IPO Edge hosted a fireside chat with Tactical Resources Corp. Common Shares (Nasdaq: TREO) Chief Executive Officer and a Director Ranjeet Sundher, moderated by IPO Edge Editor-in-Chief John Jannarone and Editor-at-Large Jarrett Banks in a video session lasting approximately 20 minutes.
Mr. Sundher discussed:
The company's listing on Nasdaq representing Tactical's entry into the U.S. public markets under the ticker TREO, broadening the company's visibility and access to U.S. investors at a significant moment for critical minerals.
How Tactical is focused on advancing U.S.-based rare earth supply for U.S. markets with investments like its Peak Project in Texas with the combination of existing feedstock, existing infrastructure and potentially simpler processing.
Tactical's near-term priorities include continued metallurgical and geological work, process testing and project-design studies.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: It's preseason!
We are back! Sort of. The Eagles' preseason opener was hardly an inspiring return to watching the Eagles. I am not interested in using a preseason game featuring almost no established starters to make sweeping declarations about Sean Mannion. The Eagles have repeatedly demonstrated that they are happy to sacrifice preseason entertainment to protect important players and conceal the more meaningful parts of the playbook. Whether you agree with that approach or not, this organization does not treat these games as rehearsals for its actual offense.
There were still some early indications of Mannion's influence, particularly in the running game. As part of the run-game data we are tracking for our Patreon this season, I charted six Outside Zone runs and three Duo runs. That is not a large enough sample to declare that the Eagles have transformed their offensive identity, but the emphasis was noticeable. The structure of the running game was more interesting than the results, especially when you add in more under center runs.
The other important piece of context is that Baltimore's defense was not nearly as vanilla as the Eagles' offense. Jesse Minter called several creative pressures and tested the communication and protection rules of an inexperienced offensive line. By comparison, the Eagles kept everything extremely basic.
The opening clip summarizes much of the first-team offense. The Eagles used Grant Calcaterra and Eli Stowers together, but neither currently looks capable of giving them the blocking they would need from a legitimate two-tight-end package. Calcaterra is fortunate not to be penalized here, while Stowers' usage throughout the game was strange. We repeatedly asked a player drafted primarily for his receiving ability to perform difficult ****** ignments as an attached blocker.

If a recent transfer update from journalist Alan Nixon on his Patreon account (as cited by The Daily Record) is believed to be true, Celtic are keeping close tabs on Balazs Toth ahead of a potential summer move. They are **** sing the goalkeeper market to provide competition for Viljami Sinisalo and have now identified Blackburn Rovers custodian, who would cost in the region of £4m, according to reports.
The 28-year-old Hungarian international progressed through Kazincbarcika, Puskás Akadémia and Fehérvár's academy ranks before returning to Puskás Akadémia in 2013. After impressing for the reserves, along with a productive loan spell at Csákvár in the second division, he was promoted to PAFC's first-team squad. Fehérvár snapped him up for €500k in the summer of 2024 but sanctioned a €1.20m transfer to Blackburn a year later.
Despite being the understudy to Aynsley Pears in his first season, Toth eventually succeeded the Englishman following the latter's ankle strain. He retained the 'number 1' spot until a knee injury ruled him out for a couple of months. Soon, the custodian regained his starting status upon returning to action, featuring 35 times last campaign across competitions.
Meanwhile, the keeper is unwilling to extend his stay at Ewood Park beyond next summer. The Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray has also admitted that they are destined to lose their 2025-26 Players' Player of the Year.

Welcome to the latest edition of Missed Fists where we shine a light on fights from across the globe that may have been overlooked in these hectic times where it seems like there's an MMA show every other day.
It's often been said that the best defense is a good offense, and that's served many a fighter well. But what about the worst defense? Oh, exactly what you'd expect.

The writing has been on the wall at Parkhead for some time. Celtic are ready to listen to offers for Johnny Kenny this summer, with Millwall positioning themselves at the front of the queue. Sky Sports, via The72, confirmed that the Scottish champions won't stand in the striker's way if a decent bid comes in. Alex Neil wants the 23-year-old Republic of Ireland international at The Den, convinced he can hit the ground running straight away in the Championship.
The signing of Colombian attacker Camilo Duran from Qarabag effectively sealed Kenny's fate. Celtic originally paid Sligo Rovers £140,000 for the forward back in January 2022. Alan Nixon reports via his Patreon that a figure around £850,000 should get the deal done now. That represents a tidy profit on a player who never quite nailed down a starting spot.
Millwall aren't alone in their chase. Bolton Wanderers want him back permanently after his impressive loan spell last term. Kenny clicked quickly under Steven Schumacher, bagging six goals in 14 matches to help push Bolton towards promotion from League One before a knee issue cut his campaign short.
Add those figures to his Celtic return, and he managed 12 goals and two ******* ists across 36 total games in 2025/26. Four of those goals came in 22 Scottish Premiership matches for Celtic. Respectable enough for a squad member. Not enough to demand a starting shirt under Martin O'Neill. Publicly, O'Neill has noted that no final decision has been made on the Irishman's long-term future. Behind the scenes, sources suggest breaking into the first team this summer looks like a mountain too steep to climb.
Taking £850,000 for a squad player isn't defeatist. It is basic business. Celtic get a clean exit, pocket a profit, and free up ******* e on the wage bill for O'Neill to reinvest where it matters. Kenny gets the chance to kickstart his career somewhere he will actually play week in, week out.

Hello! I'm Jon. When Alex and I were piecing together the script for "The History of the Seattle Mariners" way back in 2019, our short Lenny Randle segment went through a couple of revisions. Although he only spent a small fraction of his career in Seattle, Lenny established himself as a Mariners legend, and we had to rein ourselves in from writing an extensive tangent covering his entire story.
It took us long enough, but six-plus years later, Lenny finally gets his own Secret Base video. Time and again, he found himself standing center stage during baseball's oddest, most chaotic scenes. Sometimes he just happened to be there and passively observed the ruckus. Other times, he conjured it himself. Since "The History of Charging the Mound" is, above all else, a story about baseball chaos, it was inevitable that he'd find himself here.
Hope you enjoy his story as much as I did. As always, if you want more from this series, or more special projects like this, and get them as soon as they're ready – check out Secret Base on Patreon. If you're a member over there, then you would've gotten to see an uncensored ******* in this video. Best sales pitch we've got.

On this episode of the Managing Madrid Podcast, Kiyan Sobhani reacts to France’s 3 – 0 win over Sweden in the World Cup (2026) Round of 32 action, with special emphasis on Kylian Mbappe, Michael Olise, and why Mbappe and France tick so well with superstars but at Real Madrid it’s more complicated (and why Vinicius and Mbappe play great in isolation but not together).

Welcome back to A Pod of Their Own, an all-women led Home Run Applesauce podcast where we talk all things Mets, social justice issues in baseball, and normalize female voices in the sports podcasting ******* e.
This week, a lot happened in Metsland. They traded David Peterson and departed ways with manager Carlos Mendoza, who was replaced by Andy Green. In other news, maybe Jorge Polanco will return? It'll be a surprise! And Marcus Semien was placed on the IL with a hip flexor strain after an historically bad day in the field. Nothing is going right in this organization right now.
Next, we cover the latest in the CBA negotiations, as the MLBPA wants a ban on individual prop bets to help protect them from online harassment.
Finally, we wrap things up with Walk-off Wins, where each of us talks about what's making us happy this week, baseball-related or otherwise.
You can listen or subscribe to all of our wonderful Home Run Applesauce podcasts through Apple Podcasts, where we encourage you to leave a review if you enjoy the show. It really helps! Former Manchester United star Phil Jones could reportedly be on the move, with Sheffield United eager to add him to their backroom staff.
Jones, who is currently a coach at Blackburn Rovers is facing an uncertain future at the club due to the return of Tony Mowbray.
Mowbray will be given the chance to form his own coaching set-up, which leaves Jones in a precarious position. However, according to Alan Nixon on his Patreon, Sheffield United, who are undergoing internal changes of their own, are keen on offering him a way out.
Coming off a disappointing 2025/26 season in which they finished in 13th place in the Championship table, the Blades are looking to bolster their ranks to ensure there is no repeat of the same.
Chris Wilder's backroom staff is heading for a shake-up. Long-time ***** istant Alan Knill looks set to leave Bramall Lane and there's also uncertainty around Guilherme Ramos.

The Maori called them Matariki; to the Celts in Ireland they were Streoillín; their Hebrew name, Kimah, appears in the Bible multiple times. We call them by the same name the ancient Greeks did—the Pleiades, or “Seven Sisters”—a brilliant cluster of stars that captivated numerous cultures throughout antiquity. Now, thanks to new research published in The Astrophysical Journal, the sisterhood just got a lot bigger.
Around 440 light-years away, the Pleiades are just a short jaunt from Earth on an astronomical scale. They’re relatively young, too, formed when clouds of cosmic dust and gas collap
