Former Alabama wide receiver on the move in an NFL trade
New Miami Dolphins general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan has referred to wide receiver Jaylen Waddle as a building block for the NFL team as it undergoes an offseason overhaul.
But first-, third- and fourth-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft also can be building blocks, and that’s what the Dolphins are getting for trading Waddle and a fourth-round selection in this year’s draft to the Denver Broncos.
In 2025, Waddle had 64 receptions for 910 yards and six touchdowns. He played only 14 snaps and had no receptions in the next-to-last game,
