As we are all well aware of, it has been an interesting summer for Juventus and their new CEO, Giovanni Carnevali. The transfer window has been one that has been slow to develop, but it's also one in which the majority of the Bianconeri's signings thus far have been ones in which we haven't really seen coming. That, of course, doesn't involve the long-standing negotiations that multiple Juve sporting chiefs had with Paris Saint-Germain for striker Randal Kolo Muani, a deal that is actually about to cross the finish line.
No, really. It is. Juventus are about to sign Kolo Muani after Carnevali reportedly got things done earlier this week.
We also know this because Carnevali himself told us that same exact thing during an interview on Thursday night in which he touched on Kolo Muani and the big surprise that came shortly after news broke of there being an agreement with the two-time defending European champions: the deal for Bosnian teenager Kerim Alajbegović.
On Kolo Muani front, Carnevali said the following:
"We're finalizing the deal for Kolo Muani now. It's been a long-running negotiation. When I arrived at Juve, I read the newspapers and thought it was a done deal, but it wasn't. There were some difficulties, and we needed to mend relations with PSG, remedying previous problems. We're finalizing the deal right now and we're in the final phase."

Juventus are expected to sign another centre forward after Randal Kolo Muani, but according to Gazzetta, the Bianconeri must first offload Jonathan David and then continue pursuing Joshua Zirkzee, Mateo Pellegrino, and even their ex-star Dusan Vlahovic.
Juventus are looking for even more attacking reinforcements after securing a deal with PSG for Kolo Muani, who is expected to land in Turin in the coming days.
According to Gazzetta, coach Luciano Spalletti hopes to welcome another centre-forward and currently, Manchester United's Zirkzee tops the Bianconeri's list.
According to the report, there have already been positive contacts between Juventus and Zirkzee's entourage.
The Serie A giants have also held talks with Parma for Pellegrino, and Spalletti still hopes to bring Vlahovic back after the Serbian star left the club at the end of his contract this past June.

The long — very, very, very long — negotiations for Randal Kolo Muani are now a thing of the past, with Wednesday bringing the news that Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain had finally agreed to a deal for the 27-year-old Frenchman. It won't be too long before Kolo Muani is walking through the doors at J Medical again, undergoing his medicals and then shaking hands with Giovanni Carnevali and Luciano Spalletti.
The saga is officially a thing of the past.
For that fact let us be thankful.
But as we know, there's still a ton of work to be done on this roster by Carnevali and his new right-hand man Frederic Massara. We also know that Wednesday also brought news that Juventus have agreed to a deal with Bayer Leverkusen for Bosnian teenager Kerim Alajbegović, who is another move seemingly out of nowhere without nearly as much of a build-up as the Kolo Muani saga.
Carnevali and Massara still have plenty of work to do — maybe too much to count when you factor in there's still a lot of deadweight to try and clear from the roster before the summer window closes.

Paris Saint-Germain are not expected to attempt to sign AFC Bournemouth's Éli Junior Kroupi (20) this summer, according to reports from RMC Sport.
Whilst seeking an attacking reinforcement to compensate for the departures of Gonçalo Ramos (24), Lee Kang-in (25) and Randal Kolo Muani (27), the Rouge et Bleu management have not, for the time being, opened the door to the young striker's arrival in the capital, although he is reportedly interested in the project and has supporters within the club.
However, given the Cherries' determination to keep him and the potential cost of prising him away, the Kroupi deal is not currently a priority. A sum in excess of €100m is said to be the minimum required for any club wishing to secure his services.
Meanwhile, Barcelona's Ferran Torres (26) and Atalanta's Charles de Ketelaere (25) – whose names have already been linked with the two-time European champions – are on Paris's shortlist. So too is a third player, whose identity has not yet been revealed.

Multiple French reports suggest Randal Kolo Muani will fly out over the next 48 hours to join Juventus, after they finally agreed a mandatory purchase option with Paris Saint-Germain.
The matter has been dragging on since the moment he first arrived on loan in January 2025, but when they failed to work out a permanent agreement that summer, he was loaned to Tottenham Hotspur instead.
Negotiations carried on in recent months to find a breakthrough, and it seems today they finally managed to settle on a transfer format both clubs could be happy with.

Randal Kolo Muani's move to Juventus was making good progress at first, but when things stalled last week we predicted that we would see some moves from the Italian side to try and lower the price, and today they've moved to a new level.
A senior member of the club's sporting side has come out to bemoan PSG's demands for the forward, and to effectively given them an ultimatum about lowering the price.
"PSG's asking price is exorbitant, it's either we reach an agreement or we look for another player," the Juventus general manager said.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Juventus have 'booked' Parma's Mateo Pellegrino as talks with PSG for Randal Kolo Muani are stalling, with the Ligue 1 giants demanding €55m.
Juventus risk missing out on PSG forward Kolo Muani, as the French club's asking price appears unaffordable for the Bianconeri.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Ligue 1 giants have further increased their demands for the French striker to €55m, while Juventus' latest offer was only worth €35m.
Therefore, Juventus have reportedly asked Parma to block any potential transfer for Argentine striker Pellegrino, who is valued at €30m and can leave the Stadio Tardini on loan with an obligation to buy.
According to the report, Juventus want to continue talks with PSG over the next 10 days, until Pellegrino's agents arrive in Italy to discuss the striker's future.

Juventus are still pushing for Randal Kolo Muani, and the situation matters beyond Turin. According to TuttoSport, the Italian club are pressing on, “Forward. Somehow, whatever happens, keep moving forward.” That is the mood.
The key point is simple. Juventus already have an agreement with the player, “a five year contract worth €5 million per year.” He remains “the chosen one”, the striker who best fits what the coach and club hierarchy want.
PSG are not making this easy. Juventus have gone to €33 million, then looked at two more structures, “reaching €35 million as the fixed fee” and adding bonuses to reach “a total of €37 million.” TuttoSport states clearly, “For now, that’s the maximum Juventus can realistically reach.” That tells you where the ceiling is.
PSG, fresh from strong outgoing business, see no reason to blink. The report describes “a financial wall built on their asking price.” That is blunt and accurate. This is a price dispute, nothing more complicated than that.
The French side are content to wait. “They can use time to their advantage.” It is standard negotiating practice. Delay, apply pressure, test the buyer’s limits. Juventus, for their part, are said to be effectively capped at around €40 million. That matters, because once a club hits its internal line, movement slows.

England’s 3-2 win over Mexico in the World Cup came in what was arguably one of the most exciting games of the tournament thus far. Harry Kane’s penalty was what sealed the win for the Three Lions, as they progress to the quarterfinals. Following the victory, England’s head coach Thomas Tuchel was asked about his skipper, to which he recounted a story about his short-lived stint at Bayern Munich.

Tuchel clearly takes shots at honorary club president Uli Hoeneß, who was quite vocal about his opinion on the transfer at the time.
Hoeneß much rather preferred spending that money on Randal Kolo Muani, and it was a publicized power struggle between Tuchel and the club’s bosses, who wanted Kane.
Hoeneß even came close to accidentally sabotaging the transfer by delivering one of his classic interviews that weren’t very kind to Tottenham Hotspur.

Juventus have made an enquiry about Parma striker Mateo Pellegrino, according to Gianluigi Longari, as they continue to weigh up their attacking options this summer.
Randal Kolo Muani remains the priority up front, Luciano Spalletti’s clear preference, with talks ongoing, but the Bianconeri are casting a wider net.
In Longari’s report, via AlfredoPedulla.com, Pellegrino’s name came up as a player Juventus have asked about, the Argentine forward coming off an impressive season at Parma.

Per Sport Bild’s Christian Falk, FC Barcelona did, indeed, make contract with representatives for Bayern Munich star Harry Kane, but the Catalans have “no chance” to get him:

Any sane club would want Kane given the season he is having for club and country, but the Bavarians have no desire to let him go.

Randal Kolo Muani could be heading back to Juventus, with the PSG forward keen on a Serie A return.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the France international wants to rejoin the Turin club after a disappointing loan at Tottenham. Talks between PSG and Juventus are now under way.
His spell in north London fell flat. Kolo Muani scored just once in 30 Premier League appearances for Spurs, who narrowly avoided relegation.
Unsurprisingly, the loan will not be made permanent, and he now returns to Paris.
He is not expected to stay there long, however. Kolo Muani is not part of Luis Enrique’s plans at PSG, and a fresh move looks inevitable this summer. Juventus, where he thrived on loan in 2025, are his preferred destination.

Milan quickly sealed the deal for Gonçalo Ramos, as their pursuit had begun long before it became public. Everything will be formalized once he returns from the World Cup. It’ll be the richest acquisition in the history of the club. The Rossoneri will pay €74M plus add-ons, Fabrizio Romano reports (via SOSFanta).
The Serie A giants didn’t beat around the bush. Other teams, primarily Atletico Madrid and some Premier League ones, were also after the striker. His agent Jorge Mendes spent a few days in Italy to finalize the operation. The player took the medicals directly in the United States.
Milan could spend up to €80M for Ramos if all the bonuses come to fruition. Their brass decided to trust Ruben Amorim completely to address a position that has been a thorn in their side for a few seasons. The coach already wanted his compatriot at Manchester United, but PSG didn’t play ball. The Red Devils signed Benjamin Sesko instead.
The deal to sign the 25-year-old will surpass Rafael Leao’s €49M one in the team’s standings. Depending on the accessory costs, it’ll be neck-and-neck with Romelu Lukaku to Inter among one of the most expensive purchases in Serie A history, trailing only Juventus’ splurges for Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs de Ligt.
While they probably have a pretty good indication that they’ll get a similar sum from selling Rafael Leao, Santiago Gimenez, and more castoffs, the numbers are insane, especially not for a bonified star, and the downside is huge. While pleasing the gaffer is all well and good, it wouldn’t have been a lot less risky to sign the likes of Dusan Vlahovic, Randal Kolo Muani, or Moise Kean, for instance.

Recent reports claimed that the Frenchman was willing to reduce the salary he currently earns at PSG in order to facilitate a return to Italy, and Tuttosport now claims that there is a full agreement on personal terms in place for a five-year deal worth around €5m per season in wages.
This would make Kolo Muani the third-highest earner at the club behind Kenan Yildiz and Jonathan David ****** uming that he stays at the Allianz Stadium.

Newcastle United are positioning themselves to land Juventus centre-forward Dusan Vlahovic as he approaches free agency. The Magpies have significantly intensified their efforts to bring the Serbian international to St James' Park. Eddie Howe is keen to add elite, physical firepower to his frontline to bolster his goalscoring options as the Magpies target a return to European football. They finished 12th in the 2025/26 campaign and, as a result, are facing a mass exodus of key players. Anthony Gordon has already left for Barcelona, while Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes are currently being courted by Tottenham Hotspur and ******* nal, respectively.
According to reports from Italy, Newcastle have stepped up direct contact with Vlahovic's entourage. The initial discussions are understood to have been highly encouraging, to the extent that the 26-year-old, who has previously been dubbed 'a better player than Haaland', is now seriously evaluating a move to England. With Vlahovic entering the final stages of his lucrative contract in Turin, the Newcastle recruitment team is eager to exploit this window of opportunity. Juventus are ready to part ways with Vlahovic to reduce the club's hefty wage bill, freeing up more financial resources for summer acquisitions.

The forward has informed Borussia Dortmund of his desire for a new challenge this summer, sparking interest from across Europe.
According to Sky Germany, Spurs have identified Guirassy as a leading target. The 30-year-old has scored 60 goals in 92 games across two seasons with Dortmund, and was the joint-leading scorer in the 2024/25 Champions League.
With Richarlison’s future in doubt and Randal Kolo Muani’s loan expiring, Spurs want to bring in a forward to compete with Dominic Solanke.
Aston Villa are also monitoring developments, alongside AC Milan and Atletico Madrid. The latter are ****** sing the centre-forward market with Alexander Sorloth subject of interest from Juventus, and Julian Alvarez attracting bids. Atleti rejected an offer of €150m from rivals Real Madrid for Alvarez earlier in the window.
