Investors may be forgetting that Nvidia (NVDA) is the dominant player in the AI chip game — at least through the lens of the valuation on the chip king's stock.
The call: Nvidia shares are trading at a roughly 40%-50% discount to AI compute peers on an enterprise value-to-free cash flow basis, according to new research from Bank of America ****** yst Vivek Arya. What's more, the stock is trading at a 31% to 36% discount to the S&P 500 (^GSPC).
The relative valuation discount on Nvidia is "overstating the risks" ****** ociated with investments in companies such as OpenAI (OPAI.PVT) and Anthropic (ANTH.PVT) and creating a "compelling opportunity," Arya said.
Despite an 8% rally over the past month heading into Nvidia's Aug. 26 earnings report, shares of Nvidia are still 7% below their 52-week high. Nvidia's stock hit a 52-week high of $236.54 on May 14, per Yahoo Finance AlphaSpace data.
If there is any reason to proceed with caution ahead of Nvidia's earnings, it's that the market is positioned for the company to post something great and for CEO Jensen Huang to sound super bullish on the earnings call.

Inter will welcome their only target for the midfield before the opener, as they have reached an agreement with Liverpool to acquire Curtis Jones. They have been courting him since the beginning of the summer. While he was immediately keen on joining, concocting the deal took some work, La Gazzetta dello Sport relays.

The 16-year-old from New Paris trailed the Indian, who competes under a mononym, 10-5 with 25 seconds remaining. The U.S. Open champion worked a half-nelson and an arm bar but couldn't turn Aaryan until just over a second remained in the bout. The Indian turned at that point, and a screenshot from video appears to show Aaryan's shoulders completely flat on the mat with a second remaining on the clock.
Deputy was awarded two points for exposure but not the fall, and a pin cannot be challenged so the decision stood, giving Aaryan a 10-7 victory.

U.S. President Donald Trump has been pressing defense companies to expand manufacturing capacity and boost weapons production as the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East drain the country's stockpiles.
The U.S. has expended more than 50,000 rockets, missiles and other rocket-propelled projectiles since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022 through the war with Iran, according to data from the Pentagon.
Trump has also proposed a record $1.5 trillion military budget for fiscal year 2027, far exceeding the $901 billion approved for 2026.

The India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement gives Indian exporters duty-free access to most British tariff lines, benefiting sectors such as textiles, leather, footwear, marine products, gems and jewellery, and processed foods.
Britain, meanwhile, gains greater access to one of the world's fastest-growing major economies through phased tariff cuts and quotas for sectors such as automobiles and silver, as well as openings in procurement, financial services, education, insurance and professional services.

There's a corner of the artificial intelligence trade that hasn't been as flashy as memory giants Micron (MU) or SK Hynix (SKHY), but Wall Street says it could be poised for a strong run.
Analog chipmakers, which provide the components that manage power flow in everything from cars to data centers, have emerged as beneficiaries of the AI infrastructure boom.

BOSTON, July 7 (Reuters) - The founder and chief executive of an AI startup secretly pleaded guilty last year to participating in a vast scheme in which attorneys at major law firms tipped traders about mergers their employers were advising on.
Court records unsealed on Monday show that Arya Bolurfrushan, a former Goldman Sachs banker who founded Abu Dhabi-based AppliedAI, pleaded guilty in June 2025 after striking a deal with federal prosecutors in Boston who were working to build cases against dozens of other people accused of participating in the long-running insider trading scheme.
Those individuals include Nicolo Nourafchan, who had worked at the law firms Sidley Austin, Latham & Watkins and Goodwin Procter before prosecutors in May unveiled charges against him and 29 other people accused of engaging in a scheme to profit from confidential information about mergers underway.
Bolurfrushan pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud in a plea agreement where prosecutors agreed to recommend that he be sentenced to two years in prison and forfeit $954,496 he derived from the scheme.

President Donald Trump is officially a crypto billionaire, with proceeds from his memecoin and family crypto company accounting for the bulk of his digital **** ets fortune. But the commander-in–chief has also shown an appetite for blockchain-related stocks and more exotic cryptocurrencies, according to a filing from the U.S. Office of Government Ethics released on Tuesday.
Trump's business entities generated more than $635 million in royalty income from his memecoin and almost $600 million through World Liberty Financial—a crypto company he cofounded with his three sons, longtime business **** ociate Steve Witkoff, and Witkoff's two sons. And the president pocketed nearly $197 million through DT Marks SC, a company that owns 38.5% of Stablecoin Holdco, a Miami-based stablecoin venture.
Trump also has exposure to more niche digital **** ets through his crypto businesses. The entity connected to World Liberty Financial received more than $33 million in annual income from Bitcoin and over $150 million from Ethereum over the course of 2025, plus about $1.8 million from staked Ethereum. Through another company named DT Marks Defi, the president also earned more than $5 million across several altcoins, including LINK, AAVE, ENA, MOVE, and ONDO, and over $56 million from the stablecoin USDC. Bank of America, UBS and Jefferies on Monday initiated coverage of quantum computing company Quantinuum (QNT) with buy ratings, touting its broad hardware and software platform. Quantinuum stock climbed on the news.
At Bank of America, ***** yst Vivek Arya initiated coverage of Quantinuum with a price target of 100.
"Quantinuum's newest platform, Helios, delivers industry-leading commercial performance and has already won over customers including Amgen and BMW who use it in the cloud and on premises," Arya said in a report. "While many quantum roadmaps rely on unproven integration and/or scientific progress, we think QNT's is relatively derisked, with scaling more dependent on engineering execution across its architecture and systems."
Jefferies ***** yst Kevin Garrigan set a price target of 90 on QNT stock. Controlled by Honeywell International (HON), Quantinuum launched an initial public offering on June 4.
"Quantinuum is a leading quantum computing company, differentiated by a vertically integrated full-stack model combining high-fidelity trapped-ion hardware, an industry-leading software stack, and a deep commercial customer base across chemistry, materials, financial services and cybersecurity," Garrigan said in a report.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is among the Best Semiconductor Stocks.
On June 23, The Wall Street Journal reported that Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)'s stock has climbed more than 550% over the past year since new chip partnerships and support from President Donald Trump lifted investor interest. However, the company still faces manufacturing challenges.
The report stated that Trump converted previously committed US manufacturing funding into a 10% government equity stake last August. It also said Nvidia pledged to invest $5 billion and collaborate on CPU designs, Google partnered with Intel on CPUs and AI chips, Elon Musk tapped Intel for his chip-fab project, and Apple agreed to work with the firm on chip design and manufacturing.
The WSJ reported that the tech firm has started shipping chips built on its 18A manufacturing process. Chief Financial Officer David Zinsner said yields have not yet reached levels that hold up gross margins.
The report also said Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)'s segment Intel Foundry had about $5.4 billion in Q1 revenue and posted a $2.4 billion operational loss. On June 23, The Wall Street Journal reported that Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)'s stock has climbed more than 550% over the past year since new chip partnerships and support from President Donald Trump lifted investor interest. However, the company still faces manufacturing challenges.
The report stated that Trump converted previously committed US manufacturing funding into a 10% government equity stake last August. It also said Nvidia pledged to invest $5 billion and collaborate on CPU designs, Google partnered with Intel on CPUs and AI chips, Elon Musk tapped Intel for his chip-fab project, and Apple agreed to work with the firm on chip design and manufacturing.
The WSJ reported that the tech firm has started shipping chips built on its 18A manufacturing process. Chief Financial Officer David Zinsner said yields have not yet reached levels that hold up gross margins.
The report also said Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)'s segment Intel Foundry had about $5.4 billion in Q1 revenue and posted a $2.4 billion operational loss. Murtazali Magomedov had help from a UFC veteran for his spectacular debut on Saturday.
Magomedov (11-0) made his promotional debut against Melsik Baghdasaryan (8-4) at UFC Fight Night 279 on Saturday at the Apex in Las Vegas. While Baghdasaryan landed some powerful strikes early, Magomedov took him down quickly and started looking for a rear-naked choke. As Baghdasaryan tried to turn into Magomedov, the Kyrgyz prospect locked in a modified twister to secure a submission win at 1:17 of the opening round. Magomedov scored the fourth twister submission in UFC history in his debut in the promotion.
Magomedov subsequently said that he had been specifically training the twister in the gym for a long time. The undefeated featherweight prospect further revealed that he learned the move from former UFC flyweight, Askar Askarov.
“I work this technique long time,” Magomedov said. “My brother, Askar Askarov teach me this technique.”
While Magomedov claims he’s not one to talk a lot, “The Highlight” believes the UFC featherweight division needs revival.
“I want activity… I honestly don’t talk too much,” Magomedov said. “But the featherweight division is almost dying. Let’s bring it back to life and make it great again.”
Askarov (15-1) look immensely promising in his short-lived UFC career. “Bullet” fought Brandon Moreno to a draw and defeated Tim Elliott, Alexandre Pantoja and Joseph Benavidez before suffering his lone professional loss against Kai Kara-France in 2022. While, Askarov was scheduled to fight Brandon Royval later that year, he pulled out due to weight management issues. Askarov subsequently asked for and was granted his release from the UFC. Askarov has since competed only once more in 2023, picking up a win on the regional circuit.

Murtazali Magomedov scored an incredible Octagon debut earlier tonight (Sat., June 20, 2026) at UFC Vegas 119 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside UFC Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the undefeated featherweight finisher ended Melsik Baghdasaryan with a modified twister early in the first round.
Magomedov, 26, came into Saturday’s debut as a sizeable betting favorite and for good reason. Due to his undefeated record, 100% finish rate, and knockout finish on Dana White’s Contender Series last September, Magomedov was expected to deliver the goods. That said, ***** ody thought “The Highlight” would turn in one of the rarest stoppages in mixed martial arts (MMA).
Baghdasaryan landed a nice kick in the early moments of the first round and it prompted Magomedov to quickly change levels. Magomedov went to work right away and secured a tight body triangle. From there, he was able to twist Baghdasaryan’s mid section until he was forced to tap in agony. It was a great debut for Magomedov and something that should keep fans excited for his next UFC appearance.
