tuesday's 6-1 Carabao Cup exit at home to Brentford.
It was Blues' heaviest defeat since losing by the same 6-1 scoreline at Hull City under then caretaker boss Lee Carsley following Harry Redknapp's departure in September 2017.
And it was the worst at St Andrew's since the club record 8-0 home defeat by Bournemouth in October 2014, another performance under a caretaker boss, Malcolm Crosby, who had taken over in the wake of Lee Clark's departure.
"I can only apologise to the fans that came and spent their money coming to the club to watch their team tonight," Davies told BBC Radio WM. "That's not what any of us want."
Admittedly, they were up against Premier League opposition - but former Wolves and West Bromwich Albion midfielder Keith Andrews had picked a weakened Bees team.

Tottenham Hotspur fans would have been expectant of great things coming into this season. Roberto De Zerbi had the squad performing admirably at the conclusion of last season as the club narrowly avoided relegation, and a strong preseason campaign combined with a flurry of activity in the transfer market seemed to herald a new dawn for the North London club. Instead, Spurs looked all at sea in their opening match of the 2026/27 season, crashing to a 3-0 defeat as they were dominated in all facets by a buoyant Brentford side.
Spurs' starting XI was much as expected, in line with the side De Zerbi had used in preseason accounting for absences due to World Cup duties, fitness, and injury. Mikey Moore made his second Spurs start on the right wing while Archie Gray captained the side, lining up at right back. He rounded out a new-look backline, with Gray, Jan Paul van Hecke, Marcos Senesi, and Andy Robertson making up the back four. Keith Andrews named a strong side of his own, with new signing Mamadou Sangare lining up in midfield for Brentford and no room for Mikel Damsgaard, such was the quality of Brentford's other attacking options.
The first half was all Brentford, with Spurs looking all at sea. The Baltimore Ravens made a defensible decision when they extended Mark Andrews rather than building their future at tight end around Isaiah Likely. That does not mean Baltimore will never wonder what might have been. Likely's first training camp with the New York Giants has provided an early reminder of his potential. He caught six passes during live periods in Thursday's joint practice against the Miami Dolphins and has quickly developed chemistry with quarterback Jaxson Dart.
With Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton occupying attention on the outside, Likely should receive favorable opportunities in the middle of the field. An 85- or 90-catch season is not unreasonable if his early target volume continues. That possibility will naturally restart the debate in Baltimore. Andrews is the more accomplished player, but Likely is younger and offers more explosiveness after the catch.
The Ravens made their choice in December when they signed Andrews to a three-year, $39.3 million extension containing $26 million guaranteed. Likely subsequently received a three-year, $40 million contract from the Giants that could reach $47.5 million.

The rising senior beat Stanford's Jay Leng Jr. 4&3 over 36 holes to become the first Englishman to win the tournament since Matt Fitzpatrick in 2013 and third overall since 1911. The win earned him a spot in The 2027 Open Championship at St. Andrews and the Walker Cup in September for Great Britain.
He won the first hole with a chip-in to take an early lead and went up two holes by parring the third hole. Leng tied the game on the 10th hole with back-to-back wins. Whaley responded by retaking the lead on the 11th hole before Leng took his first lead of the day on the 13th after winning back-to-back holes.
