New claims are being made against Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., the son of The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann.
The 15-year-old appeared in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court for a bond hearing on Friday, September 11, after being arrested last month for an alleged incident involving a female classmate. KJ was charged with seven felony counts, including aggravated ****** ual battery, per TMZ.
According to Page Six, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy revealed that investigators found videos on KJ's phone that allegedly depict intercourse with a relative under the age of 12.
McGillcuddy claimed that this footage allegedly showed the teenager using "predatory, derogatory" language. There were no further details regarding the latest allegation, including any information on who the relative is.
Jason Sheffield, KJ's defense attorney, declined to comment on the new claim, per Page Six. However, Sheffield previously told the publication that KJ is "innocent" of the allegations recently made against him.

The former NFL star, 40, looked "stressed" meanwhile, the outlet reported, as he sat in the second row in front of the pair.
While the source noted that the pair did not interact in court, according to Page Six, a separate eyewitness spotted the exes, who also share children, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, earlier this week, describing Zolciak as "hectic and scattered" and "walking at a hurried pace."

On Thursday, September 10, Us Weekly reported that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 48, has about $150,000 in debt, according to two separate lawsuits the outlet obtained.
One lawsuit showed that Headway Capital sued the Bravo star in April, claiming they "provided [Zolciak] with a revolving line of credit" for her now-defunct business, 8 Busy B's LLC, and she allegedly defaulted on those payments totaling almost $75,000.
The company wrote in the lawsuit that the reality TV personality owes "the total principal amount of $74,983.89, accrued interest at the contract rate through August 13, 2024 in the amount of $55,650.14, plus pre-judgment interest at the legal rate from August 14, 2024, and statutory post-judgment interest."

Zolciak also faces a separate lawsuit over an alleged unpaid credit card balance. Portfolio Recovery ****** ociates, LLC sued her on July 13 and claims she owes $16,759.51. The company says it bought the debt from Barclays Bank Delaware in May 2024. The lawsuit says Zolciak "failed to make payments" and "defaulted" under the agreement.
According to an affidavit, a process server made more than 10 attempts to serve Zolciak at her former home. Security reportedly said she no longer lived there, while several calls went unanswered. The process server's most recent attempt was on Aug. 22.

Vigar, author of "The Four Wives of Windsor," told Fox News Digital that someone close to Prince William described the approach as, "We're not going to rush our fences." The idea was reportedly to learn the ropes first and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Carole Radziwill isn't shying away from questions about her connection to the Jeffrey Epstein files as she prepares for her Real Housewives comeback.
According to a People report published Wednesday, September 2, host Andy Cohen brought up 63-year-old Radziwill's ties to the Epstein files during a season 16 cast panel for The Real Housewives of New York City in Sagaponack, New York, the previous day.
