According to TMZ, the adult model is now in hot water in California after authorities arrested him for possessing a toxic substance in Los Angeles. This is now his 3rd run-in with the law in 2026 following a couple of serious charges in June.
Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday for misdemeanor possession of a substance similar to toluene, which is a colorless liquid that is highly toxic when inhaled and causes dizziness. Records show Von was released on Wednesday.

EAGAN, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings have suspended defensive backs coach Gerald Alexander for three weeks without pay following a drunken driving charge for an incident earlier this year.
The Vikings announced the punishment Tuesday as they began training camp. Alexander's suspension began Friday and will be in effect until Aug. 13, two days before their first preseason game at the New York Giants.
"I take full responsibility for the situation I put myself in and apologize for not meeting the mark," Alexander said in a statement released by the Vikings. "I know it's unacceptable. I understand the suspension and am committed to learning from the matter and ensuring I come back a better version of myself."
Alexander, who was also given the ****** le of defensive passing game coordinator, was hired in February to replace Daronte Jones, who became defensive coordinator of the Washington Commanders.
According to Hennepin County court records, Alexander pled guilty July 16 to a gross misdemeanor charge of third degree driving while impaired for refusal to submit to a chemical test. WASHINGTON (AP) — A judge in the nation's capital has set a trial date in September for a former Olympic canoe racer charged with deliberately damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, the site of a troubled multimillion-dollar renovation project championed by President Donald Trump.
D.C. Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman scheduled the Sept. 28 trial date for David Hearn during a hearing on Monday. It was Hearn's second court appearance since a grand jury indicted him on a felony count of property destruction.
Hearn, who pleaded not guilty to the charge on July 9, has asked the court to dismiss the case. In a court filing, his attorneys argued the government has failed to properly preserve important physical evidence from the Reflecting Pool.

(NewsNation) — Gary Siders Jr., the Ohio father of 16 charged with child endangerment after his children were found living in a "house of horrors," was charged in four separate public indecency incidents over a nine-day span just a month before his arrest.
Siders, 36, was charged with four counts of public indecency before authorities raided his home in Hamden, a village about 75 miles south of Columbus. Court records obtained by People show the alleged incidents occurred May 23, 27, 29 and 31.

The District Attorney's Office in Brunswick isn't prosecuting Georgia football defensive back Ja'Marley Riddle on two felony possession drug charges from a May 8 arrest, according to a state's motion obtained on Thursday by the Athens Banner-Herald.
A Nolle Prosequi was entered in the Superior Court of Glynn County on Monday July 6.
Riddle, a transfer from East Carolina, had been charged by Glynn County police with possession of marijuana of more than one ounce, possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance and misdemeanor speeding.
The Kingsland, Ga., native was alleged to have driven a Dodge Durango 90 miles per hour in 70 mile per hour zone on I-95 South.
When Riddle was stopped, the police report said an "overwhelming odor of marijuana," could be smelled from inside the vehicle.

When college athletes suffer fatalities due to activities conducted during practice—and often pre-existing conditions—coaches are almost never criminally charged. But thanks to a new lawsuit brought by Pennsylvania’s attorney general, that could change.
On Monday, Pennsylvania AG Dave Sunday charged former Bucknell football strength and conditioning coach Mark Kulbis following the death of Bucknell football player CJ ******* ey Jr. in 2024 following a summer workout where he collapsed. Kulbis, who maintains his innocence, faces felony aggravated hazing, as well as misdemeanor counts of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and hazing.
The fact that the charges are criminal makes the case rare, multiple industry experts and attorneys tell Front Office Sports. Regardless of its outcome, the case could have wide-ranging effects on the college coaching landscape, forcing more scrutiny of practice activities and coaching conduct.
“We’re seeing the tide shift in terms of general public awareness about hazing,” Elizabeth Allan, principal of StopHazing and director of the Hazing Prevention Research Lab at the University of Maine, told FOS. “I feel this is potentially an indication of some larger shifts in the culture.”

The parents of a Bucknell University football player who died after collapsing during the first day of training camp in 2024 said Tuesday they appreciated a decision by the Pennsylvania attorney general to bring criminal charges against the strength and conditioning coach who oversaw the session.
Calvin “CJ” ****** ey Jr. was a freshman in July 2024 when Mark Kulbis told him and other football players to do 100 “up-downs,” also known as “burpees,” along with full-body plank drills, according to the attorney general’s office. ****** ey had sickle-cell trait, a medical condition that can increase the risk of serious injury or death following extreme exertion.
“We're at the point where we're just glad that someone is being held responsible for our son's death,” Calvin ****** ey Sr., of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, told The ****** ociated Press in a phone interview. “We just want to see the process through, and we're going to leave it to the attorney general to continue following the evidence.”
Prosecutors announced Monday that Kulbis had been charged with felony aggravated hazing and misdemeanor counts of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and hazing.

A witness saw the crash and called 911. Shortly after, sheriff's deputies found Pelosi with severe damage to the front of his car on a nearby road roughly a quarter of a mile away. The octogenarian told officers that he knew he hit something but wasn't sure when or what caused the damage to his car.
Pelosi didn't have any alcohol in his system at the time of the crash, according to the statement. The sheriff's office referred Pelosi to the California Department of Motor Vehicles to initiate a process that will determine whether he is able to continue driving — a process that officials say is "common" for elderly drivers.

There's a new development in the Alaric Jackson domestic violence case, according to the California Post. The pregnant woman accusing Jackson of putting his hands on her during a domestic dispute on June 8 is withdrawing her request for a permanent restraining order.
She was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson on June 10 but now wants to "dissolve" it, in addition to dropping her request for a permanent restraining order. The woman will be able to file for another restraining order in the future, however.
Jackson was arrested on June 8 after he allegedly left his pregnant ex-girlfriend with bruises and scratches on her body during a heated dispute, during which Jackson took her phone. He originally faced a felony domestic violence charge. However, it's since been determined that he will not face any felony charges, though his case is still under review for a possible misdemeanor.
This was Jackson's second off-field incident in the last few years. He was suspended two games to start the 2024 season and could face additional punishment for this recent arrest if the NFL determines he violated the personal conduct policy.

The arrest report notes that a witness told the deputies they saw Zenk backing out of a handicap parking ******* e near a Tommy Bahama store when her car hit another vehicle close by. The responding sergeant reported that he smelled alcohol, leading deputies to begin a DUI investigation.
As per the report, Zenk told the authorities that she had consumed "two wine cups" while she was at Bar Tulia. The actress then agreed to perform field sobriety tests. The arresting officer reported observing several signs of impairment in Zenk during those exercises. Former Missouri football coach Gary Pinkel was charged Friday in Camden County with a class B misdemeanor for a July 7, 2025, arrest. Recent court documents show Pinkel flagged down the state trooper for ****** istance while outside of a tire shop in Lake Ozark with a blown tire on his car.
According to a probable cause statement filed in court and reviewed by the Tribune, the officer noticed Pinkel waving at him at approximately 11:30 p.m. in a Big O Tires parking lot on Bagnell Dam Blvd.
The trooper noted in the probable cause statement that the back right tire on the SUV had blown and had been driven on the rim "for a significant distance based on the damage."After asking Pinkel to explain how he had blown the tire, the officer noted a "strong odor of an intoxicating beverage emitting from (Pinkel's) breath and person" and that his speech was slurred and he was swaying while he spoke.
Pinkel initially told the officer that he had "just a very small drink" and had stopped drinking three hours before blowing the tire. He later told the trooper he had "like two drinks" and had his last drink two hours ago.
The trooper asked Pinkel to perform multiple field sobriety tests, and the former Mizzou coach, per the probable cause statement, was unable to recite the alphabet beginning at the letter E and stopping at the letter R and also was unable to count backwards from the numbers 78 to 62. The trooper noted "lack of smooth pursuit" when he asked Pinkel to follow his finger with his eyes.

The trooper noted in the probable cause statement that the back right tire on the SUV had blown and had been driven on the rim "for a significant distance based on the damage."After asking Pinkel to explain how he had blown the tire, the officer noted a "strong odor of an intoxicating beverage emitting from (Pinkel's) breath and person" and that his speech was slurred and he was swaying while he spoke.
Pinkel initially told the officer that he had "just a very small drink" and had stopped drinking three hours before blowing the tire. He later told the trooper he had "like two drinks" and had his last drink two hours ago.
The trooper asked Pinkel to perform multiple field sobriety tests, and the former Mizzou coach, per the probable cause statement, was unable to recite the alphabet beginning at the letter E and stopping at the letter R and also was unable to count backwards from the numbers 78 to 62. The trooper noted "lack of smooth pursuit" when he asked Pinkel to follow his finger with his eyes.

(NewsNation) — A sheriff from Louisiana is resigning from his position of nearly 10 years after pleading guilty to charges related to an attack at a local restaurant.
Former St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith pled guilty to felony second-degree battery and misdemeanor disturbing the peace by public intoxication during a recent court appearance.
Court documents obtained by NewsNation local affiliate WGNO show that on May 29, Smith approached Bobby Couvillion, a podcaster who was a frequent critic of Smith, and grabbed him and pulled him to the ground, where he repeatedly hit him.
Couvillion was hospitalized with a concussion after the attack and also had dental injuries.

An Indiana man was charged Wednesday on accusations he stalked WNBA player Sophie Cunningham and sent her threatening and explicit messages on social media.
Kevin Singh, 48, faces felony charges for stalking and intimidation, as well as a misdemeanor harassment charge. He was arrested Tuesday, according to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
Cunningham, a player with the Indiana Fever, told investigators she had been staying at home more and having nightmares because of Singh’s continued messages, according to the affidavit. She was first made aware of Singh’s alleged online conduct in February, she said.
Singh's online behavior escalated that month and his conduct “became increasingly threatening after he was contacted by team security," the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
According to an affidavit, Singh allegedly sent numerous messages — including explicit messages — on the social media platform X in April. One of the messages featured the text, “You're literally down the street from me!” After Cunnigham's team sent Singh a cease-and-desist letter on April 30, Singh sent more messages on X, making explicit and threatening comments, according to the affidavit.
