Kim Kardashian returned to one of her go-to formal shoe silhouettes for This Is About Humanity's 8th Annual Soiree in Hollywood on Aug. 29, wearing what appear to be vintage Manolo Blahnik Prisca lace-up sandals. The leather straps are designed to crisscross up the legs, much like a gladiator sandal, stopping just below the knees, while 3- to 4-inch stiletto heels complete the silhouette. Kardashian paired her vintage footwear with a cream-colored Maison Margiela mirrored knit, worn off the shoulders and partly undone to reveal her vintage black bullet bra beneath.
