Alex Scott is poised to become next summer's most coveted ****** et — after AFC Bournemouth blocked his exit during this transfer window.
Chelsea made a last-ditch attempt to secure the Bournemouth midfielder, having already seen a £64 million ($86.7 million) offer rejected earlier in the summer.
The Blues identified the 23-year-old Scott as their top priority to fill the void left by Enzo Fernandez, but Bournemouth stood firm in their resolve not to part with any of their prized players, as per The Mirror.
