The Golden State Warriors reportedly have big goals for this NBA offseason and they include LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
According to Yahoo Sports’ Kevin O’Connor, the Warriors are eyeing the former Los Angeles Lakers teammates this offseason.
“The Warriors are attempting to trade for Wizards big Anthony Davis and then sign Lakers free-agent forward LeBron James, according to multiple league sources,” O’Connor wrote.
O’Connor notes that in order for the Warriors to acquire Davis from the Washington Wizards, they would have to send Jimmy Butler’s $57 million contract back, along with draft capital.
Golden State sports a pair of future first-round selections and can pull off four first-round swaps to help get the deal done.
