Kevin Hart's former ****** istant Miesha Shakes wants Montia Sabbag, the woman involved in his 2017 ****** tape scandal, to testify in the comedian's lawsuit against her.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Shakes said she wants to question Sabbag about the recording and the investigation that followed. She also plans to testify herself and call Hart as a witness.
Hart sued Shakes in December 2023 after she discussed his private life during an interview with blogger Tasha K, whose real name is Latasha Kebe. Shakes worked for Hart's company from August 2017 to October 2020. His complaint accused her of defamation and breaching a nondisclosure agreement. Hart denied her claims that he recorded a ****** ual encounter and faced criminal charges over it.
Shakes argues the agreement is invalid because Hart failed to meet obligations under it. Hart disputes that argument and says her comments damaged his reputation. In June 2026, he asked a judge to order Shakes to pay $50,000, citing the damages provision in their agreement.

Bureau of Prisons records reviewed by PEOPLE on Oct. 7 list March 2, 2028. Combs is currently held at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey.
The previous projection, Jan. 21, 2028, appeared in records reviewed Sept. 29 and reported by Wealth of Geeks the following day.
The BOP declined to explain the revision, citing privacy, safety and security. A spokesperson for Combs told Us Weekly that his team receives no explanation of how the agency adjusts his dates.
In a Sept. 29 investigation, NBC News reporters Rich Schapiro and Chloe Melas interviewed four men who had spent time in Combs' housing unit. The outlet also reviewed prison photographs and video, including footage appearing to show him using a contraband cellphone.

The United States military has had 81 aircraft destroyed or damaged in the war with Iran, a Congressional Research Service report released this week says.
The number includes both airplanes and helicopters as well as drones, with the MQ-9 Reaper drone – used for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, close air support and combat search and rescue – accounting for more than half of the losses.
But also on the list are some of the Pentagon’s most-prized ***** ets, including an F-35A fighter jet and an E-3 Sentry, the four-engine jet with a large radar dome atop the fuselage used for target tracking and airspace management.
The total cost of the aircraft lost is between $1.9 billion and $3.3 billion, depending on the Defense Department’s plans for replacements, the report said, citing figures from the Congressional Budget Office.
The total cost of the war is much higher – at least $45 billion, sources have told CNN. That figure doesn’t include damage to infrastructure at US bases in the region, including those where some of the aircraft losses happened.

Apollo is expected to lead the deal and help place the debt with a broad range of investors, with Pimco among a small group of lenders in talks to provide financing, the newspaper reported citing people familiar with the matter.
The transaction is expected to close in 2027.
SpaceX, Apollo, and Nvidia did not immediately respond to Benzinga's request for comment, while Pimco declined to comment.

Russia on Monday sought to downplay reports that a laboratory technician had died of plague, even as President Donald Trump said Washington was closely monitoring the situation and offered US help.
Reports on Friday that pneumonic plague had killed a 28-year-old woman named Darya Shipilova, who had been working for the anti-plague institute in Siberia's Irkutsk region, sparked alarm.

In a case that has drawn national attention, the woman is suing ‌seven fraternity members and the Ivy League school in Ithaca, New York, among others.
And although New York law allows "Jane Doe" anonymity for ******* ual ******* ault lawsuits, the Cornell student has become distressed ‌at attempts by some online skeptics of her account to discover her name and publish it, her lawyer said.
"I want us to support Jane Doe in coming to her own way of identifying herself in her own time," said Twanna LaTrice Hill, a writer and actor in Denver who has declared #IamJaneDoe on social media in recent days. Gypsy Rose Blanchard reached out to Ken Urker with a birthday message on Thursday, but he did not respond. Urker was later found unresponsive at a home in Louisiana on Oct. 1, his 33rd birthday.
TMZ first reported Urker's death, citing family sources familiar with what happened. According to the outlet, Blanchard had texted Urker "Happy Birthday" earlier that day and did not receive a reply. A family member later found him unresponsive at the home. No official cause of death has been announced, and additional details about the circumstances surrounding his death have not yet been released.
Urker first contacted Blanchard in 2017 while she was serving a 10-year prison sentence for her role in the 2015 death of her mother, Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard. According to A&E, Urker had seen the HBO documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest and wrote Blanchard a letter after learning about her case.
The two continued communicating and eventually developed a romantic relationship. Urker visited Blanchard while she was incarcerated, and the couple became engaged in 2018. Their first engagement ended the following year, and the two went their separate ways.
Blanchard later began a relationship with Ryan Anderson and married him in July 2022 while she was still in prison. She was released on parole on Dec. 28, 2023, after serving more than eight years of her sentence. Blanchard and Anderson separated in March 2024, and she filed for divorce the following month.
