Tom Brady has an outspoken defender in Liz Jones, and Gisele Bündchen probably won't enjoy reading her argument.
The Daily Mail columnist weighed in on the former couple's divorce with a blistering opinion piece. By the time she finished, Bündchen's expectations, the fashion industry, and even her new husband had caught up.
Jones' column follows the release of Lars Anderson's Brady: "An American Story and the Price of Greatness." Published Sept. 29, the biography explores the personal costs of Brady's devotion to football.
The book has already broughtrenewed attention to Brady and Bündchen's split, which became final in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
"The picture painted of the Brady marriage has always been, until this new biography, one of the man who refused to slow down to be present for his family, while Gisele gave it all up, Princess Grace-styley, to be a Trad Wife,"Jones wrote.

Dana White has a lot of haters, but it was surprising to find out that his mother was one of them.
June White shocked the MMA world back in 2011 when she released an unauthorized biography on her son ****** led 'Dana White: King of MMA.' The 152 page book was full of all sorts of accusations: that White and his wife got into physical conflicts regularly, that he 'puts Tiger Woods to shame' regarding infidelity, and that he'd slept with his sister-in-law.
All unproven claims, and all a part of what White now says was part of a scheme to get money out of him to buy a bar. In a new interview with The Diary of a CEO, White addressed his mother's book in-depth for the first time.
"I was on a trip one time, I didn't have emails or any of that s–t on the road," White said. "We were in London for like two weeks and when I got back I checked my emails and I had like a bunch of emails from her threatening me: 'You have two options: you can give me this all upfront, or you can pay me in payments over the next f–king whatever. I'm looking to buy a bar or whatever it was.'"
"And then she wasn't getting responses because I was in London, and then the emails started getting nastier and nastier and nastier," White continued. "And I f–king just blew up. That was the beginning of the end with me and her."

A new biography about Tom Brady includes details about the end of his marriage to Gisele Bündchen. "Brady: An American Story and the Price of Greatness" was written by sports journalist Lars Anderson and released on Sept. 29, 2026.
The book draws on more than 350 interviews with people who knew Brady on and off the field. It includes accounts about the couple's marriage and their 2022 divorce. Bündchen has previously said the reasons for their split were more complicated than reports that linked it primarily to Brady's football career.
Anderson's biography examines Brady's life beyond his record-setting football career. Publisher Celadon Books says the author conducted more than 350 original interviews with people who knew Brady on and off the field. The book explores his childhood, career, family life, and retirement.
It also examines what Anderson presents as the personal cost of Brady's intense commitment to football and his pursuit of success. The marriage receives considerable attention because it overlapped with some of Brady's biggest professional achievements. Brady and Bündchen married in 2009 and remained together for 13 years before finalizing their divorce in October 2022.
They share a son, Benjamin, and a daughter, Vivian. Both described the divorce as difficult while emphasizing that their children would remain a priority as they moved forward separately.

The Duke of Sussex's searingly honest memoir, Spare, became the fastest-selling non-fiction book ever when his tell-all tale about the royal family was published in 2023.
His explosive autobiography gave royal watchers a very intimate insight into all his personal goings-on, including introducing his future wife Meghan Markle to the royal family.
Although Meghan's first meeting with the late monarch was "pleasant", Prince Harry confessed his frustration at some of the circumstances.
"There was some bloke standing to the other side of Granny and I thought: Bogey at twelve o'clock," he wrote, referring to a friend of Sarah Ferguson. "Meg looked to me for a clue as to his identity, but I couldn't help – I'd never seen him before.
"[Princess Eugenie] whispered into my ear that he was a friend of her mum's. Ah, OK. I looked at him hard, 'Brilliant. Congratulations on being present for one of the most consequential moments of my life.'"

President Donald Trump was full of compliments for the Royal Family after hosting the King and Queen at the White House in April 2026, following a packed four-day agenda that included a state banquet and a speech to Congress.
While Trump publicly praised Charles as the "greatest king" to the press, away from the cameras, it seems he had even more to say – but what?
During the visit, he met royal author Robert Hardman in the Oval Office to discuss his new biography about the late Queen, Elizabeth II.
Writing in the Daily Mail, Hardman said the President asked after the Prince and Princess of Wales, saying about William: "William, he'll be a good King, won't he? He's very nice. A great guy. I like him."

Ever since Dolly Parton's passing, I've been reading stories shared about her, and each time I'm instantly emotional. But while I adore everything celebrities have posted to honor her memory, finding stories from her autobiography feel extra special, such as ones from her iconic films. Like the time Parton didn't mince words after Steel Magnolias' director Herbert Ross said she "couldn't act."
One of many reasons I adored the country singer was her bluntness. She told everything like it was, and often had a self-deprecating humor while she was at it. For example, in her 1994 autobiography, Dolly: My Life and Other Unfinished Business (via People), Parton recalled how Ross initially treated both her and Roberts (who was new at this point in her career) on the set of Steel Magnolias. She said:
He didn't particularly like me or Julia Roberts at the start, and was very hard on us. Julia Roberts was not the big star she is now, and I think Herbert Ross resented having to use her. He told me I couldn't act. This was not news to me, and I told him so.

Today, August 30, Lisbon Lion Bobby Lennox is celebrating his 83rd birthday.
The Celtic legend scored 277 goals in 589 games for Celtic, and up until recently he was the club's most decorated player with 25 major honours. He has only recently been surpassed by Callum McGregor (26) and James Forrest (28).
Bobby's impressive roll of honour reads as 11 League ***** les, eight Scottish Cups, five League Cups and, of course, the European Cup when he was part of the legendary Celtic side which defeated Inter Milan in Lisbon's Estadio Nacional on May 25, 1967 to become the Kings of Europe.
And as the Celtic Family wishes Bobby a very happy birthday, we take a brief look at the incredible career of a legendary figure in Celtic's long and illustrious history…
Born in Saltcoats, Bobby was the farthest-flung of the Lisbon Lions – hence the ***** le of his autobiography – Thirty Miles from Paradise. Bobby, of course, has remained a Saltcoats Bhoy to this day. In his book, Bobby describes an almost idyllic childhood beside the sea and, apart from his six-month spell with Houston Hurricane in 1978, he has stayed in the town his entire life. 'I had a great upbringing,' he later told the Celtic View. 'We weren't the richest family in the world, but I didn't want for much, although all I really wanted was a ball at my feet anyway.'

NASCAR "driver appearances" were once so common, you couldn't avoid them on any milk-and-bread run, not to mention a swing by the local auto parts store.
Well, this week in Daytona, you can meet two former champions as well as the two best NASCAR racers to win everything BUT a championship.
Along the way, you can meet a driver at a pool party.
NASCAR Hall of Famer Mark Martin, who recently released an autobiography — "Never Lift" — will be among the big names you can find Thursday at one of the old staples of NASCAR partnerships: Winn-Dixie.
His fellow famous non-champ, Denny Hamlin, can also be found there.

Six years after trading royal duties for California, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are preparing to make Britain part of their family life again.
Their biographer, Omid Scobie — who co-wrote the 2020 Sussex biography Finding Freedom before publishing Endgame in 2023 — says the country now means something different to them, with the royal journalist addressing their reported return in his newly launched Off Script Substack.
Scobie believes the couple's priorities have shifted as they raise Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5.

"Harry and Meghan themselves are not the same people who left. They are older, raising two children, building businesses and careers independent of royal life, and relate to Britain differently than they once did," he wrote.

James Blunt shared an article denying that American actress Hayden Panettiere was brought to his bed when she was 18.
Panettiere, a former child actress known for her roles in Nashville and Heroes, died on Aug 16 aged 36 in a suspected overdose. Her official cause of death has not yet been revealed.
In her May 2026 autobiography This Is Me: A Reckoning, Panettiere recounted an incident in which she said an unnamed woman asked her to get in bed with an "undressed" and "very famous" British singer in his 30s on a yacht in France.
She wrote that she was 18 at the time and the incident led to her hiding on the boat.
Since her death, theories began circulating that Blunt was the unidentified British singer-songwriter she wrote about in her memoir. Online sleuths pointed to a picture of the pair together in 2009.

"Please, boys. Don't make my final years a misery." The words of the future King Charles III as he pleaded with his two sons to patch things up at their grandfather's funeral in April 2021 have just acquired a whole new resonance.
The "boys", better known as Prince William and Prince Harry, never did make up. Indeed, their feud only darkened and deepened as the elder brother fumed at the younger's treachery towards the Royal family in general, and his wife, in particular. (Outrageously, in her interview with Oprah, Meghan accused unnamed members of the family of racism in relation to her unborn baby's skin colour.)
The last time Harry and William stood together, just the two of them, was in July 2021 at the unveiling of a bronze statue of their late mother on what would have been her 60th birthday. The pair could barely look at each other. For William, Harry's deeply personal and spiteful revelations two years later in his biography, Spare, were an unimaginable betrayal by the human being he once trusted best.

A lid could be kept on that seething Shakespearean sibling rivalry, as long as Diana's beloved boys, now men in their 40s, were separated by an ocean. Harry and Meghan found freedom in California from the stultifying Windsor ways they so publicly scorned. The Waleses were left to steady the ship after the turbulence of "Megxit". They did so admirably and to universal acclaim despite Princess Catherine's shocking brush with cancer.

Hayden Panettiere, who has died at the age of 36, lived most of her life in the spotlight - from success as a child star to lead roles in hit TV shows Heroes and Nashville - but also endured struggles that went along with the pressures of fame.
Panettiere appeared in her first commercial when she was 11 months old. Her mother Lesley Vogel was an actress and set her daughter on the same path.
By the age of four, Hayden was in US TV show One Life to Live, then at eight joined another soap opera, Guiding Light.
Her natural acting ability was evident, but the burgeoning childhood career came at a cost.
"From a very young age, I lost the chance to have a normal childhood, friends, relationships, and my privacy," Panettiere wrote in her revealing autobiography, This Is Me, which was published earlier this year.

What's in a name? Well, when it came to the spelling of the Princess of Wales's name, it was enough to leave Prince William "fuming".
In his biography, Kate! The Courage, Grace, and Power of the Woman Who Will Be Queen, author Christopher Andersen details an alleged disagreement between the King and Queen after they requested Kate change the spelling of her name.
The reported furore over having too many royal cyphers beginning with the letter C - Charles, Camilla and Catherine - led to the request that the Princess change her spelling to Katherine. A request that William was quick to fire back about.

Franco Baresi was always known for his reserved nature, speaking only when he had something meaningful to say. Among his most memorable and important reflections on football and life came on his retirement, his devotion to the shirt and the values of sport. On the night of "Sei per sempre" in October 1997, his final great appearance at San Siro, he said: "I'm as emotional as I was on the day of my debut. I still can't believe I won't be chasing a football anymore..." Throughout his career, the Captain and Rossonero of the Century also spoke often about loyalty and what Milan means to him: "I've always felt this shirt was like a second skin. Defending it was the most natural honour for me."
When discussing the importance of the team and his teammates, he commented: "The captain has to lead by example, but it's your teammates who make you great, both on and off the pitch." Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport in 2025, Baresi reflected on his lifelong bond with the Club: "Milanello felt like paradise to me. The Club gave my life meaning. The feeling that stays with me after everything? Immense gratitude." More recently, Baresi described carrying the Olympic torch at San Siro for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games as the greatest emotion of his sporting life, admitting that his legs were shaking: "Opening the Olympic Games was the most emotional moment of my sporting life. I'd never felt anything like it. You're holding that torch in your hands, and you know it carries the history of sport, and in some ways, the history of human civilisation too. It's a vastly powerful symbol. It was surreal. I didn't even know Bergomi would be there; I only found out afterwards."
A LEGEND AMONG LEGENDSFranco Baresi was regarded by football greats such as Diego Armando Maradona, Enzo Bearzot, and many of his former teammates as the greatest defender in football history, admired for his class, elegance, and incredible ability to read the game. In his autobiography, Maradona looked back at a famous one-on-one in which Baresi dispossessed him with extraordinary elegance, without committing a foul or making contact. He described him as the ultimate defender and the best he had ever faced. The Argentine legend's admiration for the Rossoneri captain ran so deep that he asked Baresi for his shirt and proudly wore it. Bearzot, the coach who led Italy to World Cup glory in 1982, said: "Since becoming a coach, there has only been one player I committed myself to after seeing him just once: Franco Baresi. This young man is blessed by God himself." Jamie Carragher praised Baresi's athleticism and reactions, describing him as a defender who was not physically imposing but incredibly agile and dominant.
Many of his former AC Milan teammates recalled that a single glance from him on the pitch was enough to lead the entire team, embodying quiet leadership and natural authority. Arrigo Sacchi summed it up by saying: "Thank you for everything you did, from someone who had the pri

Lady Diana Spencer and then-Prince (now King) Charles' 1981 wedding was nothing short of a spectacle. One that, even today, remains among the most talked-about weddings of all time.
The pair first met in 1977, when she was 16 and he was 29. In 1980, the Prince of Wales began courting the nursery school ****** istant, and by February 1981, Charles had proposed and the two were headed down the aisle.
Princess Diana and Prince Charles wed in an extravagant ceremony held at St. Paul's Cathedral in London on July 29, 1981. With Diana being the first British woman to marry an heir to the throne in 300 years, the palace spared no expense, declaring the special day a public holiday and doling out a jaw-dropping $48 million, according to Smithsonian magazine.
About 3,500 people attended the ceremony, while more than 600,000 people lined the streets and 7.5 million more tuned in at home to watch the nuptials.
The pair welcomed sons William and Harry in 1982 and 1984, but the former Prince and Princess of Wales' marriage was famously tumultuous. In his authorized biography, The Prince of Wales, published in 1994, Charles confirmed he began his affair with former flame Camilla Parker Bowles in 1986. Ex-army Major James Hewitt also claimed to have begun an affair with Diana around this time, which he said lasted for the next five years.

Anyone active on social media has undoubtedly seen the phrase "Likes are not endorsements" in a person's profile biography. It is simply a disclaimer that seeing someone "like" something doesn't necessarily mean they actually enjoy or agree with whatever was expressed in that specific post.
Anyone who says this statement has clearly never run afoul of Cristiano Ronaldo's long-standing, personal rivalry with Lionel Messi. In the latest episode of an entanglement that has become increasingly one-sided in Messi's favor, we point to Ronaldo's Instagram profile featuring 677 million followers at the time of this writing — in other words, as visible as one could possibly be on social media — "liking" a post from Espejo Público, a Spanish news show, alleging that FIFA helped Messi's Argentina reach the 2026 men's World Cup Final.
(Note: This game was Messi's third World Cup Final appearance with Argentina. Ronaldo never took Portugal to the biggest game in sports during his World Cup career.)
You know what I'm referring to here. The conspiracy theory about FIFA rigging the tournament so the greatest soccer player of all time, Messi, could go out on top. To put it lightly, a dominant Spain side ensured he did not.
That didn't stop Ronaldo from tacitly endorsing a clip amplifying this conspiracy anyway. Woof:

Real Madrid have one major issue to sort out this summer, with Los Blancos still not certain whether Vinicius Junior will renew his contract at the club.
His future at the Spanish club has been under scrutiny for a while now, with Florentino Perez making it a priority to extend his contract before moving for a player like Michael Olise.
The Brazilian has created fresh uncertainty around his Real Madrid future after removing visible references to the club from his social media profiles.
As reported by Defensa Central, Vinicius has changed his profile image to black, removed any mention of Real Madrid from his biography and no longer has club-related posts pinned on Instagram.
Recent references to Madrid are also very limited, with only farewell posts to David Alaba and Dani Carvajal visible on his handle.

The **** an international has consistently spoken of his desire to test himself in English football and believes the time may now be right to make that move if the opportunity presents itself.
Speaking at a press conference to mark the launch of his autobiography, the 28-year-old said via Daily Record: "I've always said that I want to play in the Premier League.
"In terms of timing (for a transfer), I think this is the right time.
"But you never know what will happen."
Maeda also admitted his age could work against him when it comes to attracting interest from Premier League clubs.

Prince Philip had a very blunt nickname for Meghan Markle when she was first introduced to the royal family, a royal biographer has claimed.
Suits actress Meghan, 44, attended the Christmas Party at Windsor Castle in 2017, shortly after she began dating Prince Harry. There, she was introduced to Harry's grandparents, the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Writer and lecturer Hugo Vickers recently revealed new details about the event in his biography, Queen Elizabeth II: A Personal History – including the nickname Philip once gave Meghan.
Hugo Vickers wrote: "The staff at Sandringham joyfully surrounded the couple at the annual Christmas party and nicknamed the actress 'Sparkle'. Prince Philip, however, was not taken in. He referred to her as 'the American'."
Writing about the other family members' reactions, he added: "Nor were the Royal Family entirely happy, Prince Charles taking a Mountbatten line – have fun with her, but don't marry her. The Queen suggested that Harry should wait a year."

Last week, Phil Mickelson’s transition from golf’s golden boy to disgraced and disgruntled former legend seemed to reach its natural conclusion. Reporter Alan Shipnuck, author of the definitive, unauthorized biography of Mickelson, published a detailed story for the golf publication Skratch outlining Mickelson’s history of transgressions, including alleged ******* ual harassment that got him kicked out of a private golf club earlier this year, and infidelity towards his wife, Amy Mickelson.
Now, Phil Mickelson, through a spokesperson, is fighting back against Shipnuck’s report, calling it a “drive-by shooting heavy on implication but unsupported by any on-the-record sources.”
In a more than 700-word statement obtained by David Rumsey in Front Office Sports, Mickelson’s spokesperson attacks Shipnuck directly, claiming the reporter used details provided by anonymous sources to imply certain things about Mickelson without ever firmly reporting the implications as fact.
“[The report] relies on implication and anonymous sourcing to leave readers with an impression the reporting itself never establishes,” the statement read. “The article never says Phil Mickelson was kicked out of a golf club because it can’t. Instead, it is written to leave readers with that impression without ever having to report it as fact.”
Of course, such narrow framing in a piece of this nature is normal. Publications are reluctant to report details as fact unless there is indisputable evidence to support it. For a piece like Shipnuck’s, which relies on conversations with sources close to Mickelson, the reporter cannot always verify without a shadow of a doubt if something is true. Instead, it’s the reporters job to use his/her editorial judgment, corroborate with multiple sources, and present the most accurate version of the story based on the information available.

Since Caitlin Clark entered the pros and helped generate a massive surge in interest and investment in the WNBA, famed sports reporter Christine Brennan has been one of Clark’s fiercest advocates in the media, even writing a biography of her last year.
But Brennan has also frustrated players around the league with her fixation on Clark and occasionally drawn the ire of her colleagues in journalism for exaggerating Clark’s centrality to certain stories.
After Brennan got into a personal disagreement with players on the Connecticut Sun around Clark’s matchup with the team in the 2024 postseason, veteran commentator Sarah Spain invited Brennan onto her podcast for a discussion. In the interview, Brennan defended her record of women’s sports coverage as pioneering in the industry and said too much was being made of her coverage of Clark.
Coming off another hectic week that ended with a one-game suspension for Phoenix center Alyssa Thomas for striking Clark in the throat during a loose-ball situation on Wednesday night, Brennan tapped into some familiar talking points in a column about the incident. The columnist argued in USA Today that commissioner Cathy Engelbert has failed to “give Clark her due and keep her safe,” while claiming, as evidence of Clark’s need for such treatment, the fact that Brennan used to get “laughed at” during the early days of the WNBA when she would bring it up to male colleagues.
In a video posted to LinkedIn on Monday, Spain offered a scathing rebuttal, essentially repeating a line from their previous podcast discussion, accusing Brennan of “dereliction of duties as a journalist.”

The journey to stardom is rarely straightforward, with many of today's biggest celebrities finding their big breaks in the most unpredictable moments. Whether stumbled upon in diners or discovered on jumbotrons, these stars prove that luck, timing, and a bit of serendipity can truly change lives. Here's a look at the unique and unexpected paths that launched these stars' careers.
Natalie Portman's Hollywood fate was sealed while she was just grabbing a simple slice of pizza after dance class. An agent from Revlon spotted her and changed her life forever with a single conversation, as reported by Biography. That serendipitous moment launched one of the most celebrated acting careers of her generation.
Sometimes the jumbotron really is a ticket to fame. Pamela Anderson's infectious energy and beauty were first broadcast to thousands during a BC Lions Canadian Football League game at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, instantly making her a national sensation and paving the way for her to become TV's iconic "C.J. Parker," per Daily Hive. She's since become both an entertainment powerhouse and a passionate animal rights activist.
A regular night out in Iowa City turned into a turning point for Ashton Kutcher. Discovered by a modeling scout at The Airliner bar while attending the University of Iowa, he won the "Fresh Faces of Iowa" competition and was soon on his way to New York, as reported by The Daily Iowan. His all-American charm quickly led to a career-making role on That '70s Show. From there, his charisma and comedic timing made him a staple in Hollywood.
Before stadiums and chart-topping hits, Ed Sheeran played wherever he could and networked tirelessly. His big break came after impressing Jamie Foxx so much that the Oscar-winning actor invited him to stay at his Hollywood home — a move Sheeran credits with getting his career off the ground, according to Variety. Hard work and hustle, backed by a bit of kindness, changed everything for the singer-songwriter.

Prince Harry is set to return to the UK next month, reportedly with his wife, Meghan Markle, and kids. A reconciliation with King Charles seems to be on the cards. However, the same can't be said about Prince William, with whom he is trying to reconcile by reaching out.
Prince Harry is reportedly returning to the UK with Meghan Markle and his children in July. This will be the first time in four years that the Sussexes will be returning to Britain with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. They will be in the UK to attend the One Year To Go event for the Invictus Games 2027. The event will take place in Birmingham. And with Harry's return, it is expected that the duke will meet his father, King Charles, for reconciliation. However, reconciliation with his older brother, Prince William, seems difficult, as the future monarch is reportedly ignoring Harry's phone calls.
As per RadarOnline.com's source, "Harry has tried to make contact repeatedly, but William won't take his calls." This hints "he is not minded to a reconciliation at all." Moreover, the fact that Charles is "bending over backwards to make Harry's visit happen has become the source of deep irritation for William." It is believed that William changed his tune towards his brother after his 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey and his bombshell autobiography, "Spare." That is why the source thinks, "William won't be seeing his brother." They suspect the future monarch "will make sure he's miles away when Harry visits to avoid any awkward encounters."
However, Harry seems to be keen to introduce his kids to his royal family and "not just the Windsors, but the Spencers too." Harry "wants to spend time with the wider family," and "this has been on the cards for some time." Although the meeting with the family could have happened "next year" during the Invictus Games, "but for whatever reason, it is happening this summer." "Harry is, and has for some time been, very keen to have the kids come over to the U.K. There's been a feeling of such sadness that he's not been able to bring them to the U.K," said the source.

Royal women have faced struggles throughout history – and in her new book, the royal biographer Catherine Mayer explores the challenges confronted by the Queen, the Princess of Wales and the ******* ss of Sussex, as well as past figures including Diana, Princess of Wales, Queen Victoria and Anne Boleyn.
In an exclusive interview for ******* O!'s A Right Royal Podcast, the author discusses how a calm and composed Kate Middleton managed to establish a unique role within the Firm.
"She has done such a clever job of finding a way to adapt to the institution," says Catherine, who published a biography of Prince Charles, as he was then, in 2015. "That does not mean that I think she has it easy. [But she has done] very little speaking and almost no confessional spilling of anything about who she is. She's quite enigmatic.
"She and William have chosen a group of friends who do no media. They are carving out a very private life in the public eye, which is an enormously difficult thing to do."
Catherine also says that Kate is "a player of the long game" when it comes to both her reputation and her sense of style. "She has, if you look at her fashion evolution, definitely figured out how to present herself.

A new Tom Cruise biography is putting one of Hollywood's most famous and most private movie stars back under the publishing spotlight.
Tom Cruise: A Life, written by bestselling author Jeff Benedict, will be published by Avid Reader Press/Simon & Schuster on Feb. 23, 2027. People revealed the cover and described the book as an unauthorized biography built from personal records, court documents and hundreds of interviews with people in Cruise's orbit.
The book will examine the actor's screen career, private life, marriages and long public **** ociation with the Church of Scientology. The publisher is framing it as a full portrait rather than a simple career recap, with Cruise's movie-star discipline placed alongside the parts of his life he has kept tightly controlled.
Cruise has spent more than four decades as a global box-office force, but his offscreen life remains unusually difficult to pin down for someone so visible.
The official Simon & Schuster page says the biography begins with Cruise's childhood as Thomas Cruise Mapother IV, a Catholic boy from Kentucky whose estrangement from his father became part of his early story. From there, Benedict follows the move into acting and the drive that turned Cruise from a young performer into one of the most bankable stars in film history.

Judge who wore Elvis wig in court and played singer's music from his phone resigns
A Missouri court is all shook up following the resignation of a judge who was disciplined for wearing an Elvis Presley wig in court and occasionally playing the singer's songs during proceedings.
Matthew EP Thornhill, the longest-serving circuit judge in St Charles County, is a self-described Elvis lover, according to his biography page.
But his love for the King of Rock'n'Roll contributed to a disciplinary commission demanding his suspension, citing his frequent "irrelevant" Elvis references in court.
