The NBA Finals are high-stakes and an intense stage of events. However, fans have to be careful not to let the moment get to their head and direct their stress at the players.
Late into Wednesday's Game 1 between the San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks, Knicks star Jalen Brunson was allegedly subject to "vulgar, profane flopping taunts" from two Spurs fans sitting courtside.
Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed Brunson walking over to the scorer's table at the end of last night's game, and may have originally thought he was just speaking with crew chief Scott Foster. However, the guard was originally speaking with the fans, with Foster coming to put himself between the two parties.
The NBA has since announced it is investigating the incident.
