I'd like him to stay, but since he won't sign a new contract I would reluctantly sell.

Everton have every right to play hardball over Iliman Ndiaye. According to Mirror, the club will demand around £70m for the Senegal forward as Manchester United and Al-Hilal weigh up moves. That figure is steep, but this is the market now, and Everton are under no obvious pressure to blink first.
Ndiaye, 26, has emerged as one of the more intriguing names of the summer. He has produced "a couple of eye-catching seasons on Merseyside", and while his output of 17 goals and three ******* ists in 71 appearances does not scream elite wide forward, context matters. Everton have not exactly been a free-flowing attacking machine, so numbers alone do not tell the whole story.
United are in the mix because they need solutions on the left side. The report states that "left wing" is among their priorities, and that Michael Carrick's side have "shortlisted Ndiaye and are tracking his situation". He has apparently moved up their list after Morgan Rogers joined Chelsea for £117m and Yan Diomande signalled a preference for Real Madrid.

Al-Hilal are also there, and this part matters. The report says Ndiaye "is open to leaving Everton and his camp would encourage a bid from the Saudi Arabian side." That changes the dynamic. If a player is receptive and a Saudi club has interest, the financial ceiling can move quickly. Everton know this, which is one reason the £70m valuation has appeared now.

Everton are interested in signing Chelsea striker Liam Delap this summer, according to talkSPORT. Everton manager David Moyes wanted to bring the Toffees target to the Hill ****** inson Stadium last summer, holding face-to-face talks with him. However, the 23-year-old opted to join Chelsea after leaving Ipswich Town. Delap scored just one goal in 28 Premier League games last term, and another goal in 13 other appearances. Chelsea are ready to cut their losses and are closing in on a move for Brighton & Hove Albion striker Danny Welbeck.
Delap is set to be available for a transfer, and Everton are monitoring his situation. Moyes will be confident of getting the best out of the Chelsea flop given his track record with youngsters. The Englishman bagged 12 goals in 37 Premier League games for Ipswich in 2024-25 and could prove to be a quality finisher elsewhere. Everton want attacking reinforcements and they could look to go for Delap in the coming weeks. Both Thierno Barry and Beto have been linked with summer exits.
Jack Grealish has returned to Manchester City after his loan spell, and while the Toffees are open to another loan deal, City prefer a permanent sale. Senegalese attacker Iliman Ndiaye has suitors in the Saudi Pro League, and Everton will need more options in attack even if they hold on to him.

Speaking to Total Sport's Ian Kennedy on BBC Radio Merseyside, The Athletic's Everton correspondent Paddy Boyland said "even in order to stand still" in their Premier League position, Everton have to do "an awful lot of work in the transfer market".
Idrissa Gana Gueye has already left the club and his Senegal team-mate, Iliman Ndiaye, is also linked with an exit, with Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal showing their interest.
On the forward's potential move, Boyland said: "The deal will have to work for Everton.
"There's still a position of relative strength when you look at the fact that his contract runs until 2029, three years left on that, they don't have to accept an offer just for the sake of it."
Everton signed 26-year-old Ndiaye for around £15m in 2024 and would be expected to make a large profit from a sale.

Max Eberl and Bayern Munich have been busy in the summer transfer window through the FIFA World Cup season. As part of the changes to the squad, Bara Sapoko Ndiaye is set to be signed on a long term deal with the club. The Senegalese midfielder is expected to replace out the outgoing veteran and **** tuple champion Leon Goretzka.
Ndiaye had earned his favor from Vincent Kompany and got several opportunities with the first team in the second half of the season. Albeit not as risk taking as the sensational Lennart Karl, Ndiaye proved to be a robust midfielder who could hold his own against high pressing opponents. His awareness, technical skill and physical resilience saw him shuffle the ball smoothly at the back or find an occasional through ball. His one touch short passing is a special highlight of his composure.

Despite their partnership, money was an important factor in the talks between Bayern and Gambinos Stars over Bara Sapoko Ndiaye. Bayern will pay a fee 'significantly under' €5m for the Senegalese international. Bara will take Leon Goretzka's spot in the squad and will be behind Kimmich, Pavlović and Bischof in the pecking order. Bara is highly rated at the club and was also part of the reason Noël Aséko was sold to Frankfurt. He will begin pre-season training with Bayern in the coming days.

After Leon Goretzka's departure, questions were raised over who would take his spot in the midfield. Following an impressive season on loan at Hannover, many thought Noël Aséko Nkili would be the man for the job. However, the 20-year-old midfielder was sold to Eintracht Frankfurt — leaving many scratching their heads.
It seems as though Bayern had Goretzka's replacement lined up since the start of the year.
Bara Sapoko Ndiaye impressed in his cameo appearances towards the end of Bayern's season. So much so that Die Rekordmeister decided to sign the 18-year-old talent from Gambian academy Gambino Stars Africa permanently.
Bayern Munich Sporting Director Christoph Freund confirmed the signing on Saturday, reports two days later confirming that Ndiaye signed a five-year contract.

According to Graeme Bailey for TEAMtalk, Liverpool are among several Premier League clubs to have ******* igned scouts to keep a close watch on Lucas Herrington, who plays for Colorado Rapids in MLS and represented Australia at this year’s World Cup.

David Moyes’ use of his squad last season came under plenty of scrutiny, and for good reason.
He wasn’t trusting enough of enough players, and in the end, Everton suffered because of it, as fatigue and the general wear and tear after the rigours of a long Premier League season came back to bite key performers such as Iliman Ndiaye and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in that dismal run-in.
There’s two ways to look at it: Either it was all on Moyes, or some (or even most) of the players brought in last summer simply weren’t ready to make an impact. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but at the end of the day, it’s a manager’s job to get them ready over the course of a campaign.
Big pre-seasons are needed from the likes of Tyler Dibling, Merlin Röhl and Harrison Armstrong, while Adam Aznou needs to be sent out on loan as soon as possible to get regular minutes, but Everton’s two new additions suggest that for all the frustrations with Moyes’ squad management, promising young players are still open to working under the Scot.

As things stand, Iliman Ndiaye will also be difficult to recruit owing to Everton’s stance. A superstar signing could also be on the cards.

The outgoing Premier League champions will wave goodbye to Ibrahima Konate once his contract officially expires on June 30. And there could be bids incoming for Joe Gomez - who is out of contract in 2027.
The process of renewal has already begun with the signings of Giovanni Leoni, Mor Talla Ndiaye, Ifeanyi Ndukwe and Jeremy Jacquet.
And one might ****** ume that keeping Virgil van Dijk around until the end of his contract in 2027 would be integral to Liverpool’s plans given the lack of experience in the players mentioned.

A second team from Manchester (Manchester City this time) are the latest to join the Iliman Ndiaye transfer suitors.

Manchester United appear to have hit a stumbling block in their pursuit of Leicester City speedster Jeremy Monga. The Red Devils’ form in the final third of the pitch improved drastically in the 2025/26 campaign following an investment of over £200 million in the frontline last summer.
United scored 69 goals in 38 Premier League games, just two fewer than champions ******* nal. While Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko have all enjoyed impressive debut campaigns, the English giants remain on the hunt for further attacking reinforcements this year.
The idea is to add more width to the frontline, as neither Cunha nor Mbeumo are natural wingers. The duo have a tendency to drift inside, and the Red Devils are looking for a speedy winger who can stretch the opposition and add another dimension to their attack.
RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande and Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye have been named as options, but INEOS also remain alert to rising stars from across the country. A previous report relayed by The Peoples Person suggests that Monga is on United’s wish list this year.

Iliman Ndiaye rumours continue to swirl.
Apparently Ndiaye has rejected multiple new deals offered to him by the club over the course of the season, with three years still left on his contract with the club expecting an Anthony Gordonesque €70 million for him should anyone come knocking. [The Athletic]
