King Charles has been as busy as usual on Wednesday with the monarch returning to work following the summer break and the return of his son, Prince Harry.
After hosting a garden party and meeting with members of the Pakistani cricket team, Charles and his wife, Queen Camilla, joined Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron, the President and First Lady of France, at the British Museum.
The group, who were also accompanied by British Prime Minister Andy Burnham, all headed out to view the Bayeux Tapestry after it was temporarily loaned to Britain. They enjoyed a private viewing of the iconic artwork before an exhibition at the museum opens to the public on 10 September.
While Charles and Emmanuel looked smart in their suits, their glamorous wives stole the show as they arrived in stylish, matching white dresses.

Brian Hickerson's second attempt to clear felony domestic violence convictions involving Hayden Panettiere was denied three days before the actress died, after prosecutors challenged representations that he was now sober.
At an Aug. 13 hearing in Los Angeles, the prosecution cited a May interview Hickerson gave about his past relationship with Panettiere and alleged that he appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant. Court records obtained by PEOPLE show prosecutors also pointed to his 2025 encounters with law enforcement while opposing the petition.
Hickerson had asked the court to dismiss two felony convictions for corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant from a domestic violence case in which Panettiere was a victim. Judge Olivia Rosales rejected the request, saying Hickerson had not remained free of new offenses.
The hearing took place three days before Panettiere died at age 36 in Greenville, South Carolina. Her death remains under investigation, and authorities have not established any connection between the allegations raised during Hickerson's court hearing and the circumstances of her death.
The interview cited in court was conducted by TMZ's Charlie Neff in May, ahead of the publication of Panettiere's memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning. In the original TMZ interview, Hickerson discussed Panettiere's account of their abusive relationship and acknowledged conduct described in the book, including an incident in which he threatened her with a phone. "I did it. I did it," Hickerson said while discussing that episode.

Saint West has officially joined Instagram, and the 10-year-old has already made the focus of his new page clear.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's eldest son launched the account on August 1st with a video of his custom purple e-moto bike. He followed it with several more clips showing the bike, including footage of himself riding through the family's neighborhood and performing a wheelie.
Kardashian supported the account by liking Saint's first upload and leaving a purple heart beneath a later post. A source told PEOPLE that she reviews and approves each video before it goes live.
The supervised debut comes nearly two years after Kardashian required Saint to sign a handwritten agreement before opening a YouTube channel and two months after he appeared alongside his mother in Nike Football's star-packed "Rip the Script" campaign.

Samantha Morton recently revealed she hasn't worked for a year since filming Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. Morton played Circe, a witch and goddess on the island of Aeaea, in the epic film. She spoke about her career challenges on the Happy Sad Confused podcast.
"I haven't worked for a year since making The Odyssey," Morton said on the podcast. She noted that she has "really good agents and a manager." However, she acknowledged the shifting landscape of the entertainment industry. "But at the end of the day, I'm 49. I do believe I'm a good actor, [but] there are other good actors out there," she continued. She added, "The politics of the industry has changed massively."
