As we have come to expect during the Venice Film Festival, Giorgio Armani dressed a sizeable group of guests for opening night, including several of the house's ambassadors. From classic tuxedos to shimmering gowns, there was plenty of variety within the Armani family.

Jonathan Bailey, Giorgio Armani Global Fragrance Ambassador, wore a Giorgio Armani tuxedo that took a classic black-tie foundation in a more relaxed direction.
The double-breasted jacket is fairly traditional, but the barrel-shaped trousers change the proportions, while the velvet scarf adds another point of difference alongside the pleated white shirt and velvet bow tie.
I really like how those elements shift what could have been a standard tuxedo into something much more distinctive on Jonathan.

Dolly Parton's suffering appeared to begin once her husband Carl Thomas Dean passed.
Despite a year of health struggles and a brief battle with cancer, Nikki Lund, who knew the country music legend through her longtime manager, Donny Nozell, believes Dolly died from a "broken heart."
While speaking to Page Six, she said the singer endured "a lot of loss in a short amount of time" following the death of her late husband, who passed away in March 2025, and her brother, Coy "Denver" Parton, who died last month.
Nikki said her loved ones saw a change in her spirit over the last year.
"Normally, she works all the time because she loves it. She's just a busy bee. She's always busy. And for the last year, she took a step back from the public eye and wanted to spend more time at home. She wasn't around anyone as much for the last year," she explained.

Chrissy Metz is opening up about her decision to start taking a GLP-1.
In a new interview with People, the This Is Us alum, 45, said that after years of trying different diets and fitness routines that didn't work, she opted for weight loss medication.
"I just wanted to take care of myself," Metz said.
"I'm not getting any younger. I'm in perimenopause, and there were obesity issues within my family and with my father, and I felt like I've tried so many modalities, whether it was diets or therapy, and none of it really worked for me," she continued.
Metz was skeptical at first, however, about starting a GLP-1, which, per the Cleveland Clinic, are "medications that help lower blood sugar levels and promote weight loss." In addition to being worried that the popular weight loss drugs wouldn't work for her, Metz was scared she would experience some of the horrible side effects often **** ociated with taking the medication, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation, per Harvard Health.

General Hospital star Kirsten Storms has offered fans a personal update as her absence from the daytime drama continues. The actress took to social media to reflect on the major changes in her life, discussing her future and recent personal challenges. Her candid message also addressed ongoing speculation about her personal life.
Kirsten Storms has shared a candid update about her life, opening up about the changes she has made since leaving California and the new priorities influencing her future. Alongside a selfie revealing her darker hair color, the actress reflected on her career and family.
In a post shared on Instagram, Storms said relocating to Tennessee last year remains one of the best decisions she has made, even though she admitted she is currently facing a difficult period in her personal life. She wrote, "Despite everything that's been going on in my life right now (… and I will be honest, it's more than upsetting) — I still feel that the move to Tennessee was the best choice for me. I might not be at the best part of this choice yet, but L.A. never felt like my real home."
Storms also reflected on her decades in the entertainment industry, explaining that acting had been her only career since childhood after her parents moved the family from Florida to pursue opportunities for her. While expressing pride in everything she has accomplished, she admitted that becoming a mother to Harper changed the way she views life. Storms wrote, "Then I had Harper, and how I viewed every single thing in life shifted." She and her former husband, Brandon Barash, welcomed Harper in January 2014.
The actress also reflected on the impact of undergoing surgery for a brain aneurysm in October 2025, explaining that the experience changed her priorities. She wrote, "Until I began to understand how precious time is and how what we prioritize becomes all we have, there was never a thought that my life would ever change."
