League Two side Barnet have signed midfielder Isiah Noel-Williams from National League South club Hemel Hempstead Town for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old, the son of former Watford and Stoke striker Gifton Noel-Williams, scored eight goals in 37 games for the Tudors last season.
Bees manager Dean Brennan told the club's website: "Isiah's a player we've been tracking for about four years.
"We see a lot of potential in him. He's a local kid and I think he's going to be a great **** et to the team - a young player with a lot of desire."
Noel-Williams trained with Barnet during the 2018-19 season, when he was a teenager, and has since played for Chalfont St Peter, Harrow Borough, Cheshunt, Kettering Town and Matlock.
