General Hospital alum Chris McKenna just revealed he needs emergency jaw surgery this week.
The former Jack recently shared a health update on X, posting an X-ray of his jaw and writing, "I had a broken crown fixed last month and they discovered a spot on my x-ray."
He continued, explaining what this means for his mouth: "Turns out I need emergency surgery in the morning to remove a cyst that has eaten away at my jawbone and have a bone graft. Good thing I broke that tooth! This is gonna hurt but lucky we caught it."
While this certainly isn't something McKenna wanted to hear, the former soap star is making the best of the scary situation. Shortly after his announcement, he posted, "The good news is I'm gonna be on pain meds for weeks and my tweets might be hilarious."

Generally, I'm a big fan of using AI in medicine, and a fan of the companies that do so. In fact, I own two stocks — Schrodinger (SDGR) and Radnet (RDNT) — that specialize in this area; Schrodinger uses AI to help speed up the drug-discovery process, while many of Radnet's diagnostic medical devices utilize AI.

The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star, 38, took to TikTok on Tuesday, July 28, to share the must-have items she's purchased in preparation for her surgery.
The products for the procedure, which Polizzi said is happening "soon," include several fan-recommended buys, like an abdominal band to support her midsection, constipation aids and a weighted heating pad.
In another video, Polizzi shared that she also purchased a few loose-fitting nightgowns, as well as oversized underwear to keep the area around her incision comfortable.
"You guys know I don't like pain, and I want to be cozy and comfy, and I needed recommendations on how to, like, recover the best way after my hysterectomy," Polizzii said. "If I'm missing anything, mamas, anybody who has gotten a hysterectomy with the big cut, please help. I don't want to feel pain. If you know me, I'm a baby. I don't like pain. I don't like any type of uncomfortableness, and yeah, I just, I don't like it. So obviously, I'll have, like, some pain meds and stuff."

MagomedAnkalaev (-575)
MagomedZaynukov (-290)
MagomedTuchalov (-900)
We admit, we're getting away with a technicality here by notincluding MuhammadSaid in our same-name parlay. After all, Magomed is the Russiantransliteration of Muhammad. Also, good luck trying to search thename "Muhammad Said" without any additional qualifiers and stillgarner any information about the fighter of that namesake. All ofthese Magomeds are rightful favorites, and in the case of two ofthe more expected victors of Tuchalov and Ankalaev, moneyline betsare just not worth it.
Therefore, we pair these three gents together, all of whom haveclear paths to victory against foes who have displayed exploitableweaknesses. Some are giving BogdanGuskov a proverbial "puncher's chance" to win this fight, although he might have some surprise jiu-jitsu in his back pocket.Nevertheless, unless Ankalaev chooses to take things horizontal—heis not nearly as keen on doing this despite his reputation, onlydoing so in his first triumphant meeting against AlexPereira. Against "Poatan," he did attempt a clean dozen shots. While he did not land a single one, the mere threat of the takedownallowed him to get in on the stoic striker and do some work. A fewfaked shots against "Hitman," whose takedown defense has alreadycome into question despite his recent successes, would payimmediate dividends.
We get to the meat of the order. More specifically, the pork. JohnPork. "Wild Chanco" Zaynukov, who actually had his nickname onFight Finder as "John Pork" until specifically reaching out torequest that it be taken down. RobertWhittaker didn't have the same problem when Ben Fowlkes andChad Dundas first crowned him "Bobby Knuckles" in the always-great"Co-Main Event Podcast" and it stuck. Even though DamianRzepecki will hold a slight bit more experience and morestoppages on his ledger, he and Zaynukov stand at differentterraces in their respective careers.

Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) is one of the best low volatility stocks to buy under $50. BofA cut the price target on Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) to $61 from $68 on June 12 and maintained a Buy rating on the shares. It noted that the firm's services team continues to highlight a lower utilization environment, and Barclays wants to take a more conservative view on 2027 medtech company estimates, given valuations are already reflecting utilization risk. It further told investors that the firm is lowering 2027 estimates across its larger-cap coverage where there's exposure to utilization and inflation.
Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) also received a rating update from Canaccord on June 1. The firm lowered the price target on the stock to $70 from $71, reiterating a Buy rating on the shares. Canaccord stated that it updated its model on the stock to take into account slowdowns in the U.S. Watchman business in 2026 and 2027, which have negative implications on its revenue and EPS estimates.
Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) manufactures, develops, and markets medical devices used in interventional medical procedures. Its operations are divided into Cardiovascular and MedSurg segments. The Cardiovascular segment covers Cardiology and Peripheral Interventions, while the MedSurg segment comprises Urology, Endoscopy, and Neuromodulation.
While we acknowledge the potential of BSX as an investment, we believe certain AI stocks offer greater upside potential and carry less downside risk. If you're looking for an extremely undervalued AI stock that also stands to benefit significantly from Trump-era tariffs and the onshoring trend, see our free report on the best short-term AI stock.

(NewsNation) — As the use of injectable weight-loss drugs rises, so do the known side effects. While many of the reported issues are physical, there are also reports of a prominent psychological effect.
It's called "ghost fat" or "phantom fat." It refers to patients who have lost a considerable amount of weight but still see themselves as having a larger body. Psychology Today describes it as the same concept as phantom limb syndrome. When someone loses a limb or gets plastic surgery, the mind can't fully comprehend the drastic physical change, and it can sometimes lead to them still feeling that it's there.
The phenomenon isn't just with GLP-1s, but with all dramatic weight loss that happens quickly rather than gradually. According to Medscape, patients who have undergone bariatric surgery also suffer from "ghost fat." Some reported seeing little or no change in their body shape despite substantial weight loss for 18 to 30 months.
Companies turn to telehealth providers to limit GLP-1 drug costs
Plastic surgeon and obesity medicine specialist Dr. Terry Dubrow explained on "Jesse Weber Live" Thursday that the experience can occur regardless of how the weight is lost.
