Left-arm seam bowler Will Rogers has signed a short-term deal with Derbyshire until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old came through the youth ranks at Sussex before moving to Derby, but has yet to make his debut for the first XI.

All but two of the nine teams in Group A remain in contention to reach the knockout stages of the One-Day Cup following a day of unlikely results including defeats for the top three in the section.
Pacesetters Leicestershire missed the chance to advance in their final game of the initial phase, with their fate now out of their hands after losing at Kent, who were helped by a sensational display from Daniel Bell-Drummond. They now join Nottinghamshire, Lancashire and Surrey in the chasing pack on 16 points each.
Middlesex won at eliminated Derbyshire to remain top of Group B and ensure they will advance, with Durham also in a strong position immediately behind second-placed Yorkshire following their home win against Essex, who now cannot progress.
Elsewhere in Group B, Glamorgan damaged Worcestershire's hopes of a knockout-stage place with the final ball of the game at Cardiff, while in Group A second-placed Nottinghamshire narrowly lost at Gloucestershire and third-placed Lancashire lost at second-bottom Warwickshire.

Horse rider Ella Woolley is swapping the trails of Derbyshire for the Texas terrain as she pursues her cowgirl dream.
The 19-year-old has ridden horses in Wormhill, near Buxton, from an early age and has been learning to ride bucking horses since January.
Despite being a relative beginner, she has made plans to develop her ranch bronc riding skills in America and has ambitions to compete in the world championships.
"It's an adrenaline rush and when you do it well, it's so fun," Ella said.

Middlesex, Durham and Leicestershire joined Nottinghamshire with two wins from two in the One-Day Cup by winning their respective matches on Friday, while champions Worcestershire and Kent made victorious starts to their campaigns.
Matches do not get much better for all-rounders than the one enjoyed by Josh de Caires as he delivered career-best List A figures with bat and ball to keep Middlesex unbeaten.
De Caires, son of former England captain Michael Atherton, hit 75 as Middlesex racked up 284-8 against Hampshire and then returned with the ball to take 6-35 as Middlesex won by 160 runs.
Both were career-bests for De Caires, who also moved past his father's best bowling figures in the format of 4-42 for Combined Universities against Somerset in 1989.
Former England Test captain Ben Stokes continues to thrive at Durham, with the all-rounder hitting five sixes in his 73 not out in 51 **** against Sussex, adding to his unbeaten century against Derbyshire on Tuesday.

A former special educational needs co-ordinator at a school who had a ******* ual relationship with a former pupil has been banned from teaching following a professional conduct hearing.
Joseph Marriott, who worked at Eckington School in Derbyshire, resigned in September 2024 following a disciplinary meeting, after the school was informed about the relationship with the ex-student.
A report, published following a Teacher Regulation Agency (TRA) panel hearing, said the pupil - named as person A - asked for Marriott's phone number on her last day at school, which he provided.
The panel found Marriott was "dishonest" during the disciplinary investigation meeting about when their relationship started.
According to the TRA, in July 2024 the school received an anonymous telephone call, alleging Person A was in a relationship with Marriott, and that it started while she was still at the school.

The coach of former Sheffield United footballer Maddy Cusack told the Football ***** ociation (FA) she was "generally a liar", an inquest into her death has heard.
Cusack, 27, was found unconscious by her father David at their family home in Horsley, Derbyshire, on 20 September 2023 and was ***** ounced dead the same day.
Jonathan Morgan, who coached Cusack from February 2023 while she was at Sheffield United, gave evidence to a two-week inquest at Chesterfield Coroner's Court on Monday.
When responding to the claim, which the inquest heard was made in an account he gave to the FA, Morgan said that she had "omitted a lot of information" when she spoke to her family about his behaviour.
The inquest has previously heard from Grace Riglar, who played for the team and was in a relationship with Cusack, who said Cusack was "anxious" about Morgan joining the club after her experience of working with him at Leicester City.

When three football fans went to a World Cup game to cheer on England at Boston Stadium, they took inspiration from their national team's iconic emblem.
Charlie, Alfie and Ernie, from Buxton in Derbyshire, dressed as three lions in homage to the Three Lions badge worn on England jerseys for more than 150 years.
Their furry attire brought the 17-year-olds plenty of attention, leading to appearances alongside American journalists and on BBC's The One Show.
Despite England's goalless draw with Ghana, the trio enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame.
The teenagers posed for about 70 photos in the stadium and were stopped by five different American news reporters, which meant it took a long time for them to get to their seats.

On the same weekend that Ben Stokes announced his retirement from international cricket, a former Premier League winner was staking his claim as an all-rounder.
Ten years after helping Leicester City complete a 5000-1 fairytale run to the **** le, Austrian Christian Fuchs had a cricket debut to remember.
The 40-year-old took two wickets, contributed to a run out and blew a kiss to a bowler after smashing him for six into a river.
But while Stokes was saying his England goodbyes at Trent Bridge, Fuchs was saying **** o at Bridge Field in Derbyshire, turning out for Grindleford in a Sunday friendly against Riverside Notts.
"The umpire said 'go easy on him, it's his first game'," said 23-year-old delivery driver Hasan Mahmood, the Riverside Notts bowler who got away with two dot **** and a wide before being carted over the boundary.

Former Sheffield United player Maddy Cusack was concerned she would be stigmatised and ridiculed over her mental health, an inquest has heard.
The 27-year-old was found dead at her home in Horsley, Derbyshire, on 20 September 2023.
Her father, David Cusack, told Chesterfield Coroner's Court that being reunited with a coach she did not like and changes to her contract had left her demotivated.
He said: "We thought she was depressed, not suicidal."
David Cusack told the court life had been made "unpleasant" for his daughter by coach Jonathan Morgan while she played for Leicester City.
