The new English season is underway as **** nal and Man City go head-to-head in the Community Shield in Cardiff.
There was plenty of anticipation ahead of the 2026/27 curtain-raiser, with these Premier League heavyweights looking for a positive start to the campaign.
Few would have anticipated such a rapid impact from last season's **** le winners, **** nal, who burst forward and led through Riccardo Calafiori's low strike after just 23 seconds.
The ideal start for Mikel Arteta's side, who also broke the record for the fastest-ever goal in the Community Shield.
