When Jamall Emmers followed up a quick left hand with a vicious right straight up the middle Saturday, he caught Lerryan Douglas squarely on his left eye.
The perfectly placed punch went straight through Emmers' raised hands to find the mark, and Douglas immediate put his hands to the eye to cover up when he hit the canvas. Emmers landed a few more punches, and the fight was over.
Emmers (23-8 MMA, 6-4 UFC) closed out the UFC Fight Night 285 prelims at Golden1 Center in Sacramento, Calif., with a hefty upset of Douglas (14-6 MMA, 1-1 UFC), a featherweight prospect who was north of a 4-1 betting favorite in the fight.
After the fight, one of Douglas' coaches, former UFC featherweight Cub Swanson, said the Brazilian broke his orbital bone, lost sight in that eye, and will have to see a specialist this week to find out what his next steps will be.
"Lerryan Douglas had a fractured orbital and instantly lost vision in that eye," Swanson posted on social media. "He is ok and I'm glad he didn't take more damage. We'll know more after he sees a specialist this week. Thanks for all the support."

High-powered IndyCars will take to the streets around the National Mall in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, racing in a 250-mile circuit that marks the latest Trump-backed sporting event to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the U.S.
The Freedom 250 Grand Prix is slated to take place Sunday in downtown D.C.
The Freedom 250 Grand Prix will wrap around a small portion of the National Mall in a 1.7-mile circuit near the Capitol that includes seven turns and 147 laps—adding up to a 250-mile race.
Nearly a half mile of Pennsylvania Avenue will be driven during the race, marking the circuit's longest straightaway in which cars will have a pit lane to their left and are expected to reach speeds around 185 mph (the speed limit for regular traffic there is 25 mph).
The race is free but attendance requires a general admission ticket, which is no longer available following the closing of a ticket request window on June 7.

A few Lions were dinged up during Detroit's 17-13 win over the Washington Commanders in the NFL preseason.
Veteran receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. injured his knee in the first quarter and Lions head coach Dan Campbell said afterwards that he was concerned it might be serious.
"Yeah. I don't know for sure. I'm worried. I'm worried on that one. I love (Cedrick) Wilson, man. He's a smart, crafty football player. Gets it, can play all the spots at receiver, special teams. We don't know. We're getting that knee looked at. We don't know, but I'll leave it at that," Campbell said.
Campbell said that running back Jabari Small was being checked for a concussion, too. Small carried three times for 16 yards.
"He's getting checked. He kind of got dinged there, concussion protocol," Campbell said.

A lot is asked of small forwards in the NBA.
It's a position that demands versatility in the form of scoring, defending or even both. And plenty of guys do that at a high level, whether that's veterans such as Kawhi Leonard and Kevin Durant or younger players such as Cooper Flagg and Jalen Williams.
In this article, I'll be ranking the top 10 small forwards entering the 2026-27 season. The order was determined by multiple factors such as individual success last season, injury concerns, player trajectory and contributions to winning.
Let's get into it:

Nvidia stock's losing streak hit a sixth day on Friday. That is its longest run of declines in four years. The earnings report that could end it lands Wednesday.
So is Nvidia stock a buy after the slide? Every ****** yst covering it says yes. The reason for the selling, though, has not gone away.
Follow us on X to get the latest news as it happens
The slide is small. It is also stubborn. Nvidia last closed higher on August 13, at $225.30. By Friday it sat at $214.75. That is 4.7% gone in six sessions.
The shape matters more than the size. Four of those six days lost less than 1%. A single session, August 18, did half the damage with a 2.34% drop. This is a slow leak, not a crash.

The second-quarter 13F from Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRKA)(NYSE:BRKB) reached the SEC on Aug. 14, and it shows what CEO Greg Abel did with the conglomerate's $299 billion U.S. stock portfolio during his second full quarter running the company. Much of the portfolio sat still: Apple, American Express, and Coca-Cola -- three of the four biggest positions -- didn't move by a share. And the filing's largest addition, about $17 billion of Alphabet, extended a purchase Alphabet had already disclosed back in June.
The new information sat in two smaller lines. Berkshire cut its Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) stake by about 30.2 million shares, a reduction of 5.9% worth about $1.7 billion at quarter-end prices. That was the largest dollar amount Berkshire subtracted from any position.
Missed Nvidia in 2009? This Rare Signal Is Flashing Again. In 2009, a "Double Down" signal flashed for a little-known chipmaker called Nvidia. For the first time in years, that same "Total Conviction" signal is flashing for a company 1/100th the size of Nvidia. Continue »
And it added about 17.5 million shares of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), growing that stake 44% to 57.3 million shares, worth about $5.4 billion at the end of June.
A bank out, an airline in. What makes the pairing worth a closer look is the history on each side of it.

On August 13, 2026, YETI Holdings (NYSE:YETI) reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 results that showed broad-based top-line expansion and operational progress. Sales climbed 9% year over year to roughly $484 million, with growth spread across every category, channel and region the company reports. CEO Matthew Reintjes told investors the quarter reinforced the company's structural breadth and scalability, even as YETI navigates an uneven consumer backdrop and ongoing macro uncertainty.
Coolers & Equipment led the way, growing 16% to $232 million as newer lines like the Daytrip insulated bags and Camino totes gained traction alongside cases and storage. Management pointed to smaller hard coolers such as the Roadie 15 and the newly launched Roadie 8 as early bright spots, evidence that YETI's product platforms extend well beyond its original hard cooler business. International sales jumped 19% to $93 million, with Europe, Australia and ******* an all posting strong growth. ******* an, in its first full year as a direct business, delivered significant growth in the quarter, and YETI expects to be live in 11 international markets by the end of 2026, up from four at the same time last year. Wholesale sales rose 10% to $218 million, and tracked channel inventory ended the quarter lower, a sign management reads as healthy, demand-driven sell-through rather than a pullback.
Gross margin expanded 170 basis points to 59.5%, with 110 basis points of that coming from pricing discipline and product cost management rather than one-time items. On the back of that performance, YETI raised its full-year gross margin expectation to 57.5%–58.0% (and raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance range to $2.94–$3.00, up from $2.83–$2.89), while continuing a buyback program that has repurchased more than $600 million in stock since 2024.
Gross margin expansion was offset by operating expense growth during the period. Adjusted SG&A grew 19% to $220 million and deleveraged 410 basis points to 45.4% of sales, driven largely by the brand campaign shifting into the second quarter from the fourth quarter of last year, a higher short-term incentive compensation accrual, and rising distribution and fulfillment costs. That expense growth outpaced the gross margin gains, and adjusted operating income actually fell 7% to $68 million, while adjusted net income dropped 8% to $51 million. Cash on the balance sheet shrank sharply, ending the quarter at approximately $60 million versus $270 million a year earlier, while total debt climbed to $102 million from $76 million.

Meta Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:META) CEO Mark Zuckerberg published a lengthy letter on August 10 making the case that artificial intelligence should be spread broadly rather than controlled by a handful of companies or governments. He also announced that Meta will start releasing open-source AI models again.
Around the same time, the Wall Street Journal reported on August 9 that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has been testing memory chips from China's CXMT for use in iPhones and MacBooks as the company hunts for ways to ease a costly memory supply crunch.
Zuckerberg's letter, ****** led "The Future is for Everyone: The Path to a Positive AI Future," argues that no single company or government should end up holding all the power that comes with superintelligent AI. It frames Meta's mission of putting the technology directly in people's hands as a safeguard against that outcome. To back that up, Meta Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:META) released the open-weight Muse Glimmer model on Monday, a 30-billion-parameter system small enough to run on a single consumer GPU, with plans to open the weights on Muse Spark 1.2 soon.
Apple's problem is a lot more concrete. Memory chip costs linked to growing AI demand have already forced the company to raise prices globally. CXMT, now the most valuable company listed in mainland China at a $520 billion market cap, could offer some relief, though U.S. export rules keep Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) from ordering custom chips. Any deal carries real political risk, as per WSJ.
Does spreading AI power around, as Meta argues, actually help solve a very real problem like the chip shortage squeezing Apple right now?

JJ Bleday leaned out and turned on a Zack Littell meatball in the Top of the 6th inning of Saturday night's game between the Cincinnati Reds and Arizona Diamondbacks down in the Land of the Endless Strip Mall, and the laser flew over the fence in right field at Chase Field for a homer.
That's cool in a nutshell. What made it even more special, though, is that the Cincinnati outfielder had already picked up a single, double, and triple on the evening, and this homer game him the cycle.
The cycle – just the 8th in the long, storied history of the Cincinnati Reds – was a marked change from where Bleday's form has been so far in August. Despite scorching the earth with his play in May after being recalled from AAA Louisville, he's fallen into something of a three true outcomes slugger ever since, with the hits and homers being much fewer and more far between.
Not so on Saturday, though.
Bleday's homer played pile-on for the Reds, who held an 8-2 lead at the time. Each of JJ, Elly De La Cruz, and Sal Stewart had been electric at the plate so far on the day, and that's pretty much the lone recipe for the Reds having success on any given night.

Drugmaker Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) is putting real money behind its confidence in American manufacturing. On August 10, the company said it will spend about $2.3 billion on a new plant in Houston, part of a larger $40 billion U.S. investment pledge.
On the very same day, British regulators cleared Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY)'s weight-loss pill Foundayo for both weight management and type 2 diabetes, making the UK the first country in Europe to approve the drug.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY)'s new Houston campus, roughly 600,000 square feet, will churn out everything from small-molecule medicines to more complex biologics and antibody-drug conjugates. It is expected to create close to 500 skilled jobs and about 2,000 construction jobs between 2027 and 2030. CEO Christopher Boerner framed it as a vote of confidence in America's biopharma future. The timing lines up with a broader industry trend: drugmakers from Lilly to Johnson & Johnson to Pfizer are all racing to build more in the U.S. as tariff pressure from the Trump administration ramps up.
Eli Lilly took the opposite direction this week, expanding outward instead of inward. Foundayo's UK approval opens a major new market, even though the pill isn't covered by the National Health Service yet and still trails Novo Nordisk's Wegovy pill there.
So which strategy actually serves shareholders better, building strength at home or chasing growth abroad?

Anna Paquin is calling for stronger protections and support for former child performers after the recent deaths of Hayden Panettiere, Michelle Trachtenberg and Daveigh Chase, arguing that safeguards surrounding young stars have not always worked as intended.

The NFL is reviewing Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman under its Personal Conduct Policy after Georgia court records revealed that he was arrested in June on family violence and property-damage charges.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, police accused Bateman of damaging a Mercedes-Benz occupied by the mother of his child and their 3-month-old daughter during a June 3 incident in Monroe, Georgia. An arrest warrant alleged that shattered glass caused small cuts to the woman's face.
Bateman, 26, faces misdemeanor charges of family violence battery and reckless conduct, along with a felony count of first-degree criminal damage to property. His attorney, Jordan Siev, said the family situation had been "taken completely out of context for sensational reasons" and urged the public to allow the court process to play out.
The Ravens said they had been communicating directly with Bateman, notified the league and were cooperating with its review. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy subsequently told ESPN that the matter is "under review of the personal conduct policy."
Police were called at about 6 a.m. on June 3 after an earlier dispute between Bateman and the mother of his child at a shared residence in Monroe, according to court records cited by ESPN. Officers said the woman had multiple facial contusions that she attributed to that earlier confrontation.

Mark Ruffalo and Paramount are locked in an increasingly heated war of words over the company's proposed $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. The media giant accused the "Avengers" actor of invoking "antisemitic tropes" after he connected the corporate transaction to Oracle technology used to **** ist the Israeli military. Ruffalo quickly rejected the allegation as "appalling" and insisted his criticism was aimed at political leaders and corporate executives, not Jewish people.
MEGA
Paramount issued a lengthy statement after Ruffalo posted a video featuring Safra Catz discussing technology Oracle reportedly made available to the Israeli military. "We are, as always, troubled when antisemitic tropes are invoked in purported service of a business dispute," the company said in a statement shared by CNN's Brian Stelter.
Paramount specifically objected to Ruffalo's use of the words "genocide" and "apartheid" while criticizing the proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition. The company said the language was inappropriate when applied to a corporate transaction and argued that it diminished the suffering those terms are normally used to describe.
Paramount said "this brings us to a moment to lower the temperature, not raise it," adding that it would "rather build than further engage in such rhetoric." "This simply exposes the true motivation of some who have advocated opposition to this transaction," its statement continued.

Paramount said "this brings us to a moment to lower the temperature, not raise it," adding that it would "rather build than further engage in such rhetoric." "This simply exposes the true motivation of some who have advocated opposition to this transaction," its statement continued.

Deshaun Watson said this week that he didn't care if Cleveland Browns fans booed him. It appears he might care a bit.
Watson was booed in Saturday's preseason game. There was a smattering of boos when he entered the game in the second half, from a small group of fans in its seats already. The boos were noticeable after Watson threw a bad interception in the second half.
Watson was not happy with what he called disrespect from the fans.
"I think the whole world knows, it has nothing to do about performance, It's a little bit [more] personal than that," Watson said after the game to the Cleveland media. "It's a disrespectful thing. I'm going to keep whatever I feel between me and my family."
Watson faced several lawsuits for **** ual misconduct when he arrived with Cleveland. He was suspended six games by the NFL for that. Watson has also drawn the ire of fans for not playing well after Cleveland acquired him in one of the biggest trades in NFL history, then signed him to a fully-guaranteed $230 million extension. Since the Browns traded for him in 2022, he has thrown only 19 touchdowns. Owner Jimmy Haslam called the trade a "big swing and miss" in March 2025, though the team is having Watson compete for a starting job this season.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts offense may finish out the preseason without its top two receiving options at tight end.
Backup tight end Will Mallory missed Saturday's preseason loss to Atlanta with a thumb injury, days after the Colts lost star tight end Tyler Warren to a mild groin strain on the first day of joint practices against the Falcons. Mallory participated in Thursday's practice and it's unclear when he was injured.
Indianapolis head coach Shane Steichen did not offer a timetable for Mallory's return. The fourth-year tight end, who opened the preseason by catching six passes for 80 yards against the Patriots, spent the entire 2025 season on the 53-man roster as insurance for Warren, although Warren stayed healthy enough as a rookie that Mallory rarely saw action.
Mallory has been one of the team's most productive receiving options throughout training camp.
The Colts offense has spent the entire training camp operating without its No. 1 receiver, Alec Pierce, and the team only signed veteran Keenan Allen this week to fill the hole in the starting up. With fewer reliable targets outside, Indianapolis quarterbacks have targeted the tight ends heavily, peppering passes to both Warren and Mallory.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Two practice sessions are in the books on the streets of the nation's capital.
But who will take pole position for the IndyCar Freedom 250?
Kyle Kirkwood topped the timing sheets during the first practice session, ahead of Alex Palou, the driver he is chasing in the IndyCar standings. But it was Palou who led the way in the second session, just 0.0766 seconds ahead of Kirkwood.
Scott Dixon and the Arrow McLaren pair of Nolan Siegel and Pato O'Ward rounded out the top five from the second practice session. Their Arrow McLaren teammate Christian Lundgaard posted the sixth-fastest time.
Speaking with the media, including SB Nation, following the first practice session Palou talked at length about the 1.7-mile track that winds around the National Mall, with landmarks such as the Washington Monument and the United States Capitol Building helping to round out the backdrop.

Alexander Albon made it out of the bottom half twice in two days in F1 Dutch GP, as he hails the 'best lap of the year' in main qualifying.
Having had the deal secured to race for Williams in 2027 season as well, whatever Albon does with the team, will be counted towards next season. It has been a struggle all through, so much that the Thai only found the 'best lap of the year' in F1 Dutch GP main qualifying.
Although he is only 16th, it is still a win for him to be in Q2 and get one better on teammate Carlos Sainz. Williams changed between sprint race and main qualifying, but it was not a lot that they did. And the change was for better in the end, with a rare smiling Albon after a good run.
"We went in the right direction and, honestly, that's been my best lap of the year as well, in Q2, so it was nice to actually get a lap out of this car," said Albon to media in F1 Dutch GP. "So yeah, no, generally, generally happy. Still think we're going to struggle in the race, but it was nice to feel at one with the car for once.
"Obviously, there's not a huge amount you can do in the time between the two [sessions], but we need to understand why our starting setup was so far out to where we finished. Normally we're quite good at that, especially during a sprint weekend; you count on starting in a good place, but we didn't, basically.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Instead of adding new roses, President Donald Trump's White House Rose Garden is growing statues.
Trump put statues of some of America's founders in the garden just off the Oval Office after he replaced its plush lawn with a white stone patio, turning the historic outdoor **** e into a look-alike of the one at his Mar-a-Lago home and private club in Palm Beach, Florida.
At least one statue was a gift. Others are on loan from people who wish to remain anonymous.
The latest addition, a bronze depiction of a seated Thomas Jefferson signing the Declaration of Independence, was a gift from George Lundeen, a sculptor from Loveland, Colorado. It joins statues already displayed there of George Washington, Alexander Hamilton and Ben Franklin. A fifth sculpture named "Freedom's Charge" is also on the patio.
The statues are part of Trump's sweeping series of White House renovations, from his gilded makeover of the Oval Office to the ballroom and helipad that the Republican president is having built on the south grounds. These projects fit into Trump's broader plan to leave his mark on downtown Washington through other construction projects, including a statue garden on federal land near the National Mall.

I'm sitting high above Pennsylvania Avenue at Johns Hopkins, looking down on an IndyCar street course running through the heart of Washington, D.C., and I'm going to be honest: this absolutely rocks.
As a motorsports journalist, you get spoiled by cool race weekends. You see plenty of tracks, plenty of cars and plenty of big events.
But this is different.
IndyCar is racing around the National Mall, flying down Pennsylvania Avenue at incredible speeds with the Washington Monument and U.S. Capitol in the background. The 1.7-mile, seven-turn circuit is already producing some seriously fun racing, and the drivers clearly love the challenge.
And then there's IROC.

NEW YORK (AP) — New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart has always seen the WNBA as an inclusive place that has served as a safe ******* e for both its fans and the players. That's been challenged lately.
The WNBA has been the subject of recent debates on whether transgender women — people ******* igned male at birth who transition to align with their gender identity — should be allowed to participate in the league. There has never been such a player in the WNBA. Although the league's collective bargaining agreement says the WNBA is restricted to women, it contains no more specific language about gender identity or ******* ******* igned at birth.
There have been small rallies and protests outside Indiana Fever games after the issue came to a head when Sophie Cunningham of the Fever said in an ESPN profile published last month that she was opposed to transgender girls and women competing in girls' and women's sports. There are rallies planned before the Liberty face the Fever on Saturday night in Brooklyn.
"Knowing that rallies are happening on both sides shows the platform that the W has and the stunts for attention are just continuing to try and ride the wave that we have," Stewart told a small group of reporters Saturday morning. "I want Liberty fans and even Indy fans that are going to come here tonight to be able to have this arena be a safe ******* e."
At least three fans were asked by WNBA security personnel to cover shirts that had messages about transgender women participating in women's sports during last Sunday's game at Atlanta between the Dream and the Fever. The league later said the fans should have been free to wear those shirts.

Jets get wild 'long-shot' prediction on Cade Klubnik that would be dream scenario originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The New York Jets are heading into the 2026 NFL season with Geno Smith as their starting quarterback. But after his struggles last season, he might not start the full season.
It's very likely that Cade Klubnik, the rookie fourth-rounder, will get a chance to play for the Jets. If he does, his production will be very interesting to keep an eye on, as there is a small chance something truly wild happens.
As ESPN's Dan Graziano highlighted in his "long-shot" prediction for the Jets, Klubnik could come into the QB1 job early in the year, thrive, get the Jets into playoff contention, and prove he should be the starter next season, and potentially beyond, as well.
"Long-shot outcome: Klubnik comes on quickly in practice and overtakes Smith early in the season. He plays well, and the Jets hang in the wild card race into December," Graziano writes. "Picking too low in the first round to get (or even trade up for) one of the top two or three quarterbacks in the draft, they use their early-round picks to bolster the roster around Klubnik and go into 2027 with him as the starter."

At 34, Thibaut Courtois is entering his ninth season as a Real Madrid player and has set himself a new objective: winning his fourth Zamora Trophy, which would put him in an exclusive group of goalkeepers.
Indeed, according to AS, the Real Madrid goalkeeper is aiming to become La Liga's least-beaten goalkeeper again – a feat he has not achieved it since the 2019-20 season.
If he succeeds, Courtois would become only the sixth goalkeeper in La Liga history to win the award four or more times.
He would join Juan Acuna and Santiago Canizares on four, while Antoni Ramallets and Victor Valdes won five and Jan Oblak holds the record with six.

Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles news and links …
Eagles notebook: Their star of joint practices, a great nickname and more – NBCSP
Bowling ball of knives. Eagles second-year offensive lineman Willie Lampkin has become a fan favorite this summer. But the 5-foot-11 offensive lineman has also become a favorite in the locker room. Well, maybe not when his teammates have to face him. "Love Willie," Jordan Davis said. "I call him a bowling ball of knives. Because he's so short, he's so small, he's so stubby but he is so quick and powerful and precise with his hands that it's really, for a taller guy like me, it gives me a lot of trouble, it gives me a lot of fits. That's one of the things that keeps me up at night with Willie. "But he's a tremendous player. He has a certain tenacity about him when he goes and plays a game, especially at center, and he commands that line. It's really special to see and I'm excited to see where his game goes."
The Eagles need to win back the fourth quarter in 2026 – BGN
This is the time of year when everything new is being installed, and training camp darlings are created. There will be a ton of things to look at this Saturday night when the Eagles face the Baltimore Ravens, and Sean Mannion's offense, or what small portion of it is shown, will get scrutinized. But the real reality of the Eagles' 2026 season will not arrive until around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, September 13 at Lincoln Financial Field. It's about the time when the Eagles will be in the throes of their first fourth quarter of the season, in the season opener against the Washington Commanders. Winning the fourth quarter will be a big key to the Eagles' 2026 success. In 2025, the Eagles did not win the fourth quarter. Last season, the Eagles wilted offensively and defensively.
Five things to watch in the Eagles' second preseason game vs. the Patriots – PhillyVoice
4) Can Darius Cooper separate from Makai Lemon? Makai Lemon began practicing in a limited capacity on Thursday. He will be returning to practice full-time soon. The Eagles' WR1 (DeVonta Smith) and WR2 (Dontayvion Wicks) spots are spoken for, but the WR3 spot remains wide open. Cooper is challenging for that role, and I imagine he'll be given the opportunity to play against the Patriots on Saturday night. In the first preseason game against the Ravens, Cooper had 2 catches on 5 targets for 21 yards. Can he improve on that performance, and at least get the Eagles' staff to consider starting him Week 1? If not, Lemon will have a golden opportunity to swoop in at the tail end of camp and claim that spot.
Eagles-Pats Day 2 – Iggles Blitz
It is great that Hurts and the offense came through this time around. We know that there will be a learning curve for the offense this season. There will be ups and downs. Hurts isn't afraid of adversity so I think he'll be able to work his way through issues. The offense was up and down from an overall perspective. Hurts got picked off a couple of times. While I

America's biggest retailers are now sitting on tariff refund checks from the federal government. How they plan to spend the billions of dollars in returns is up to them.
The retailers, including Amazon (AMZN), Target (TGT), and Walmart (WMT), are taking various approaches. Some have offset their costs and cushioned their margins, while others have invested in marketing and cutting prices. In a small number of cases, some even claim plans to return the money to customers.
David Silverman, senior director at Fitch Ratings, noted that the billions in refunds present a predicament for businesses because of the "perception by consumers that they ultimately paid the cost of those tariffs through higher prices."
As of late July, the Trump administration returned more than $100 billion to businesses following the Supreme Court's ruling in February that struck down tariffs imposed under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). That's about 60% of the total $166 billion collected under the IEEPA tariffs.
The tariff environment is a "wild card," CFRA **** yst Arun Sundaram said, noting that "[It's] kind of different how each retailer is handling it, and it's also different between how much tariff refunds each retailer is getting."

Liverpool have spent much of the summer dealing with questions about depth, fitness and whether the current squad contains enough reliable options for Andoni Iraola.
Against that backdrop, Jayden Danns returning to competitive action may look like a relatively small development. It could still become a useful one.
The 20-year-old striker played the final 30 minutes for Liverpool U21s in Friday's 1-1 draw with Everton U21s at Goodison Park, his first appearance since suffering an injury against Manchester City in March.
For Liverpool, the important detail is simply that Danns is back on the pitch.
Liverpool enter the new Premier League season with Hugo Ekitike sidelined by a long-term Achilles injury, placing additional responsibility on Alexander Isak.

Ukraine is buying a homegrown glide bomb that could help its pilots strike Russian forces from a safer distance while relying less on weapons supplied by the U.S. and Europe.
The new weapon is called the Vyrivniuvach, or "Equalizer." It was developed by Ukrainian company DG Industry with support from Brave1, a government-backed defense technology group.
A Ukrainian military official told Ukrinform that the bomb has finished testing and is now being bought for the armed forces. Fox News Digital has reached out to Ukraine's Ministry of Defense for more details.
Until now, Ukraine's warplanes have relied heavily on U.S.-supplied JDAM-ER bomb kits and Small Diameter Bombs, as well as French-made Hammer bombs, for precision strikes from safer distances. The Equalizer could give Kyiv more control over its own supply of guided bombs as foreign military aid remains uncertain.

Tyron Woodley still sees MMA in his near future.
The former UFC welterweight champion hasn't competed in MMA since suffering his fourth-straight loss to Vicente Luque in March 2021. He has since boxed three times and has two wrestling matches booked for RAF.
As for MMA, Woodley (19-7-1) is open to a return as soon as this year.
"I never retired (from MMA)," Woodley told MMA Junkie Radio. "People just said I retired. You never heard me formally come out and retire, or put my gloves down anywhere, or even say the word retirement. Because I haven't fought MMA since 2021, a lot of people call me retired. In this sport, if you don't refute it, and you don't go back and defend it, or you correct people, then people run with it. So I found out a long time ago that everybody knows everything, just let them know it. So I never retired from MMA. I never closed that chapter. It's actually quite the opposite. You may even see me fight MMA this year. You may see me wrestle twice, fight MMA and box. I feel like I'm getting to the part where my body being used as a way to generate wealth is coming to an end. I'm getting closer and closer and closer to that moment.
"I feel like the more I can stay in shape, the more I can just keep training, the better I'm going to be. We all know me with consistency. When I had that ***** le run, I fought four world ***** le fights in one year. I feel like knowing yourself is the most important part. I know when I've got something ahead of me, I've got a date, I've got an opportunity, I know that my body is going to be disciplined, it's going to be more focused, less distractions are going to come in. It's just something about being in a camp. That daily regimen is just a discipline I need in life. So I'm just staying in camp, whatever that is, whatever combat it is. I'm thankfully blessed to be versed in many, many different forms of combat. I'm really open to doing any and all, minus bare knuckle, and that leaves me with a lot of things to do."
