The Tennessee ******* ans have been churning their roster over the past couple of days. First, the initial cuts down to 53, followed by a Monday swap of five players.
During the wave of initial cuts, wide receiver Bryce Oliver was an unexpected cut, with the ******* ans initially keeping wide receiver Xavier Restrepo as the team's sixth receiver. That move was somewhat of a surprise because Oliver has developed into one of the elite special teamers on the roster.
After not being added to the initial ******* ans' 17-man practice squad, many wondered when/if it would happen, and now we know why. Justin Melo of Sports Illustrated reports that Oliver has signed with the Cleveland Browns and will bring his special-teams abilities to their practice squad.
Former #Titans WR Bryce Oliver is signing with the Cleveland Browns' practice squad, per source.

Oliver was considered a lock by many to make Tennessee's 53-man roster. He was a surprise cut, and now he lands in Cleveland.

Elite special teams player.
While losing Oliver will potentially hurt the ******* ans' special teams depth, the decision to initially keep Restrepo over Oliver did make some sense: Restrepo produced as a slot receiver, while Oliver has never truly established himself as a potential weapon on offense. He flashed since joining the ******* ans as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2024, but could never put it together consistently.

The Tennessee **** ans have started to churn their practice squad, one day after signing 16 players to the unit.
On Tuesday, Tennessee made multiple changes to the practice squad, including bringing back wide receiver Xavier Restrepo after he cleared waivers.
The **** ans also signed cornerback Shemar Bartholomew, who was released by the Green Bay Packers. Originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent by the New York Jets in 2024, Bartholomew has appeared in 6 career games with the Carolina Panthers and the Packers, making seven total tackles.
To make room for these additions, Tennessee only had to make one move, and waived cornerback Mario Goodrich III.
There was also a report by Justin Melo that the **** ans intended to bring back safety Jerrick Reed, but they did not follow through with that on Tuesday.

[UPDATE 2:01 PM] – Xavier Restrepo has reportedly been waived.
[UPDATE 1:13 PM] – The ****** ans are also signing S Terrell Burgess to the active roster.
[UPDATE 1:08 PM] – The ****** ans are waiving LB Mohamoud Diabate to make room on the roster.
The Tennessee ****** ans have been awarded 3 players on waivers: LB Owen Pappoe, DB Melvin Smith, and DT ****** r Stackhouse. The corresponding roster moves have not been announced yet, but the ****** ans will have to release 3 players to make room on the 53-man roster for these guys. It is a little surprising that the ****** ans didn't add any offensive lineman today. Their first unit has been good in the preseason, but they have zero depth behind those guys.
Pappoe was a 4th-round draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals back in 2023. He appeared in all 17 games for the Cardinals last season and recorded 27 tackles. He led Arizona in special teams snaps over the last 2 seasons.

With training camp in the rearview, the Tennessee ***** ans are about ready to fully turn their attention to the season opener against the New York Jets. Just two hurdles remain: the preseason finale against the Chicago Bears on Saturday and the cut-down to 53 on Sunday.
This past week, head coach Robert Saleh and ***** istant general manager Dave Zeigler discussed the week and noted that a few roster spots remain up for grabs. But what are those? And who are those in contention?
While some players like Julius Chestnut appear to have locked up a roster spot as the fourth running back or Kylen Granson as the fourth tight end, others are still fighting for the final spots, and the final roster breakdown will be dictated by the final positional breakdown.
Here is a breakdown of what ***** ans Wire believes could be those final spots.
The ***** ans are five deep, but will have some decisions to make at receiver. Bryce Oliver is a special teams ***** et, which could give him an advantage, but Xavier Restrepo is making a strong push. With Wan'Dale Robinson going down with a potential concussion, Restrepo could be in-line to gain some extra snaps in the preseason finale and could have a golden opportunity to cement his case.

Tennessee ***** ans finished off the third week of training camp, and the competition is heating up across the roster, making it easier to identify the players fighting for the final spots and those solidly on the bubble.
The physicality picked up, and the ***** ans finally got some live reps against the San Francisco 49ers in both practice and the first preseason game; some players who likely sit on that roster bubble did show up and flash. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for everyone, and some players struggled.
Here is a look at the bubble watch after three weeks of practice.
The wide receiver battle will definitely go down to the end of camp. The ***** ans have built a solid group, and the competition has been fierce for the final few spots behind the five who are locked in. Xavier Restrepo continues to flash, making it harder to keep him off the roster.
Running back appears to be becoming clearer by the day, although Julius Chestnut is taking advantage of Kalel Mullings missing time. Tennessee did add a running back to the roster on Saturday, so it will be fun to watch heading into the joint practice with Seattle.

In a closely contested presidential election in Colombia, controversial far-right candidate Abelardo de la Espriella emerged victorious. After an official recount, his opponent, left-wing senator Ivan Cepeda, conceded defeat. This was a hard-fought campaign which split the community, sparking much controversy across Colombia. While debate rages over De la Espriella's policies and ascension to power, it is clear his presidency will be a godsend for Colombia's beaten-down, economically critical oil industry.
After the closest election in Colombia's modern history, president-elect De la Espriella emerged victorious after a recount with a narrow margin of less than one percent. Considerable controversy surrounds his victory despite left-wing contender Ivan Cepeda conceding defeat after the recount by Colombia's electoral authority, the National Electoral Council (CNE). There are fears that De la Espriella will clamp down on law and order in such a radical manner that it will lead to widespread human rights violations and crimes.
Central to the president-elect's platform is his plan to revive Colombia's fiscally strained economy and achieve annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 7%. To pursue that goal, he is supported by Vice President José Manuel Restrepo Abondano, who served as Colombia's Minister of Finance and Public Credit from May 2021 to August 2022 under President Iván Duque. Alongside fiscal austerity aimed at bringing Colombia's ballooning fiscal deficit, expected to reach 7 to 8% of GDP, under control, De la Espriella plans to revive the economically vital oil industry.
A key factor behind Colombia's recent economic malaise is the collapse of the once-dominant hydrocarbon sector. Indeed, over the last decade, oil and natural gas production has declined sharply, sparking fears of an energy crisis, especially with costly liquified natural gas (LNG) imports spiraling ever higher. By April 2026, oil output of 724,910 barrels per day is well below the 915,087 barrels per day lifted for the same month 10 years earlier. Falling production and limited refining capacity are forcing Colombia to import considerably more diesel, mainly for agriculture and transport.
The marked drop in natural gas production poses a dire threat to the economy and the electricity grid. In April 2026, Colombia lifted 694 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, which is close to a multidecade low. It is also significantly less than the 1 billion cubic feet per day produced for the same period a month earlier. The widening supply gap between domestic demand and production forced Bogota, during December 2016, to start importing liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Tennessee ****** ans wide receiver Xavier Restrepo reached back with one hand near the goal line for an Odell Beckham Jr.-style catch from quarterback Mitch Trubisky.
Later, quarterback Will Levis targeted Restrepo for a one-on-one jump ball in the corner of the end zone on the final play of practice. It was intercepted.
The two plays at Day 2 of mandatory minicamp gave a glimpse into what the ****** ans have at wide receiver before the team starts training camp in July. It also gave a sneak peak of how different sizes and play styles mesh with new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll’s offense.
The smaller receivers did the bulk of the big plays on June 17.
Wan’Dale Robinson led the team with eight receptions; Restrepo had five grabs and K.J. Osborn made several key catches.
