The Penthouse Pet accused of stealing from older men has hired an Israeli attorney who is trying to get her extradited to her home country — a day before a judge will decide if she is competent to stand trial.
Lawyer Tai Sharki told The Post about his plans to spring former model Adva Lavie from LA County Jail, where she has been locked up since Beverly Hills police spotted her without her ankle monitor in July.
Sharki, who once served a lengthy prison sentence himself, said he was retained by Lavie "just a couple days ago" and described her jail stay as "traumatic."
