The Little League Softball World Series is here and chock-full of action during the eight-day, 22-game sprint from Greenville, North Carolina.
Teams from across the United States and the world will be competing for a shot at the ***** le, starting with a four-game slate on Sunday, Aug. 2. Action wraps up with the championship game a week later.
Twelve teams — eight representing regions across the U.S. and four international outfits — are divided into two brackets for tournament play. The winners of each bracket will meet in the championship game.
Last year, West Suburban Little League of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, captured the Mid-Atlantic Region's first LLSWS championship, defeating Floyds ***** s Community Club Little League of Floyds ***** s, Indiana, in the ***** le game. Neither squad returns for 2026, as new regional champions have punched their tickets to Greenville.
