Billie Eilish had a special role in her brother Finneas O'Connell's wedding to Claudia Sulewski. The newlyweds both wanted Eilish to stand beside them during the wedding ceremony. Sulewski shared details about the wedding in a YouTube video released Wednesday, Sept. 9. The first person they called when they began planning was Finneas' sister Billie, she said. Finneas wanted Eilish as his best man, while Sulewski wanted her as her maid of honor. "So we thought, 'Okay, sounds like she needs to marry us,' " Sulewski said.
Sulewski became emotional while talking about Eilish's role in the ceremony. "And truly, officiating our wedding was, like, the greatest gift she could ever give us," she said. Sulewski, 30, married O'Connell, 29, during an outdoor ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 29. The couple chose not to have bridesmaids or groomsmen because they wanted to "keep the experience intimate," according to Vogue.
Several well-known guests came to Montecito for the celebration. Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Jason Sudeikis, Nina Dobrev, Emma Chamberlain, Rachel Sennott, and Stassie Karanikolaou attended. Eilish's boyfriend, Nat Wolff, was also invited. Eilish performed "Birds of a Feather" during the reception.
Eilish also supported Sulewski before the wedding during her final dress fitting at Oscar de la Renta's Beverly Hills boutique. She joined Sulewski through FaceTime and reacted to the dress with excitement.

The couple's rescue dogs, Peaches and Moose, had jobs of their own. They joined the celebration as "flower dogs," wearing custom bows made from the same silk faille used for Sulewski's wedding gown. Finneas and Eilish's parents, Maggie Baird and Patrick O'Connell, were also there to watch their son get married.
The guest list included Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Emma Chamberlain, Rachel Sennott, Rebecca Black and Jason Sudeikis. Sulewski turned the weekend into a fashion project of its own with four custom Oscar de la Renta looks, while Finneas wore a black suit and Eilish chose an off-the-shoulder green dress for her role at the altar.
TMZ footage and photographs show her facing Finneas and Sulewski during the ceremony and confirm that Peaches and Moose were part of the celebration. The dogs' participation had been planned down to their outfits. During Sulewski's final fitting, Oscar de la Renta designer Grace McCoy revealed two silk faille bows cut from the same material as the ceremony gown. Sulewski explained that Moose would walk ahead of Peaches when the pair went down the aisle as flower dogs.

The relentlessly optimistic former D2 football coach (football, not soccer) from Kansas City, hired to sabotage an English club by its owner's socialite ex-wife, somehow turned football (soccer) into a cultural phenomenon during the pandemic, introducing millions of viewers who had never watched a soccer game to rivalries, fandom and rituals.
It made them BELIEVE futbol is life.
When the series ended two years ago with AFC Richmond earning promotion to the Premier League, it felt like a fitting conclusion, not only for Ted but also for the audience. Three seasons had delivered a reminder of why people fall in love with the beautiful game.
Now the series returns with an even more ambitious challenge. Rather than taking audiences back to men's football, it turns its attention to the women's game. But unlike in 2020, when it helped introduce millions to soccer, the women's game no longer needs a television show to explain why it matters. The question is whether the series can capture women's soccer's evolution.
2020 was a strange year. As I was sending cancellation notes for my own wedding during the pandemic, I found myself becoming increasingly invested in Ted (played by Jason Sudeikis), Rebecca Welton (Hannah Waddingham) and AFC Richmond. By the final episode, I had become a pseudo-supporter of the imaginary club, embracing their underdog story. As a sports journalist, that's a rare feeling. I spend my career covering real clubs, not fictional ones. Yet "Ted Lasso" managed to make soccer feel personal again. If it could do that to someone who already covered the sport, it's easy to understand why millions of newcomers found themselves watching the Premier League after the credits rolled three years later.

Juno Temple has revealed that she's married her boyfriend Michal Szymanski.
During TFI Unplugged's Ted Lasso special, the British actress and her co-stars Hannah Waddingham, Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt were asked what had happened in their lives in the three-year gap between seasons three and four.
The star, who plays PR guru Keeley Jones in the show, revealed that she got married to Michal, whom she met when he worked as a driver on the set of Ted Lasso.
"I got married. We met on season two of Ted Lasso. He was my driver," she shared.
Her co-star and close friend Hannah revealed that Juno asked for her advice on dating the Polish actor.
"She said, 'Can I ask him on a date?' I was like, 'Yes, you can, he's gorgeous,'" Hannah recalled.

Retired soccer star Abby ‌Wambach and her wife, author Glennon Doyle, were among the first guests seen entering the sports arena on foot under extreme temperatures that hit 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius). Kelce's teammate, Kansas ‌City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones, and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp, were also spotted walking in, as was "Ted Lasso" star Jason Sudeikis.
