West Bromwich maintained their perfect start to the Championship season with a convincing 3-1 victory over Burnley at The Hawthorns.
The visitors struck first after just eight minutes when Callum Styles inadvertently turned a Burnley cross into his own net following a quick break.
West Brom responded impressively, drawing level before the half-hour mark. Jimmy-Jay Morgan picked out Harry Whitwell, who calmly finished to register his first league goal at The Hawthorns.
The visitors threatened to restore their advantage before the interval, with Armando Broja hitting the post, but the Baggies came out strongly after the break.
They completed the turnaround just two minutes into the second half when Isaac Price found the net with a superb finish after Morgan's involvement once again helped create the opening.

West Bromwich Albion have signed Norway midfielder Felix Horn Myhre on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old, capped six times by his country, joins the Baggies from Norwegian top-flight side SK Brann to become head coach James Morrison's sixth major signing of the summer.
Myhre brings experience of playing in the Europa League, helping Brann reach the knockout stages of the competition last season and has also featured in the qualifying rounds of the Champions League and Europa Conference League.
He has been linked with the move to Albion for a few weeks and said conversations with Morrison gave him a "really good vision for the club" and that he saw a "lot of potential" with the squad.
Myhre will join his Norway - and former Brann - team-mate Aune Heggebo, at The Hawthorns and follows forward Jimmy-Jay Morgan, defender Conor Townsend, goalkeeper Matt Ingram and striker Barney Stewart in signing for the new season.

A proper scramble is breaking out across Europe for former West Brom kid Michael Parker. News broke via journalist Pete O'Rourke on X that Celtic are firmly in the mix, tracking the towering English defender after he shone in Sweden. It's been a whirlwind few months for the 21-year-old left-sided centre-back. Since swapping England for Allsvenskan side Örgryte IS back in February, he's absolutely taken Scandinavia by storm.
Naturally, his sudden ascent hasn't gone unnoticed. Rangers are sniffing about. Continental outfits like Anderlecht, Udinese, and Strasbourg are all clamouring for his signature too. It's a massive turnaround for a lad who couldn't buy a first-team appearance at the Hawthorns before deciding to pack his bags and head abroad.
Parker has become an absolute staple for the Swedish outfit throughout their 2025/26 campaign. 10 matches under his belt, and the consistency has been genuinely impressive. Word from the continent is that Örgryte are holding out for a €2m fee for their main man. Anderlecht already tried their luck with a €1.5m bid, but it was booted out immediately.
GLASGOW, SCOTLAND – MAY 16: Martin O'Neill, Interim Manager of Celtic lifts the William Hill Premiership trophy with Callum McGregor of Celtic following the team's victory in the William Hill Premiership match between Celtic and Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park on May 16, 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland. The Hoops need to look at this link with a completely clear head. Yes, Parker is 1.93m tall. Yes, he's left-footed, which is like gold dust to managers these days. But let's be honest: does the current management team really need another developmental project? Not a chance. The squad is already packed with raw prospects who need time to find their feet.

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Ousmane Diakite has committed his future to the Championship club by signing a new three-year contract.
The 25-year-old joined the Baggies on a free transfer from Austrian club TSV Hartberg in 2024 and has so far made 63 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal.
West Brom initially activated a 12-month extension clause in March before agreeing a new improved deal which will keep the Mali international at The Hawthorns until at least the summer of 2029.
"When I first came here, it was a little tough, but now I've adapted to the new challenge and I'm ready to get properly into next season," Diakite told the West Brom website.
"We have a beautiful family here and that makes me very happy."
