The Arizona Cardinals announced the completion of their 17-player practice squad. As expected, they signed cornerback D'Shawn Jamison after he had a visit on Wednesday.
Jamison is a 5-10, 185-pound cornerback who has been in the league since 2023, when he signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a rookie free agent out of Texas. He has spent time with the 49ers, Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers. We have more about him in the original report.
The Cardinals now have a full practice squad, and it likely won't change before the season opener, unless someone gets hurt and creates a need for a particular position.
Here is the full practice squad for the Cardinals:

Ravens kicker Tyler Loop missed field goals of 58 and 51 yards in the preseason finale. He finished the preseason 5-of-8 as he tries to rebound from the 44-yard miss that ended the Ravens' season in Week 17.
Baltimore kept Loop on the roster, but signed Jake Moody to the practice squad on Monday.
"I have a lot of confidence in Tyler still," Jesse Minter said, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. "He's had a great training camp. I expect him to be our kicker going into [the Sept. 13 season opener in] Indianapolis.
"But you're always trying to just have every scenario covered, and so that's what we're trying to do as a team."
Loop, whom the Ravens drafted in 2025 to replace Justin Tucker, went 30-of-34 but was only 1-of-4 from 50 yards or longer. That was the second-worst rate in the NFL.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New York Giants held their last padded practice before traveling to hold a joint practice with the Miami Dolphins on Thursday. Here are some of the takeaways.
The Giants star wide receiver practiced for a second straight day. This was a lighter day for Nabers after he took seven team reps on Monday, his first of the summer as he works to return from a torn ACL.
Nabers, again in a red jersey, was in shells while the rest of his teammates practiced in full pads. He did take a couple of team reps. He caught a long pass from Jaxson Dart in 7-on-7, a play where it was clear defensive backs Tyler Nubin and Jevon Holland understood that they were not to hit Nabers. In real game action, the two defensive backs could have laid a big hit on the wide receiver.
Head coach John Harbaugh said Nabers will need to "get ****** ped around and hit and fronted up" in practice before the Giants consider playing him in a game. The Giants aren't ready for that to happen yet.
Cornerback Colton Hood (unknown), wide receiver Jalin Hyatt (ankle/leg), and defensive tackle Josh Tupou and Bobby Jamison-Travis (both unknown) did not practice.

O.J. Brigance valiantly endured amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, for 19 years. On Monday, the Baltimore Ravens announced Brigance's death. He was 56 years old.
"We are devastated by the awful news that we have lost O.J. Brigance," Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti said in a statement, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley. "O.J. was a beloved legend, mentor, and man to everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. His infectious smile and the inspirational way he lived and played endeared him to everyone he touched, both inside our building and across this city. This is a tremendously sad day for Baltimore."
Brigance won the Grey Cup with the Baltimore Stallions in 1995 before beginning his NFL career with the Miami Dolphins in 1996. The linebacker only spent the 2000 season with the Ravens, but he made it count, winning Super Bowl ***** V.
Brigance finished his playing career with the then-St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots before retiring after the 2002 season. Upon retirement, Brigance joined the Ravens' front office. Even as a Super Bowl champion, his lasting impact on the Ravens came in the years he served in his player engagement role.
Brigance received his devastating ALS diagnosis in 2007. In 2013, having already outlived his prognosis, CBS Sunday Mornings featured Brigance and his life with ALS.

The Baltimore Ravens have spent much of training camp managing expectations surrounding Nnamdi Madubuike's recovery. Though some may not admit to this now, few, if they're being honest, expected the two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle to immediately return to full participation this quickly after undergoing neck surgery in April.
Still, each week seems to bring another positive update. The latest came Wednesday when defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver spoke with the media and discussed Madubuike's progress following practice. For Weaver, the signs have been impossible to ignore.
"He looks phenomenal. I know he wants to be just doing everything he can to be back out there, and when he is out there, I expect him to look like the Nnamdi we have grown to know and love throughout the years."
That endorsement carries weight coming from the man responsible for coordinating Baltimore's defense. Those also viewing practice from the field level express similar takeaways. According to ESPN's Jamison Hensley, Madubuike participated in positional drills for the first time during training camp after spending the opening weeks limited primarily to individual work.
There has never been much reason for Baltimore to rush Madubuike's return. The Ravens know exactly what they have in one of the NFL's most disruptive interior defenders. Before the injury setback, Madubuike had established himself as one of the cornerstones of Baltimore's defense and a player capable of impacting games as both a run defender and pass rusher.

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Nate Wiggins was carted off at practice on Tuesday. Reports were that it looked like he suffered a lower-body injury, either to his left leg or knee.
ESPN's Jamison Hensley reported that Wiggins was unable to put any weight on his leg when he was going into the team facility and had to be ***** isted by trainers.
After the injury, head coach Jesse Minter said he didn't have much more information to add. He did say that, "I think there's optimism."

Training-camp praise in the NFL is cheap. This is not that. ESPN Ravens reporter Jamison Hensley covers the Baltimore Ravens. After watching rookie Ja'Kobi Lane this summer, even he reached for language you almost never hear from someone who has seen this many camps.
"In 27 years of covering the Ravens, I'm not sure I've seen a rookie have a training camp quite like wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane." That is a ridiculous statement – and Lane keeps giving him evidence.

Baltimore selected the 6-foot-4 USC receiver 80th overall in April. Since camp opened, Lane has turned contested catches into something approaching a daily routine.

We are 27 days away from Penn State football, and we have another newcomer to profile. Donning the 27 this season is Omarion Davis, a sophomore safety originally from Charlotte, NC. Davis spent his freshman season at Boston College, where he played in all 12 games and had two starts. He finished the year with just 13 tackles though, so despite the starts, he was more of a special teams player. Davis then entered the portal after the season, and found his way to Penn State where he'll hope to crack the safety rotation behind the likes of Marcus Neal, Jeremiah Cooper, Jamison Patton, and Vaboue Toure.

Baltimore Ravens rookie wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane has become one of training camp's biggest stories. The spectacular catches have continued to pile up, teammates are celebrating his plays, and the coaching staff is beginning to discuss how he might fit into the offense.
Lane hears the growing buzz. He simply isn't allowing it to become more important than his own expectations.
"At the end of the day, you're only as confident as you can be in your own head," Lane said, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley.
That perspective should be encouraging for a Ravens team watching one of its youngest players attract more attention with every practice. Training camp success can create confidence, but praise from the outside can disappear just as quickly. Lane appears to understand that the confidence to survive a difficult practice or a disappointing game must come from within.
Lane's highlights haven't come against passive competition. He has routinely faced one of Baltimore's deepest position groups, battling defensive backs determined to make every catch difficult.

Training camp highlights can be deceiving. Every summer, we've seen familiar trends at every Baltimore Ravens workout session. Rookies make spectacular catches on offense, defenders generate excitement, and unknown talent inspires predictions about breakout seasons.
Some arrive. Some never do. The challenge for coaches is separating a good practice from signs of something more meaningful. Ja'Kobi Lane may be forcing that conversation. The rookie wide receiver continued his impressive training camp on Saturday and Sunday, adding more eye-catching plays to what has become one of the strongest camps by a Ravens newcomer.
Let's talk about Saturday. Those in attendance, including ESPN's Jamison Hensley, mentioned one instance where he beat cornerback Nate Wiggins on a deep route for a touchdown during a one-on-one drill. Later, he hauled in a one-handed back-shoulder catch from Tyler Huntley roughly 25 yards downfield.
The catches drew attention.
The reaction afterward may have been even more significant.

SYDNEY (AP) — Flyhalf Sam Prendergast kicked a conversion with three minutes left, after replacement forward Thomas Clarkson scored a try, to give Ireland a 33-31 victory Saturday over Australia in their Nations Championship opener.
At a sold-out Sydney Football Stadium, the Wallabies led 24-19 at halftime after early tries by Dylan Pietsch and Jock Campbell. But the Irish stayed in touch through touchdowns from Cian Prendergast and Josh van der Flier, with Jamison Gibson-Park scoring a try on halftime to keep them in the match.
After the lead had changed seven times in the 10-try match, Ben Donaldson had the chance to give Australia the winning points, but he pushed a penalty attempt wide from more than 40 meters in the final seconds.
The match marked the start of the end of Joe Schmidt's coaching era at the Wallabies and close to the beginning of the Les Kiss era. Under Schmidt, Australia was winless in its tour to Britain late last year and was on a four-match losing streak.
Schmidt will stay on for two further Nations Championship tests against France in Brisbane next Saturday and vs. Italy in Perth on July 18. Kiss will officially take over on July 20 and is currently concluding his duties with the Queensland Reds Super Rugby side.

Caleb Wilson was selected by the Chicago Bulls with the No. 4 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft on Tuesday, June 23, in Brooklyn.
The former UNC basketball star spoke with Lisa Salters following being selected, surrounded by his parents Jerry and Sabrina Wilson at Barclays Center.
The Atlanta native set UNC freshman records for the highest scoring average (19.8 ppg), 20-point games (17) and reached double figures in each of his 24 games as a Tar Heel. He became the first UNC player to score 20 or more points in six straight games and earned All-American honors.
His 9.4 rebounding average and 11 double-doubles are second-most for a Tar Heel freshman behind Antawn Jamison.
"That kid got here by hard work, believing in himself and having a great support system," Wilson said. "I kept tunnel vision, kept working, now I'm starting to see red."
