Sabrina Carpenter brought playful charm and vintage romance to Bernadette Antwerp's latest knitwear campaign. The singer posed for the brand's Instagram page wearing a soft green knit mini dress. Choosing a daring, open-back silhouette, she commanded instant attention with her effortless take on countryside style. Her striking floral-knit look highlights the label's signature charm while making a memorable style statement for the brand.
For the shoot, Sabrina Carpenter wore a green Bernadette Antwerp knit minidress as she posed on a wooden porch overlooking a lake. The fitted bodice featured white daisy embroidery across the chest and shoulders, along with a bow at the back of the neckline. The open-back design extended from her shoulders to her waist before wrapping around the hips. The dress finished with a short hemline. The "Espresso" singer completed the outfit with a white crochet headscarf tied loosely around her head. Her blonde hair fell in loose waves beneath the scarf.
Carpenter leaned against the porch railing while glancing back over her shoulder for the camera. For the brand's photoshoot, she stood framed by greenery and a quiet lake view, striking a relaxed, sun-drenched pose. Ultimately, the dress gave Carpenter's outdoor shoot a breezy edge, with no major jewelry or accessories competing with the dress's standout cutout.
Carpenter constantly redefines playful, girl-next-door style with her signature charm. She easily transforms a demure floral knit into a surprisingly daring moment. Clearly, the soft green fabric caught the golden evening light with every pose. She effortlessly combines delicate embroidery with a dramatic cutout and relaxed countryside styling. Undoubtedly, Carpenter delivered one of Bernadette Antwerp's standout campaign looks. She continues to show how to wear vintage-inspired knitwear with effortless allure.

Von Miller found a unique way to get his preferred jersey number with the Dallas Cowboys: He made a teammate a part-owner of his chicken farm.
Miller will wear No. 40 this season after striking a deal with fullback Hunter Luepke, who will switch to No. 30, according to The Dallas Morning News.
Instead of paying Luepke cash, Miller offered him a stake in Greener Pastures Chicken, his Texas-based poultry business.

"You got to give Hunter a great shoutout, man," Miller told reporters Thursday. "He's learned from the best with the negotiators here with the Cowboys."

Real Madrid's deadline day was not as eventful as many expected, and no major arrival was even on the radar for the night.
What did unfold, however, was a chain of youth player sales and windfalls from second-order transfers, all of which helped add coins to the club's coffers.
One such move, which was expected for a long time but finally closed last night, was the departure of Manuel Angel – the former captain of the Castilla side. Fulham have been close to signing him for a few days now, and Alvaro Arbeloa eventually got his player on deadline day.
Taking to his Instagram after finalising his departure from Real Madrid, Manuel Angel penned a heartfelt note to the fans and the club as he moves on to greener pastures.
"After 8 years, the time has come to close a chapter that has left an eternal mark on my life," his letter began.

Newcastle United begin the 2026-27 Premier League season against Liverpool, hosting the Reds at St James' Park on Sunday, Aug. 23.
The fixture marks Matthias Jaissle's first competitive match in charge following a summer that saw Eddie Howe depart and Sandro Tonali, Bruno Guimaraes and Anthony Gordon leave the club on their way to greener pastures.
Newcastle finished a disappointing 12th in the Premier League last season and ended their preseason run with three games without a win, losing to Everton and Bayer Leverkusen before drawing with Strasbourg — all of those matchups already managed by Jaissle. The Magpies, however, have avoided defeat in their last four Premier League opening fixtures, winning three and drawing one.
Liverpool also begin the season under a new manager, with former Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola replacing Arne Slot. The visitors finished the preseason with back-to-back clean sheets against Como and are unbeaten in their last 13 opening-day league fixtures.
A couple hours before kickoff, it was revealed captain Dan Burn has suffered an injury that will sideline him for a few weeks. Meanwhile, Joelinton will miss the opener for Newcastle with a groin injury, while Tino Livramento remains unavailable with a calf problem. New arrivals Sean Steur, Aladji Bamba and Amar Dedic — the latter of whom will start — will likely play a role on Sunday, while Lukas Hornicek is expected to start in goal as he's done in all preseason friendlies under Jaissle.

Ivanka Trump is in the spotlight after sharing bikini photos from a getaway amid ongoing resort criticism. The former White House advisor shared photos on social media of herself and her family enjoying the trip. The post comes against mounting backlash over a property development linked to Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner headed to Iceland for a recent family getaway filled with waterfalls and outdoor adventures.
According to Fox News, Trump posted several striking photos from the vacation on social media, offering followers a glimpse of the family exploring the Nordic nation. The pictures showed the high-profile pair taking in Iceland's scenery, including a sweet moment of the two in front of a waterfall.
One more snapshot showed Kushner wrapping his arms around his wife for a kiss as they layered up for the cool Icelandic air. The couple's three children, Arabella, Joseph and Theodore, joined the getaway too. Ivanka Trump shared pictures of her and her two sons soaking in the geothermal waters. She also posted a family photo of the five posing outside a rustic home framed by greenery.
The images sparked mixed reactions online, with one bashing, "Are you gonna buy this land too?" "Oh look, you discovered more land to develop!" echoed another. Meanwhile, gushing over the PDA, a fan wrote, "Looks like dating couple FOREVER IN LOVE." Another admirer wrote, "Lovely, beautiful family!"

Cristiano Ronaldo posted two photos to his personal Instagram account this week captioned simply "My toys," and unlike most athlete garage flexes, the hardware in the frame actually holds up to scrutiny. The images, viewed directly on his verified account, show him perched on the fender of a low red Ferrari inside what looks less like a garage and more like a boutique dealership: polished stone walls, gallery-style track lighting, glass panels overlooking greenery, and cars parked on what appear to be rotating display turntables. It's built to be looked at, so let's actually look at it.
View the original "My toys" post on Cristiano Ronaldo's Instagram
Strip away the sunglasses-and-white-shirt theater and the hardware tells its own story. In the foreground of both shots sits a low, wide Ferrari with a sharply creased nose, integrated splitter, and shield badge consistent with the styling language of Maranello's hybrid hypercar flagship. Parked nose to tail with it is a second Ferrari that has no windshield at all, a dead giveaway for the Monza SP1 or SP2, Ferrari's "Icona" series barchetta. Ferrari's own spec sheet credits the Monza with 810 metric horsepower from a V12 borrowed directly from the 812 Superfast, and a "virtual wind shield" aero channel that redirects airflow over the driver's head instead of putting glass in front of their face.
Wedged in front of both Ferraris is a deep maroon Bugatti wearing the brand's oval "EB" badge and the round quad headlamps that mark it as one of the Veyron-generation cars rather than the sharper-edged Chiron that replaced it in 2016. ******* uming it's the roofless Grand Sport Vitesse the exposed targa panel suggests, that's the variant Bugatti's own press materials credit with a 408.84 km/h (254 mph) top speed set with the roof removed, a record for an open-top production car that stood specifically because Bugatti engineered the Vitesse's structure to stay rigid at that speed without a fixed roof tying the chassis together.
Further back, a black coupe wearing a towering, strut-mounted rear wing lines up with the unmistakable silhouette of a McLaren Senna, the track-focused hypercar McLaren built in a limited run of 500 examples, each hand-assembled over roughly 300 hours. McLaren's own figures put the Senna at 789 horsepower from a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, a 335 km/h (208 mph) top speed, and a 2.8-second run to 62 mph, with that enormous wing doing real aerodynamic work rather than just looking angry. A handful of other cars are visible deeper in the frame, including a pale, low-slung shape and a boxier silhouette, but neither is clear enough in the photos to identify with confidence.

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and singer-songwriter Madison Beer are officially engaged.
The couple announced the news Tuesday (July 28) morning in a joint Instagram post captioned "Meet my fiancé," sharing a carousel of photos from the proposal.
COMPLEX SHOP: Shop the brands you love, anytime and anywhere. Uncover what's next. Buy. Collect. Obsess.
Herbert got down on one knee beneath an arbor draped in greenery and flowers at a lush garden venue. Another shot in the carousel shows him carrying Beer over his shoulder as she raised her hand to show off her ring — a large, elongated cushion-cut diamond. A rustic wooden sign reading "Mr. and Mrs. Herbert" appears in one of the later frames, alongside photos of the couple kissing, dancing, and smiling.
The pair were first linked in August 2025, when Herbert was photographed at Beer's music video set. Their relationship went public in October, when Beer was spotted kissing the quarterback on the sideline before a Chargers game.

The Los Angeles Lakers had one of the NBA's busiest offseasons, losing 22-time All-Star forward LeBron James at the outset of free agency before replacing him with a hodgepodge of players they felt could complement superstar guard Luka Dončić.
While LA has exhausted most of its resources to appease Dončić, including making an all-in push for a high-level starting center, franchise icon Shaquille O'Neal doesn't see a viable path to the 2027 NBA championship.
Despite its strong 53-win finish to the 2025-26 season, LA's ******* le contention hopes were thwarted by Dončić's absence (hamstring) throughout the 2026 playoffs. The shorthanded squad was forced to put an excessive workload on 41-year-old James en route to a second-round sweep at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Lakers' inability to match up defensively against OKC and lack of complementary scoring options contributed to James seeking greener pastures in free agency. The four-time MVP announced his exit in late June, eventually opting to join the star-studded Philadelphia 76ers out East.
Looking to pick up the pieces, LA had significant money to work with this summer, with James' expiring $52.6 million contract coming off the books. Rob Pelinka and Co.'s biggest move came when they parted with unprotected first-round picks in 2031 and 2033 and first-round swaps in 2028 and 2030 to land restricted free agent big man Walker Kessler from the Utah Jazz on a four-year, $130 million contract.

Madison Beer and Justin Herbert are engaged after nearly a year together.
The singer and Los Angeles Chargers quarterback announced the news in a joint Instagram post on July 28, sharing photographs and videos from an elaborate outdoor proposal surrounded by flowers.
"Meet my fiancé," Beer captioned the carousel, which also provided the first close look at her large diamond engagement ring.
One photograph showed Herbert on one knee beneath an arbor decorated with greenery and white flowers. Beer crouched in front of him as he held an open ring box, capturing the moment before she accepted his proposal.
The photographs, taken by Mark Deleon, showed Beer wearing a white cardigan and coordinating lace skirt by With Jéan. Herbert wore a white long-sleeved shirt with black trousers. They have not announced a wedding date, venue or other ceremony plans.

Mohamed Salah, Ibrahima Konate and Andrew Robertson have all left, leaving a bit of a leadership and experience void in a squad that will undoubtedly be younger and greener this year. In the 1980s, Coca-Cola infamously introduced a reformulated version of their signature soda that ended up going by the name New **** e. It didn’t go over very well: sales slumped, chastened executives were forced to reintroduce the classic **** e, and conspiracy theories about the revamped recipe being a scheme to juice sales of the rescued original recipe spread. Tonight, Aaron Nola pitched in front of a Coca-Cola logo drawn into the mound dirt. Like that vaunted soft drink, Nola has two recipes: Nola Classic, a highly effective, if not quite ace-level, pitcher, and New Nola, the struggling hurler whose long-ball nemesis often gets the better of him. Will Coca-Nola Classic ever make a permanent return to the beverage aisle? We hope so. But tonight, we got the not-so-sweet taste of New Nola, as the Dodgers took the series.
Nola got the night started off right with a one-pitch out of Shohei Ohtani. Alec Bohm got it started off even more right with a two-run shot to left in the bottom first. In the second, Nola struck out Max Muncy on a classic knuckle curve, then put out the next two Angelenos down on fly **** . It was smooth sailing at first for the Louisianan hurler. And it continued that way through the first two outs of the third. Then, unfortunately, came the familiar refrain, the song of the summer that you wish the radio would stop playing: a homer, this one courtesy of Dalton Rushing, to narrow the lead to one.
He encountered more trouble in the fourth. Freddie Freeman doubled, then did the little dance, both arms up and waving buoyantly, that the Dodgers apparently do after hits. It is said that this dance actually traces its origins back to the Brooklyn days, when the early Dodgers used it to hone the reflexes that were necessary for the dodging of trolleys; it is still extant despite the loss of its purpose, rather like the appendix. Max Muncy singled to put two runners on, but Nola was able to wrap the inning up without further damage.
The same could not be said of the fifth. Nola allowed singles to Teoscar Hernández and Tommy Edman, then a two-bagger to Rushing to score two and give the visitors the lead. Ohtani was given an intentional walk. The move paid off, as Ohtani became part of a twin killing that ended the frame. But the damage was done, and the lead was lost.
Not for long. Bryan De La Cruz sent a fastball flying towards the greenery of the batter’s eye as the first batter in the Phillie fifth. Andy Pages stretched out his arm, and for a moment it looked as if he’d come down with it. Like a bank robber foiled by the dye packs in a sack of cash, his would-be burglary was foiled at the last second, with the ball glancing off his leather and landing safely over the fence to tie the game. Bryson Stott doubled, but was put out on a baserunning blunder; dredging up some bad memories from the not-so-distant past.

ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) is one of the best stocks to invest in under $100. On June 30, ArcelorMittal announced the completion of the first tranche of its 2025 to 2030 share buyback program, which saw the repurchase of 10 million shares at an average price of €49.32. These shares are currently held in treasury and are slated for future cancellation.
ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) simultaneously confirmed the immediate commencement of a second tranche, authorizing the repurchase of up to an additional 10 million shares. This move follows the mandate granted by shareholders during the annual general meeting held in May 2025.
Future share repurchases will continue in periodic tranches through May 2030, contingent upon market conditions, shareholder authorization, and the generation of post-dividend free cash flow. MILWAUKEE (AP) — Giannis Antetokounmpo acknowledged that change is scary as he switches teams for the first time after an extraordinary 13-year run with the Milwaukee Bucks.
But ending his career with regrets seemed equally frightening to the two-time NBA MVP.
As his trade to the Miami Heat was finalized on Monday, Antetokounmpo posted a video on YouTube in which he discussed his mixed emotions with former Bucks broadcaster Jim Paschke. He posted a shorter video on social media bidding farewell to Milwaukee.
“I’m scared that the grass is not always greener. … People love me here,” Antetokounmpo said in the interview with Paschke, which lasted nearly 37 minutes. “People respect me here. People allow me to be myself here in the city. And I’m scared that I might never find that ever again.”
But the same unwavering drive that helped him deliver the Bucks their first **** le in half a century caused him to decide five years later that it was time to move on.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce spared no expense when it came to bringing their wedding vision to life. Newly leaked footage has offered fans their first glimpse inside the couple's top-secret New York City wedding, revealing the dramatic transformation of Madison Square Garden into what guests described as a fairytale-like garden setting.
The never-before-seen video showcases elaborate décor, towering trees, hidden reception entrances, and personal touches celebrating the couple's relationship, giving fans a closer look at one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year.
According to the footage obtained by the Daily Mail, the iconic arena underwent a massive makeover for the event. What is typically home to basketball games, concerts, and other major events was transformed into an enchanted garden complete with towering trees, lush greenery, emerald drapery, and soaring archways.
Guests could be seen gathering around the altar before making their way through a hidden set of doors leading to the reception area. The room buzzed with excitement as Candi Staton's disco anthem "Young Hearts Run Free" played throughout the venue while elegantly dressed guests made their way through the **** e following the ceremony.
The décor leaned heavily into a garden-party aesthetic, with arrangements of greenery and oversized trees helping create the whimsical atmosphere Swift reportedly envisioned for her wedding day. Emerald-colored drapery hung from the ceiling, while Madison Square Garden's traditional blue seating was covered with neutral-toned coverings to blend seamlessly with the overall design.

Broncos Wire's 91-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at seventh-year offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton, No. 76.
Before the Broncos: Throckmorton (6-5, 311 pounds) came into the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon, signing with the New Orleans Saints prior to the 2020 season. Throckmorton spent his rookie season on the practice squad before being elevated to the active roster in 2021. Throckmorton played in 31 games from 2021-2022, starting 20 of them in the Big Easy.
After the 2022 season, Throckmorton signed with the NFC South rival Carolina Panthers, where he played in nine games (seven starts) with Carolina before being waived and claimed by the Tennessee ***** ans midway through the season. He dressed for six games in Tennessee, playing a grand total of 78 snaps, per Pro Football Reference.
Broncos tenure: Throckmorton reunited with former Saints head coach Sean Payton as a free agent, signing a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos in 2024. Throckmorton played 15 total snaps on offense and special teams (per PFR) in his first season in Denver. In 2025, Throckmorton dressed for 10 games, seeing his usage increase slightly.
Chances to make the 53-man roster: Toss-up. In Broncos Wire's way-too-early 53-man roster prediction, Throckmorton was not projected to make the active roster, which could make him a candidate to spend another season on the practice squad. Throckmorton could always seek greener pastures elsewhere if things don't work out in Denver come roster cuts in August.

Ansan Greeners entered the K League 2 World Cup break with 6 straight defeats, and play-off hopes long over. So what, if anything, is there to consider about the Green Wolves for the rest of 2026?
If you are intrigued enough to read a (sort-of) mid-season review of a Korean second division team that wallows near the base of the table, then let me see if I can intrigue you further. After 14 matches in 2026, Ansan Greeners have an identical record to what they held at this stage in 2025:
W-3, D-2, L-9, GF-14, GA-25
The biggest difference is that they are 15th rather than 14th, so what is worth talking about with Ansan for the rest of the season.
Perhaps the most optimistic outlook from the position of the Green Wolves is that they seem far more capable of achieving more with this squad, and can argue they have been somewhat unfortunate in several fixtures. A missed penalty that proved to be the last kick of the game against Paju has been typical of Ansan’s near misses. Tim Hartzell twice having late equalisers ruled out, both extremely harshly as well, means that Ansan should realistically be a few points better off, and perhaps be a little closer to their mid-table opponents.

Why Mavericks are hiring Michigan's Dusty May as next head coach originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Dallas Mavericks have found their new head coach shortly after firing Jason Kidd.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Michigan’s Dusty May has agreed to become the Mavericks’ next head coach following a successful stint with the Wolverines.
“NEWS: Michigan coach Dusty May is finalizing a deal to take the Dallas Mavericks head coaching job,” Schefter reported on X/twitter Monday. “May led Michigan basketball to the national ***** le in April. The allure of coaching Cooper Flagg as a linchpin piece helped draw him.”
Dallas’ hiring is a bit surprising, and it has nothing to do with May’s pedigree. Toward the end of the 2025-26 college basketball season, May was asked about the possibility of him leaving Michigan for greener pastures elsewhere.
