Funding for the deal included equity from HSE-managed funds along with senior secured debt financing.
The acquired sites make up the GridFlex Portfolio. The Lee County Generating Station is a natural gas turbine facility.
The Tait Electric Generating Station operates as a dual-fuel power plant.

Terms of the deal with Rockland Capital, which was first announced in March of this year, were not disclosed."Dispatchable resources are increasingly important as the resource mix becomes more intermittent and demand grows. This is particularly true in PJM where declining reserve margins are increasing the need to retain and improve ***** ets like Lee and Tait," said Sarah Wright, founder and managing partner of Hull Street Energy.Hull Street said the GridFlex Portfolio, together with the company's Milepost Power fleet, means Hull Street now owns nearly 5 GW of gas-fired and duel-fueled power generation capacity in the U.S. The company said it is positioned as one of the nation's largest, privately held power producers.

The Great Britain women's team have missed out on their first chance to qualify for flag football's Olympic debut but will have another opportunity on Sunday.
The non-contact version of American football will make its Olympic bow at Los Angeles 2028 and two spots are available for both men and women at this weekend's World Championships in Germany.
After reaching the quarter-finals as group winners, GB faced Panama on Saturday and came from behind to win 26-20 and set up a semi-final clash with the USA.
Victory would have secured a spot at LA28 and GB led 21-7 in the first half after touchdowns by Grace Conway, Angelica Tait and Emily Kemp.
But the defending champions fought back to win 27-21, while Canada beat Mexico 20-6 to reach their first final since 2014.

Christopher Vizzina has waited three years for an opportunity to become Clemson football's starting quarterback. As fall camp gets underway, the senior is closer than ever to getting his shot.
Dabo Swinney confirmed Thursday that Vizzina remains ahead of freshman Tait Reynolds in the race to replace Cade Klubnik, who was selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round of the NFL draft.
"Again, he's got the pole position, but he's still gotta finish the race," Swinney said.
"He's gotta go finish the race, but he's got a lead into the second half here, so we'll see what happens."
Vizzina hasn't played much during his Clemson career, but he has spent those years developing behind Klubnik rather than looking elsewhere for an easier path to playing time. Swinney believes that approach has helped Vizzina earn credibility inside the Tigers' locker room.

Clemson obviously had a disappointing season last year, but to their credit, they made major adjustments. This included multiple ****** istant coaching changes, a bevy of major portal acquisitions, and much more successful investment in high school recruiting.
To start the 2026 season, they'll be facing a program that experienced even more change this offseason with LSU bringing in Lane Kiffin as head coach and Charlie Weiss Jr. as offensive coordinator. A huge transfer haul joins them. These two programs will clash in Baton Rouge to start the season. What does Clemson need to nail down before they get there?
1. Do they have a QB they trust?
After electing not to get Christopher Vizzina game experience in the Pinstripe Bowl, it felt like Clemson would look to the transfer portal for their 2026 starting QB. That wasn't the case though as Clemson largely eschewed the portal on offense (other than running back Chris Johnson Jr.). Here's what Coach Swinney said at ACC Media Days on the QB situation.
"We made a decision that we weren't going to go get some shiny object at quarterback… If it doesn't work out, we're going to get raked over the coals for that. You've got to make decisions you believe in… There's a reason why we had confidence in the decision we made. That's because we're there every day. CV has earned the opportunity to go be the starting quarterback at Clemson based on everything we've observed. Now, if we didn't think he was good enough and he hadn't demonstrated the things he can control we might have made a different decision. The other thing is we knew who was coming in and we believed in him (Tait Reynolds) and Brock [Bradley]." – Coach Swinney

Falkirk have a huge challenge to replicate their top six finish of last season as they rebuild after losing a host of key players, according to Ian McCall.
The Bairns were beaten 2-0 at home to St Mirren in their Premiership opener on Saturday.
Manager John McGlynn has had to contend with the loss this summer of his top five goalscorers from last season – Barney Stewart, Calvin Miller, Dylan Tait, Ben Broggio and Brian Graham.
"It's really hard when you're at the level Falkirk are, a big club but not one of the big, big ones," McCall, who had spells at Falkirk as a player and manager, told BBC Sportsound.
"You're signing a boy [Barmey Stewart] from a university team and then getting a million pounds for him. That's not really normal, but fans will still expect you to go and find another one. You tell me five that have been found in the last 20 years like that - it's not like that.

Newcastle United have entered the race to sign Parma's breakout ***** an international goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, threatening to hijack Leeds United's long-standing pursuit. Eddie Howe and Daniel Farke are at St James' Park and Elland Road, respectively. The Magpies' interest in Suzuki has intensified in recent days as manager Eddie Howe seeks to further reshape his goalkeeping department following the arrival of Ewen Jaouen from Ligue 2 side Reims.
Following the free-transfer departures of Illan Meslier and Karl Darlow, with the former joining ***** nal, Leeds United had pinpointed Suzuki as their absolute priority target between the sticks and reportedly already agreed a contract running until 2031 to outmanoeuvre parallel European interest from Juventus and Aston Villa.
However, Newcastle's interest has shifted the landscape. Senior recruitment figures on Tyneside have been monitoring the 'world-class' keeper closely since March, when senior scout Mick Tait watched Suzuki keep a clean sheet in ***** an's 1-0 win over England at Wembley. Suzuki's profile has only risen since, having started all four matches for ***** an at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America before their narrow last-32 elimination against Brazil.
Newcastle's urgency is fuelled by growing uncertainty over Nick Pope. The 34-year-old veteran has entered the final year of his contract at St James' Park and has been linked with a move to Ipswich Town.
With Suzuki cleared to leave Parma this summer, Newcastle's recruitment team must act swiftly if they are to win the race for his signature. While Leeds remain in contention and are desperate to secure a long-term successor to Meslier, the prospect of European football under Eddie Howe could give the Magpies a crucial edge.

When the news unofficially broke a month or so ago that Everton were to part company with Under-21s boss Paul Tait, I had the feeling that it would not be a like-for-like replacement that we would see at the club.
New Technical Director Nick **** has led a comprehensive review of the Academy. As part of that, the headlines are as follows:
Dean Rastrick formally took up his role as Everton’s new Academy Director in June.
Carl Darlington has been appointed Head of Academy Coach Development.
Dave Hughes, joins the Club in the new role of Head of Academy Player Development.

Jun. 25—Gonzaga has now gone two years without a Sweet 16 appearance or NBA draft pick — droughts that probably felt inconceivable during a nine-year run when Mark Few's program didn't miss the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament and churned out 12 total NBA selections.
The Zags hope to break both dry spells next year and NBA **** ysts forecasting next year's draft class already think GU is in a strong position to have at least one selection — if not multiple — when the draft comes back around next June.
Gonzaga's Davis Fogle and Massamba Diop both appeared in way-too-early mock drafts published by national media outlets hours after Wednesday's 2026 NBA Draft concluded at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Fogle's name appeared most frequently, with multiple publications projecting the sophomore wing as either a first- or second-round pick in 2027. In Bleacher Report's way-too-early mock draft, author Jonathan Wasserman projects Fogle to be picked No. 28 overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder. CBS Sports didn't include Fogle in its first-round projections, but writer Adam Finkelstein highlighted Fogle as one of the returning college players "expected to make a jump" in 2026-27.
"Essentially, these would be players who weren't viewed as first-round candidates this year, but could be on the verge of a breakout season," Finkelstein wrote. "These are harder to forecast, but some of the players I'll be watching most closely include Duke's Dame Sarr, USC's Alijah Arenas, NC State's Paul McNeil, Texas' Matas Vokietaitis, Miami's Shelton Henderson, Arizona's Ivan Kharchenkov, and Gonzaga's Davis Fogle."

Dylan Tait has revealed he felt moving to "a massive club" like Dundee United was the right thing for his career after leaving "an amazing team" at Falkirk.
The 24-year-old midfielder revealed there was "interest in me from elsewhere" as his contract ran out with the club who finished one place above United in the Scottish Premiership.
"I had a good couple of seasons at Falkirk and enjoyed my time there," Tait told Dundee United's YouTube channel.
"I couldn't speak too highly of Falkirk; they have been amazing for me and I am buzzing to be at Dundee United.
"It was an amazing team I played in there and we played against Dundee United a few times last season, so I know what I'm coming up against.
