Taylor Swift cross-eyed jokes took center stage during the latest episode of the New Heights podcast. Travis Kelce couldn't help but react after spotting a fan-made Halloween display inspired by him and his wife. While he loved the festive tribute, one funny detail immediately caught his attention.
Travis Kelce shared a hilarious reaction after seeing a Halloween display featuring hay versions of himself and Taylor Swift.
On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis and his brother, Jason Kelce, looked at fan-submitted Halloween decorations. One display showed "Haylor Swift" wearing a sparkling outfit inspired by the Eras Tour alongside "Travis Kelc-Hay" in a Kansas City Chiefs uniform.
After seeing the display, Travis jokingly asked, "Why'd they have to make my wife cross-eyed?" The eight-word remark quickly became one of the episode's funniest moments.
Jason agreed that Taylor's eyes looked slightly crossed in the decoration. He then joked that maybe she was about to sneeze. Travis laughed and revealed there was some truth behind the joke. "She does go cross-eyed before she sneezes," he said, prompting more laughter between the brothers.

The calendar has turned to October, and in a lot of places across the United States, the weather is starting to feel a little more crisp and a little more fall. The autumnal decorations have begun, ranging from pumpkins on porches to apple cider candles.
On this week's episode of the New Heights podcast, Jason Kelce and little brother Travis had a good laugh about some of that fall spirit. One fan put together a hay bale display (see below) that featured "Haylor Swift" and "Travis Kelc-hay," showing the couple in their Eras Tour and Kansas City costumes/uniforms, respectively.
Travis couldn't get enough of the depiction of him and his wife, although he did call out the crossed eyes. "Why'd they have to make my wife cross-eyed? That's all I'm asking." Kelce questioned. "Maybe Tay is about to sneeze," Jason added.
"She does go cross-eyed before she sneezes," Travis responded with a hearty laugh. The brothers closed out the segment wondering about the height of the hay bales and what would happen to the hay at the end of the season.

When Christmas rolls around, my wife puts out a very small tree and some stuffed ornaments we bought a few years ago at Target. That's a pretty modest approach to decorating for the holidays compared to many of our neighbors.
At the house we just moved out of, some homes added tasteful lights, others opted for religious displays, and a few opted for a whole lot of inflatables. In some cases, the spending was significant, although many of the items were reused year after year.
Decorations are a small but meaningful part of holiday spending.
Americans planned to spend an average of $1,172 on travel, $632 on gifts, $351 on entertaining, and $227 on decorations, according to a BMO survey conducted before the 2024 holiday season.
Getting those items may be more of a challenge this year, as Gordon Companies, which runs a number of Christmas-themed websites and lists Target, Kohl's, Home Depot, Walmart, Amazon, Lowe's, and Michaels as retail partners, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding would reportedly have a fairytale castle. TMZ reported that they spotted a giant white staircase outside Madison Square Garden. It appeared to be being craned into the venue, according to the video obtained by the outlet. Allegedly, the soon-to-be-married couple could be planning a castle-themed event, adding a royal touch to their nuptials.
Furthermore, a CBS News video captured trucks unloading equipment wrapped in tarps. However, labels were visible that read "Garden Party 1 (scenic)" and "GP" was spray-painted on the items. Meanwhile, the buzz outside MSG has raised questions, hinting that the couple will hold their event there.
Earlier, Page Six revealed additional clues about the reported wedding preparations. Staffers were spotted offloading many chairs, spotlights, and lighting equipment. Meanwhile, another report suggested that Swift and Kelce's wedding guests were said to be "annoyed." They allegedly felt distrusted because the pair seemed not to have shared any details with them as well.
