1. FC Union Berlin have agreed to sell Ilyas Ansah to Hull City in a deal worth €21 million, with €17 million to be paid upfront, according to Kicker.
Ansah wasn't involved in Union Berlin's training session on Wednesday, as he was travelling to England to undergo a medical ahead of the move.
If everything goes according to plan, Ansah will become Union's record sale, surpassing Taiwo Awoniyi, who was sold to Nottingham Forest for €20 million in 2022.
Union paid €4 million to sign Ansah from SC Paderborn last summer, and he went on to score five goals and provide three ****** ists in 37 appearances during his first season at the capital club.
