Kim Kardashian made a sizable donation to charity over the weekend.
The Kardashians star, 45, attended This Is About Humanity's 8th Annual Soiree on Saturday, August 29, in Hollywood — and sources told Just Jared that she offered up a $50,000 contribution.
The mother of four is friends with one of the organization's founders, Henry Winkler's daughter Zoe Winkler Reinis, so Kardashian posed with Reinis and Winkler at the event to show her support.
Founded in 2018 by Reinis, Elsa Marie Collins and Yolanda Selene Walther-Meade, This Is About Humanity describes itself as "a community dedicated to raising awareness about separated and reunified families and children at the U.S.-Mexico border."

The leather straps are designed to crisscross up the legs, much like a gladiator sandal, stopping just below the knees, while 3- to 4-inch stiletto heels complete the silhouette. Kardashian paired her vintage footwear with a cream-colored Maison Margiela mirrored knit, worn off the shoulders and partly undone to reveal her vintage black bullet bra beneath. The "All's Fair" star also wore a Faycal Amor satin lace maxiskirt featuring metallic gold fabric layered over a sheer taupe lining that matched her

NEWTON, Mass. (AP) — Hall of Famer David Ortiz said Boston Red Sox owner John Henry is concerned about the direction of his last-place team.
Speaking at his celebrity golf tournament — the “David Ortiz Soiree of Hearts” — the former Red Sox great said he’s talked to Henry recently about the club’s struggles.
“He’s worried. We had a conversation. I can see. I’ve known John a long time, him and the whole team — him and (chairman) Tom Werner, the whole group, they’re working on figuring things out to get this ride better,” Ortiz said Monday morning in an interview with The ******* ociated Press.
Boston is 25-33, trailing the AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays by 12 games.
“He knows the direction of this team and he’s worried about the team’s situation more than what people think he is,” he said.
