Elon Musk has never shied away from ambitious timelines, and his most recent one connects two companies directly together. In a post on X dated September 13, Musk stated that he is "highly confident" that **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) will transport NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) Vera Rubin NVL72 AI computers into orbit next year, repeating a plan that has already moved both companies' stock this year.
The comment strengthens **** eX's Starmind concept, which aims to establish AI data centers in orbit rather than on the ground. The first satellite, named Starmind AI1, will carry a **** e-optimized version of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale system. The standard terrestrial NVL72 combines 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs, although **** eX and NVIDIA have not disclosed the final configuration of the orbital version. **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) plans to launch the satellite in the fourth quarter of 2027 and reach substantial scale by 2028. Musk's plan isn't new; during **** eX's first earnings conference as a public company in August, he stated that the company would build exclusively on NVIDIA hardware in the future, calling the Vera Rubin architecture the best available AI computer design.
Musk's central point is that **** e is, in the long run, the most cost-effective area to develop AI computing. He cites solar power availability in orbit as a crucial advantage, and estimates that within two to three years, **** e might become the lowest-cost place for AI computing in general, describing the orbital architecture as simpler, less expensive, denser, and lighter than a standard data-center rack. Not everyone believes the physics and economics will align on Musk's timeframe. Microsoft President Brad Smith has publicly questioned the broader concept, telling reporters that he would be surprised if companies actually transferred computation from land to low-Earth orbit.
For NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA), the read-through is simple: **** e-based computing would represent a new, if early-stage and speculative, source of demand for its Vera Rubin platform, on top of the company's strong position in terrestrial AI infrastructure. According to some **** yst models, **** eX accounts for approximately 5% of NVIDIA's revenue.
SpaceX's reasoning is more convoluted. The plan is entirely dependent on the success of Starship, **** eX's next-generation rocket system, which still needs to demonstrate its capacity to handle launch frequency and reliability on the scale Musk describes. When Musk said during **** eX's August earnings call that the company would build its future AI infrastructure exclusively on NVIDIA, NVDA shares rose more than 4%, while **** eX's shares fell more than 10% before paring losses, reflecting investor concerns about execution risk and capital intensity, despite the fact that the NVIDIA relationship was well received.

Shell plc (NYSE:SHEL) is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with a presence in over 70 countries. The stock has delivered gains of over 23% since the beginning of 2026 and even hit its all-time high earlier in March, driven primarily by soaring oil prices and solid earnings amid supply disruptions in the Middle East.
Following a slight pullback over the last few months, Shell has started to regain momentum, and Morgan Stanley expects the rally to continue. On September 3, the investment bank upgraded SHEL from 'Equal Weight' to 'Overweight', while also raising its price target from $81.60 to $101.30. The target boost implies an upside of 9% from the current levels and even exceeds Shell's previous record high of almost $95 per share achieved earlier this year.
Morgan Stanley noted that the concerns surrounding Shell's long-term resource longevity have now eased, with the company now positioned to sustain production growth through 2030 and stabilize output thereafter. The ******* yst firm believes that while the stock has been weighed down due to its dividend policy, there is now "potential for a significant acceleration. As a result, Morgan Stanley promoted SHEL to top-pick status.
Shell completed the acquisition of ARC Resources earlier this month, addressing the resource-depletion concerns that have weighed down its valuation. The $16.4 billion deal has significantly expanded the energy giant's gas reserves and will boost its production by 370,000 boed. Additionally, the strategic move expands Shell's exposure to the North American gas market and bolsters its position in a region that is emerging as a key player in the global LNG supply.
Shell's recent upstream investments provide further support to Morgan Stanley's bullish thesis. The company announced earlier this month that it had agreed to acquire a 30% interest in BP's Conifer exploration prospect in the US Gulf, and a 50% stake in the Tupinamba exploration block in Brazil's Santos Basin. Additionally, it also recently signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of production rights over Ghana's South Deepwater Tano Cape Three Points oil and gas block.

The ******* e Exploration Technologies (NASDAQ: SPCX) IPO was one of the most highly anticipated public offerings in years. Within a few days of going public, ******* eX had a valuation of $2.7 trillion after raising nearly $86 billion in funding.
Then things started going sideways. The stock began falling amid fears that ******* eX is spending too much on artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, and shares still trade below their opening price of $150 as of this writing. At one point, the share price fell enough to wipe out more than $1 trillion from ******* eX's valuation over a one-month span.
Missed Nvidia in 2009? This Rare Signal Is Flashing Again. In 2009, a "Double Down" signal flashed for a little-known chipmaker called Nvidia. For the first time in years, that same "Total Conviction" signal is flashing for a company 1/100th the size of Nvidia. Continue »
Another AI company, Anthropic, could go public as soon as next month. Like ******* eX, it's a highly anticipated IPO. But investors would be wise to take the recent ******* eX sell-off as a warning that buying IPO stocks when they first go public is rarely a good move. History shows it's far better to wait before buying -- here's why.
While there was an initial surge in interest for ******* eX, investors quickly turned their attention to the company's massive AI spending spree. The company's capital expenditures (capex) jumped 308% in the first six months of this year, compared to 2025, reaching $28.5 billion. That's a hefty sum, especially when you consider that ******* eX sales were just $12.5 billion over that same period.

Anthropic's initial public offering (IPO), expected no earlier than mid-October, will be a test of just how hungry the financial markets still are for exposure to artificial intelligence (AI). The S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC) is going to react depending on how that test goes. Its backers want a valuation of $2 trillion or more, which would top ******* e Exploration Technologies as the biggest IPO ever if it happens.
Don't expect S&P 500 funds to buy it immediately, though. The road for Anthropic entering the S&P 500 is going to be slow, and it could test some nerves along the way.
Missed AI's "Act 1"? Act 2 Could Be 15x Bigger. Most investors think they missed the AI boat because they didn't buy Nvidia in 2005. But according to our ******* ysts, we're only at the end of "Act 1"—the R&D phase. "Act 2" is the global rollout. Continue »
By definition, index funds tracking the S&P 500 must buy whatever the S&P 500 adds to its list of stocks.
Anthropic probably won't get special treatment, given that on June 4, S&P Dow Jones Indices declined to loosen its rules for mega-cap listings. Those rules still require 12 months as a public company, at least 10% of shares being publicly held, and reported positive earnings under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

On August 6, APA Corporation (NASDAQ:APA) held its second-quarter earnings call, and one number stood out from the rest. The oil and gas producer is now holding its Permian oil production steady with four drilling rigs, half the eight it once estimated it would need. Adjusted production of 347,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day beat management's own guidance, free cash flow kept climbing, and the balance sheet is healing faster than planned. That combination is the story of the quarter.
APA raised its full-year US oil guidance to 123,000 barrels per day, up from an original 120,000, while holding its capital budget at $1.3 billion despite higher diesel and other input costs. Management also lifted its cost-savings target to $500 million in annualized run-rate savings by year-end, up from the $450 million goal it set at the start of the year.
That flexibility is showing up in cash flow. Free cash flow hit $738 million in the second quarter, pushing the first half of 2026 past $1.2 billion, which topped what APA generated in each of the past three full years. The company returned $189 million of that to shareholders through dividends and the repurchase of 2.8 million shares at an average price of $35.26, continuing a streak of returning at least 60% of free cash flow to investors every year since 2021.
The balance sheet is moving just as fast. Net debt stood at $3.3 billion at quarter-end after APA repaid $752 million of bonds in the first half, including $673 million in the second quarter alone, cutting total debt by $2.3 billion since the end of 2024 and lowering annualized interest expense by roughly $175 million. Management now expects to hit its $3 billion net debt target in 2027, well ahead of the three- to four-year window it laid out when the goal was first announced.
Further out, APA is building option value beyond its core Permian and Egypt ****** ets. It agreed to acquire Savant Alaska for $70 million, picking up an airstrip, a dock, and a pipeline connection into the Trans Alaska system to support two exploration wells planned for 2027. In Uruguay, ENI signed on as a partner in Block 6, funding a significant share of the first exploration well while APA keeps 60% ownership. In Suriname, the GranMorgu project remains on budget for first oil in mid-2028.

Guardian Metal Resources PLC (NYSEAMERICAN:GMTL) reported its first Good Hope drilling results on September 14, adding exploration potential to the Pilot Mountain tungsten project in Nevada. Hole GH26-01 returned a 12.95-meter downhole interval grading 0.79% tungsten trioxide, or WO3, starting at 12.19 meters. GH26-02 intersected 13.11 meters at 0.42% WO3 from 2.13 meters.
The holes were twinned, with GH26-02 redrilling the upper portion where core had not been recovered. Good Hope and the separate Tremor discovery remain outside the resource base supporting the existing pre-feasibility study. The investment question is whether additional mineralization can improve project returns without slowing development.
Shallow mineralization offers a potential route to additional feed that could be accessible early in a future mining sequence. Good Hope sits approximately 1.1 to 1.3 kilometers from the existing resource areas, making its possible integration worth evaluating alongside the planned operation.
The June pre-feasibility study models an eight-year open-pit operation based on Desert Scheelite and Garnet. If further work establishes economic resources at Good Hope or Tremor, additional feed could extend that operating life or improve the sequence in which material reaches the processing plant.
For Guardian Metal Resources PLC (NYSEAMERICAN:GMTL), the potential benefit is better use of infrastructure already contemplated for Pilot Mountain. That would depend on recoverable metal, processing compatibility, and the additional capital required to bring the new zones into production.

With ***** e Exploration Technologies shares already available, an Anthropic IPO just around the corner, and OpenAI's IPO likely coming next year, investors will soon have plenty of leading artificial intelligence stocks to choose from.
But a subtler AI play is already available through Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) (NASDAQ: GOOG). Google Gemini is a leading AI model and is a popular choice among enterprise users. Indeed, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai recently said that almost 90% of Fortune 100 companies use Gemini Enterprise.

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) is increasingly confident it can reach a $100 billion annual revenue run rate by year-end. The company's CFO said there is now "even more conviction" around the target. A new AI hosting agreement worth $13 billion on an annualized basis adds significant support to that outlook and reflects how quickly ***** eX's compute business is scaling. But the financial picture behind that growth is less straightforward. The same AI division that management is relying on to help reach that target posted a $1.3 billion loss in the latest quarter alone. The loss wiped out what would have otherwise been a profitable quarter, while the company generated roughly negative $25 billion in free cash flow during the first half of 2026.
CFO Bret Johnsen said ***** eX has "even more conviction" that it can reach a $100 billion annual revenue run rate. The outlook is supported by a newly signed AI hosting agreement worth $1.11 billion per month beginning in December, or roughly $13 billion on an annualized basis. The company plans to end the year with a little over 2 gigawatts of terrestrial AI-computing capacity and scale to between 5 and 10 gigawatts in 2027. Orbital computing remains a longer-term option for overcoming power constraints. Its current agreements include a $6.7 billion cloud-services contract that is scheduled to ramp up in October. Existing arrangements with Google and Anthropic are worth more than $2 billion per month combined. Reaching the $100 billion target would require monthly revenue to more than triple from second-quarter's pace.
SpaceX's rocket and Starlink businesses generated roughly $1.1 billion in combined operating income in the second quarter. But the AI division's $1.3 billion loss more than wiped out that profit. The company also generated roughly negative $25 billion in free cash flow during the first half of 2026. The stock declined more than 5% after the second-quarter results despite a revenue beat.
The AI contract pipeline is clearly expanding and gaining momentum. However, the $100 billion target is a revenue run-rate measure rather than a profitability target. At the same time, the division driving this expansion remains the company's largest contributor to both both operating losses and capital spending, making the growth opportunity financially costly for now.
SpaceX had 119 hedge funds among its institutional holders at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Meanwhile, short interest stood at just 2.76% of float as of August 31, 2026. The ownership and the short interest figures show that institutional sentiment remains broadly constructive and toward the company's long-term outlook.

Currently, ***** eX boasts a market capitalization of just under $2 trillion. The question I am wondering is whether the AI pillar can stretch that value toward $3 trillion without the broader story falling apart.

The short answer to that question is yes, it's possible. But it's not guaranteed. ***** eX's path to a $3 trillion market cap would have to run through cash flow that thus far has come from just one side of the business, but that now has a second engine quietly warming up.
The ***** e business was ***** eX's original foundation. This segment specializes in launching rockets -- the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy -- that carry NASA crews and cargo, as well as private company payloads.

In a treatise released over the weekend, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei called for a slowdown in the pace of AI development. He said that "like many technologies before it, AI brings risks, and because it is such a powerful technology, these risks are serious." Amodei's concerns included the" risk of losing control of AI systems, misuse for cyberattacks and bioterrorism, and serious economic disruption." He pointed to the high-profile hack of Hugging Face by OpenAI models as evidence of the need for caution.
Other chief executives joined the chorus, including ******* e Exploration Technologies, aka ******* eX, CEO Elon Musk, who said in a post on X, "Dario is right." OpenAI CEO Sam Altman also sided with Amodei, who inked his own essay, calling for "consistent rules to manage frontier (model) risk." He stopped short of calling for a moratorium, saying slowing the pace of AI development does "not mean stopping."

TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE) plans to invest $10 billion alongside its partners in Angola over the next five years, with the goal of maintaining and potentially increasing its oil production in the country. TotalEnergies currently produces around 450,000 barrels per day in Angola, making it the country's largest oil operator and accounting for more than 40% of its total output.
The investment will go toward existing operations, new exploration, and projects aimed at replacing production from Angola's aging offshore fields. One of the biggest projects in the pipeline is the $6 billion Kaminho development, which is expected to start producing oil in 2028. TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE) is also expanding its exploration efforts after signing agreements for two additional offshore blocks. On top of that, the company recently announced a new discovery in Block 17 that could add roughly 6,000 barrels per day to production.
The investment strengthens TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE)'s position in one of Africa's key oil-producing markets and, perhaps more importantly, helps protect a major source of existing production. With around 450,000 barrels per day already coming from Angola, simply keeping output at current levels could continue to provide a meaningful contribution to the company's upstream cash flow. Any additional production from new discoveries and projects would offer further upside.
The current oil-price environment also works in TotalEnergies' favor. Brent crude recently climbed above $100 a barrel amid supply concerns and geopolitical tensions and is currently trading near this range. If prices remain elevated, projects designed to maintain or increase Angolan production could generate strong returns and make the company's investment more attractive.
There are also signs that TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE) is doing more than just trying to slow production declines. Its recent Acacia-5 discovery in Block 17 could add around 6,000 barrels per day, while the company is expanding its exploration presence through new offshore blocks in the Lower Congo Basin. Angola's efforts to reform its oil sector and attract more exploration investment could also create a more favorable environment for TotalEnergies over the longer term.

On September 2, Shell Offshore, a subsidiary of Shell plc (NYSE:SHEL), announced the acquisition of a 30% working interest in Conifer, an exploration prospect operated by BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP) in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Located offshore within Keathley Canyon near BP's Kaskida host development, Conifer represents a significant deep-water play. BP retains operatorship, with the initial exploration well expected to spud in 2027. While the deal reflects shared risk and capital efficiency in high-cost offshore basins, comparing the two giants' Q2 2026 earnings shows that Shell is currently executing from a position of superior financial strength.
Shell plc (NYSE:SHEL) delivered an exceptionally clean Q2 2026 report. Adjusted earnings reached $9.8 billion, driven by record upstream production in Brazil and record refinery utilization, which offset Middle East operational outages. Cash flow from operations (CFFO) came in at $21.4 billion, supported by higher realized prices and a $3.4 billion working capital inflow. Shell maintained strict capital discipline, reiterating its full-year capex outlook of $24 billion–$26 billion while completing $5.8 billion in structural cost reductions since 2022. Balance sheet health remains robust, with gearing at 19% and net debt at $42 billion ($12 billion excluding leases).
BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP) also turned in a solid Q2 recovery, but its headline metrics lag behind Shell's scale. BP reported underlying replacement cost profit (its proxy for net income) of $5.7 billion, a 78% quarter-over-quarter rebound fueled by strong refining margins and oil trading. Operating cash flow reached $10.9 billion after absorbing a $1.0 billion working capital build. BP used strong cash generation to trim net debt down to $22.25 billion, while guiding full-year capex to $13.5 billion–$14.0 billion.
Although BP raised its quarterly dividend by 4% to 8.66 cents, Shell's cash engine allowed it to announce its 19th consecutive quarter of at least $3 billion in share buybacks, distributing 44% of CFFO over the trailing 12 months.
Shell's bull case centers on superior capital allocation, aggressive portfolio high-grading, including the ARC Resources acquisition targeting a 4% production CAGR through 2030, and consistent share buybacks. The bear case focuses on execution risks in integrated gas and LNG amid volatile market conditions, as well as the challenges of integrating large-scale acquisitions.

Harbor Funds, an investment management company, released its Q2 2026 investor letter for "Harbor Mid Cap Value Fund". The letter can be downloaded here. Global equities experienced a sharp rally in Q2 2026, with the S&P 500 returning 15.2%, its strongest quarter since 2020, driven by a shift from software to hardware in the Artificial Intelligence capital spending cycle. Small caps outperformed large caps, with the Russell 2000® gaining 21.5% compared to the Russell 1000's 15.1%. Growth stocks led within large caps, while Information Technology rose about 33%, contributing significantly to the S&P 500's return. The Harbor Mid Cap Value Fund returned 13.99%, outperforming its benchmark, the Russell Midcap Value Index. Strong stock selection in Consumer Discretionary, Real Estate, and Financials contributed positively, although an underweight in Information Technology negatively impacted results. Despite ongoing economic uncertainties, the investment philosophy remains committed to a disciplined value approach. Check the fund's top five holdings for its best picks in 2026.
In its second-quarter 2026 investor letter, Harbor Mid Cap Value Fund highlighted Matador Resources Company (NYSE:MTDR). Matador Resources Company (NYSE:MTDR), a US-based independent energy company engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas resources, detracted from the performance during the quarter. On September 04, 2026, Matador Resources Company (NYSE:MTDR) closed at $59.15 per share. CNBC reported that OpenAI said it will end model access through Cursor on November 12, following **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) $60 billion all-stock acquisition of Cursor's parent company, Anysphere, which closed on August 14.
OpenAI said it "cannot be confident that **** eX will use our technology within our terms of service, based on our experience with Elon Musk's companies violating contracts," pointing to disputes involving X and xAI, including Musk's own courtroom admission that xAI had trained on OpenAI's output. Musk responded on X, calling OpenAI's leadership "utterly untrustworthy." Anthropic co-founder Tom Brown said his company will instead increase compute to support Claude in Cursor.
The actual business disruption looks limited based on the numbers involved. Cursor's own CEO said OpenAI models account for only about 5% of user traffic. It means the vast majority of Cursor's usage already runs on other model providers, limiting how much this cutoff changes the product most users experience.
Cursor can reduce its dependence on OpenAI as **** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) expands its AI ecosystem. Losing access to OpenAI models could push Cursor to deepen its relationships with Anthropic and other providers, while **** eX can use its growing AI infrastructure to support the coding platform. That diversification could give Cursor more control over its model supply and reduce its exposure to decisions made by a direct competitor.

JPMorgan ****** yst Doug Anmuth projected ****** eX could pursue roughly 75 gigawatts of orbital compute by the end of 2031 at a significantly cheaper cost than could be done on Earth a scale that would make this a meaningful new revenue stream beyond ****** eX's existing launch and Starlink businesses.

Space Exploration Technologies (NASDAQ: SPCX), commonly referred to as ****** eX, got an initial share price bounce when it IPO'd due to enthusiasm about what it might do over the years to come -- such as building orbital data centers. It's also an Elon Musk company, which draws a lot of interest. (Tesla has averaged annual gains of 39% over the past decade.)
You might be wondering whether you should buy shares yourself or just forget about it.

Reuters reported that President Donald Trump bought between $15,001 and $50,000 in ***** e Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) shares on June 23, according to a financial disclosure signed August 12 and made public August 22.
The purchase, part of more than 1,000 stock trades Trump made that month, came two weeks after ***** eX's June 12 IPO, the biggest in U.S. history, which valued the company at $1.77 trillion. White House spokesman Davis Ingle said third-party financial institutions manage the president's portfolio independently and that "neither President Trump nor any member of his family has any ability to direct, influence, or provide input" on the investments.
Reuters previously reported that Small Business Administration head Kelly Loeffler, a Trump cabinet member, also earned millions from ***** eX-related investments.

Space Exploration Technologies (NASDAQ: SPCX), known as ******* eX, is ready to explore the cosmos. At least that's what CEO Elon Musk wants investors to understand.
"The mission is to make life multiplanetary, to extend consciousness beyond Earth and understand the universe," Musk explained in August. "For me, being a ******* efaring civilization is the most interesting thing we could possibly do for the future."

Here's the catch: ******* eX won't be establishing a multiplanetary civilization anytime soon. Before it pursues those goals in earnest, it will need to execute on two key growth pillars that will grant ******* eX the funding and mandate to move beyond Earth and its immediate surroundings.
SpaceX's revenue nearly doubled year over year last quarter, surprising ******* ysts. The company, however, still posted a net loss of $541 million. The company's only segment to generate an operating profit was its Starlink satellite network.

Rocket Lab (NASDAQ: RKLB), the once-tiny **** e stock that wants to be **** e Exploration Technologies when it grows up, held its IPO (albeit as a special purpose acquisition company) just over five years ago. If you'd put $10,000 into Rocket Lab back then, you'd be sitting on more than $65,000 today -- a total return of more than 560%.
And good for you if you did that! Newer investors, though, may be more interested in knowing what $10,000 invested in Rocket Lab stock now will be worth in another five years.

And that's what I'm going to try to figure out today.
Allow me to begin with a disclaimer: No one knows for certain what will happen to Rocket Lab over the next five years. It could explode (in a good way), delivering another 560% return. Or it could explode in a very bad way, for example, if one or more Rocket Lab rockets literally blow up on launch, shaking investor confidence in the **** e company.

Anthropic's highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) could feature an unusual approach to insider shares. Rather than the traditional 180-day lockup period for shares, a recent report suggests that Anthropic is considering allowing insiders to sell a portion of their shares during the IPO and subjecting the remaining shares to a lockup period well beyond 180 days.
If the report is true, these IPO criteria stand in contrast to ***** e Exploration Technologies' recent IPO, which released locked-up shares in tranches at designated times up to a year after the IPO. Although Anthropic's reported plan is not conventional as it relates to managing the sale of insider shares, it might be a plan the tech industry needs to consider. Here's why.

Anthropic's Claude AI engine has emerged as an industry leader. To that end, a recent fundraising round valued the company at $965 billion, and it has targeted a $2 trillion valuation with the IPO, making an increasing number of investors anxious to own a stake in Anthropic stock. This means Anthropic could outdo ***** eX with its IPO.
The original plan was to follow a standard 180-day lockup period. Under this plan, founders, employees, and venture capitalists cannot trade for a set number of days. Laws do not require such a limitation, but it has become a standard provision in such contracts.

This summer, we saw the debut of ***** e Exploration Technologies -- otherwise known as ***** eX -- stock in a massive initial public offering (IPO). We also saw share prices across ***** e-economy stocks collapse after said IPO, with no better example than Rocket Lab (NASDAQ: RKLB), one of the sector's biggest names in public markets.
Shares of the rocket flight and ***** e services company trade down about 58% from the highs set earlier this year, even though its revenue grew 62% year over year last quarter. A falling share price and a growing business can develop into a great buying opportunity.

In Roads to Retirement: Act I – The Journey Begins, Jeff Snyder sets the stage for a thoughtful exploration of what retirement really means by introducing two people whose lives could not look more different. One is an artist in Marin who has chosen a simple, creative life living on a sailboat and staying grounded in what matters most. The other is a Northern California firefighter working hard to build stability and opportunity for his growing family.
Jeffrey Snyder, Broadcast Retirement Network
Hello everyone, I'm Jeff Snyder. I've devoted over two decades of my life helping Americans across this country save and plan for their financial future. I'm starting out on a journey to educate Americans and help get people in this country saving.
Join me as we go on the roads to retirement. Marin County is one of the top five richest counties in the United States, but it's also home to artists, shipbuilders, and tax-free, anchor-out citizens who avoid rent by settling in the open waters of Richardson Bay. Sean here pays his rent and makes a decent home of his 25-foot shoreliner with his loyal first mate and unassuming guard dog, Oscar.
It's really a beautiful location you live at. This marina is wonderful, real serene, quiet.
