It is safe to say that Manchester United skipper Bruno Fernandes is enjoying a fantastic week. Fresh from lifting the PFA Players' Player of the Year award, the Portuguese maestro delivered a masterclass against Ipswich Town last Sunday in the 5-2 Premier League win.
Fernandes scored a hat-trick and picked up an ****** ist to help the Red Devils secure a blistering comeback victory. That saw him win the club's Player of the Match award, as well as the Premier League's Player of the Matchweek award.
The 31 year old is also in the running for Premier League's Player of the Month award for August. Should he triumph in that race, it will be his seventh win, equalling the current record held by Mohamed Salah, Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane.
