One-time NBA All-Star Dejounte Murray had a bold take about Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook made headlines in the summer after he announced his retirement from the NBA. After playing 18 seasons, the nine-time All-Star decided to start a new chapter in his life. He's considered to be one of the best point guards of all time.
According to Murray, however, Westbrook should be considered the greatest point guard. Although he respects other great guards, the New Orleans Pelicans guard recognized the nine-time All-NBA's passion and tenacity when he's on the floor.
Murray brought this up in an interview with ClutchPoints' Tomer Azarly.
"His work ethic, his passion for the game, and the way he plays the game, that's how the game is supposed to be played," Murray said.

Real Madrid host Rayo Vallecano in what should be a manageable game and a decent opportunity for José Mourinho to make some rotations, as he admitted during the pre-match press conference.
PREDICTED LINEUPS
Real Madrid predicted XI: Courtois; Dumfries, Konaté, Huijsen, Cucurella; Camavinga, Bernardo Silva; Güler, Bellingham, Vinicius; Mbappé.
Rayo Vallecano predicted XI: Cárdenas; Ratiu, Lejeune, Ciss, Pedrosa; Valentín, Bouaré; Tsitaishvili, Unai López, Álvaro García; Camello.
Camavinga, Bernardo Silva and Arda Güler will almost certainly feature in the starting lineup after being suspended for Real Madrid's match against Inter. Valverde could get some rest in this one.

Ever since Keely Hodgkinson became Olympic champion two years ago, she has not just taken talk of breaking track's longest-standing world record in stride but embraced the possibility.
For 43 years Jarmila Kratochvilova's time of 1:53.28 has stood unbothered, a mark that even World Athletics president Sebastian Coe has previously said he is wishing out of existence following decades of innuendo and suspicion around it being clean.
Now, at last, eclipsing it feels inevitable; although in the **** e of three months Hodgkinson is no longer the favourite to do so.
The summer of 2026 has belonged to Audrey Werro, irrespective of whether the Swiss can round off a perfect season at this weekend's inaugural Ultimate Championships in Budapest.
And while only a fool would write off Hodgkinson becoming the fastest of all time in 2027, the latest rival to have demoted the British superstar to a major championship silver medal seems the most likely.

Bologna coach Domenico Tedesco was given a two-match ban and President Joey Saputo suspended until September 30 for insulting the referee, with Atalanta midfielder Gianluca Gaetano also punished.
The Lega Serie A disciplinary commission verdicts are in after the Week 3 matches were completed on Monday evening.
Bologna did not take their 2-2 draw with Sassuolo well, and are going to have to do without two of their chiefs going forward.

James Madison made history in 2025, becoming the first-ever Sun Belt team to qualify for the College Football Playoff. But success came with a cost in the offseason. Head coach Bob Chesney left for UCLA, as did some of the Dukes' top players including running back Wayne Knight and defensive end Sahir West. Starting quarterback Alonza Barnett III wound up at UCF.
James Madison lost a bulk of the coaching staff and all but three primary starters from its CFP team. But the program is accustomed to handling adversity of this nature, not missing a beat when Curt Cignetti handed the reins to Bob Chesney two years ago.
Signs of a similar baton pass were evident Saturday when JMU defeated Liberty, 20-13, in head coach Billy Napier's debut.
James Madison fielded the nation's fifth-ranked total defense in 2025, and that was the team's calling card in the 2026 opener. Liberty was held completely out of the end zone until 10 minutes remained in the contest, thanks to the Dukes' ability to stonewall the run game.
Liberty's spread option attack ranked top-4 nationally in rushing in two of three seasons under head coach Jamey Chadwell. But through 38 attempts against JMU, the Dukes produced just 91 rushing yards, calculating to 2.4 per carry. They never broke off a big one, with the longest run of the day measuring to 10 yards.

The Lariani were fresh from a 2-1 victory away to Napoli, plus deadline day signings Moise Kean and Robert Sanchez on the bench waiting for their debuts. Only Jayden Addai remained on the treatment table. Genoa were in crisis after losing to both Napoli and Lazio without scoring a goal, as Lorenzo Venturino, Joi Nuredini, Hamed Traore and Elias Havel were still out of action, but Djibril Sow and Milutin Osmajic got their first starts.

Motherwell have signed midfielder Dylan Levitt from Leyton Orient for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old, capped 13 times by Wales, has penned a two-year deal at Fir Park with Motherwell holding the option for a further year.
Levitt came through the Manchester United academy and is a familiar face in Scottish football, having previously played for Dundee United and Hibernian.
"Dylan will be a player well-known to our support," Alfred Johansson said.
"We have recruited from leagues across the globe this summer, but bringing someone in who has ample experience in this division is also really important. Dylan has played almost 100 games in the Scottish Premiership, so he knows exactly what's needed.
