James Bond casting could have another contender, as Pierce Brosnan reportedly believes Ellis has what it takes to play the role. While talking about his upcoming drama CIA, Ellis told Metro U.K., "When I got the script, the character of Colin was this enigmatic tinderbox of many things that he has to sit on. The more research I did about the CIA, the more interested I was in playing him."
Ellis said his research for the role left him fascinated by the CIA and its work.
Ellis plays Pierce Brosnan's son in The Thursday Murder Club. When asked whether Brosnan gave him any advice for his new spy role, he said, "No, he didn't. Tim Curry was the child of a British Navy veteran and spent his youth in various foreign countries until settling in the seaside town of Plymouth when he was 11. He was interested in acting from a young age and turned that interest into serious study at the University of Birmingham. When he graduated in 1968, he was almost immediately cast in the London production of the hit play Hair.
It was there that history would be made when Tim Curry met Richard O'Brien, the writer of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The iconic role of Dr. Frank N. Furter was written specifically for Curry and elevated him to fame when it was adapted to film and became a cult classic. A document recounting a probation status hearing that the actor attended sans lawyer on Wednesday (August 19), first spotted by TMZ and reviewed by Complex, shows that LaBeouf stated he has been checking in with his probation officer, and has provided proof showing he will complete anger management training and substance abuse treatment by next month. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed Nick's siblings spoke in court as part of their brother's murder case. Just days ago, he was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of their parents Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner.
Nick is now facing a new alleged special circumstance of lying in wait.
Within a statement unsealed in court last Wednesday, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said, "This was a profound betrayal by someone who was loved and trusted by the very people he is accused of killing.

Dolly was due to attend the opening of the theme park's new $60 million roller coaster, NightFlight Expedition, but her health woes forced her to appear virtually instead.
