Casandra "Cassie" Ventura Fine made a rare public appearance alongside her husband, Alex Fine, at the Season 2 premiere of "MobLand" in London.
The "Me & U" singer and Fine attended the red carpet event Thursday, Sept. 10 at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square. Ventura Fine wore a structured gray peplum dress with a corset-style bodice, while Fine opted for a black knit sweater and matching trousers.
The premiere brought the couple back to the same city where they attended the show's Season 1 launch in March 2025, when Ventura Fine was pregnant with their third child.
Fine portrays Donnie in the Paramount+ crime drama, which also stars Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren.

Alex wore Saint Laurent Fall 2026, taking the cropped cable-knit sweater from the runway and giving it a much cleaner spin with wide-leg black trousers. I've been enjoying the collection's striped pieces on the red carpet, but I like that Alex didn't recreate the runway styling. The all-black palette puts the focus on the proportions, which is what makes this work for me.
Cassie opted for a Magda Butrym wool corset dress, and this is easily my favourite part of their couple's style moment. The precise darting and padded hips create that exaggerated hourglass silhouette the designer does so well, and you know I love a well-executed exaggerated silhouette.
The dress is so good that the shoes frustrate me even more. The bronze pointed-toe pumps with criss-cross ankle straps feel disconnected from the modernity of the silhouette. A pewter strappy sandal or mule would have been a much stronger finish and allowed the dress to have the final word.

The Arizona Cardinals reported for training camp on Wednesday and had their first practice on Thursday, although it was not open to fans. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett got his first reps in the new offense, running back James Conner and Trey Benson, both of whom did not get work in the offseason program, participated in drills, and quarterback Gardner Minshew was with the first-team offense.

This week, news came out that St. John’s incoming transfer Donnie Freeman will miss the entire 2026-27 season with an Achilles tear.
It is absolutely gut-wrenching for a young man who has already spent so much time on the trainer’s table. Seeing a player’s season end in July just sucks, man.
Freeman played in just 37 games over two seasons at Syracuse, battling foot/toe issues, before becoming one of the most prized recruits in the portal this spring. Heading down the stretch of his recruitment in April, the recruiting battle came down to Kentucky and St. John’s, and a rising price. Mark Pope, fresh off dealing with an oft-injured, big-time transfer of his own, decided to bow out.
It was a risk for Pope at the time. There were fewer frontcourt options available in the portal, and Freeman clearly fit a need for the Wildcats. But the price tag kept going up, the durability concerns lingered, and Rick Pitino ultimately won out.
Since the injury news broke, I’ve seen the argument floating around that Freeman’s Achilles tear justifies Pope’s decision to pass on him. Folks are treating it like Kentucky dodged a bullet.

It's a significant blow to the Red Storm, who landed Freeman in the transfer portal from Syracuse this offseason and were expecting him to be a top player on the 2026-27 team.
The rising junior was injured Monday and had surgery on his right Achilles tendon, the school announced Wednesday night.
“Donnie had a non-contact injury in a workout and will miss the season,” Hall of Fame coach Rick Pitino posted on social media. “Donnie is an awesome young man, we will get him back better than ever!”
The 6-foot-9 Freeman averaged 15.3 points and 7.5 rebounds in 37 games over two seasons at Syracuse. He was rated one of the nation's top recruits in the high school class of 2024.

There was a time it appeared Donnie Freeman was going to join Kentucky Basketball for the 2026-27 season.
However, an 11th-hour push from Rick Pitino led to Freeman ultimately signing with the St. John's Red Storm, a move that some thought could be a crippling blow to Mark Pope's career as head coach of the Wildcats, as he was enduring recruiting miss after recruiting miss early this offseason.
Thankfully, Kentucky rebounded to get other transfers like Justin McBride and Milan Momcilovic, along with international big man Ousmane N'Diaye, to potentially play the 4 spot next season.
And sadly, Freeman won't be playing at all after the Syracuse transfer suffered an Achilles injury during summer workouts, according to Pitino.
This is a brutal blow for the Johnnies, as Freeman was expected to have a major role next season and potentially become an All-American candidate after averaging 16.5 points and 7.2 rebounds last season.

The former child actress, legally named Daveigh Schwallier, died on June 16 at the age of 35. The medical examiner's report also notes "chronic polysubstance use" as a significant contributing condition. Authorities classified her death as natural, with Dr. Martina Kennedy overseeing the case.
Chase rose to prominence as the voice of Lilo in Disney's animated hit Lilo & Stitch. She also delivered a memorable performance as Samara in the 2002 horror classic The Ring.
